Normally I have no issues picking up my medications, but tonight I had prepaid for my medication like I normally do and the lady at the window told me they didn't let people prepay for medication. I insisted I paid for it and she looks at the screen and says "It's pending" I said I know I just paid for it, that means it's been paid for and coming off my card." I showed her my ID and everything but it took me 2 trips and 2 hrs to get my medication tonight

Why is it always a fight and an act of God to get this place to do anything. Why is the stuff trained to lie to you about questions. Why is it even when they know they completely messed up it's somehow your fault. Please someone explain how this place treats customers so poorly and the district manager will fight you to the death to protect offal employees.

I had to dash into Walgreens to make a couple of photos prior to a memorial service, and the staff was absolutely excellent in helping me out. Genuinely caring didn't even want to charge me because they could see I was in a hurry. What an asset to the corporation they are. I'm sorry I didn't get their names.

Poor customer service. They charge your card for delivery as soon as you place the order, then act like they forgot to ship it. Have you waiting all day for your meds. Blaming it on door dash. No it's Walgreens. Get your act together. I will be switching across the street to Cvs. They suck

Doctor called in meds to this pharmacy. Went through drove through, after being asked if the wrong address and date of birth were mine, I was then told my provider didn’t call my medication in. Parked in the parking lot and called my provider, was assured my medication was called in. Walked inside, waited to be told first there was a problem with my insurance, then was told who ever answered the phone when my provider called put in under a person with the same name and a similar birthday. Asked to have a seat and wait again. After an hour and a half of waiting was walked to the cash register to be told my medication was out of stock.

Went to get my mother's prescriptions. The woman at the window was extremely nice. I didn't wait in line very long. I was informed about the medication. I had a good experience.

The pharmacy is terrible. They will give you every excuse possible and their "it'll be one hour" is always really late that evening or tomorrow. I've been picking up my disabled mothers prescriptions for 16 years and every month they mess it up. Every. Single. Time. Even when there's been no change in her medication for multiple years. If we could change pharmacies easily, we would.

Used this location because the one we normally use was closed. Taylor in Pharmacy very nice. However I thought the pharmacist Jennifer H. Was a little rude when it came to talking about my daughters allergies.

Ordered meds and paid for same day delivery on Monday. Called Tuesday checking on delivery. Told Uber didn't pick up and to call Uber directly. No, I didn't order from Uber I ordered and paid Walgreens and they subcontracted to Uber without my knowledge or involvement. How am I to contact Uber without and order number or receipt. They better not be giving some random dude the location of meds without some verification right? Today, Friday I picked up my meds from Walgreens myself. How about a refund on my delivery fee....you guessed it, call Uber.Hi Uber, you owe me $5.99 because Walgreens contracted with you to deliver my meds and you didn't show up. Can we have your order#. No, I don't have an order number because Walgreens hired you. Oh. well you need to call Walgreens. I did call Walgreens and they told me to call you. Well, I really can't help you. Yes I understand you can't help me. Can you call Walgreens and tell them that? Well they need to call us. That's what I told Walgreens. You own me $5.99 for not picking up my meds. We can refund Walgreens but...I know, I KNOW they need to call you because THEY HIRED YOU!!!!

simply went in to Walgreens for a pair of tweezers that I had recently broke. Went up to the register and was told that the tweezers were $24 when it clearly said three dollars on the price tag. When I asked about this and told her that this is what it said she immediately argued being said I was wrong and that I need to learn how to read. I told her that I was not going to pay $24 for a pair of tweezers and I’d like the three dollars one I went back and grab the three dollar one which was the same exact pair, and brought it back up she then proceeded to tell me that I could not use my rewards that I know I had been saving. I did not have any cash on me and only had my credit card which I did not really want to use. I pulled up my credit history and she just stared at me and asked me if I was going to finish yet. Worst service I’ve gotten in a very long time and will not be going back to this Walgreens. They need to learn how to talk to their customers.

I had my first covid vaccine at the Walgreens on Broadway in Knoxville TN. They did great. Scheduled my second one closer to home at Jefferson City Walgreens. The gal who checked me in was sweet and courteous but Ashlee the gal who gave me my shot was awful. She didn’t speak to me when she took me in to room. She put on her mask shield and asked which all, I told her then she jabbed me. It was painful and right in muscle. She then just looked at me and said “you’re done”. Didn’t tell me to wait, nothing. When I walked out the guy waiting said “that was fast” I said yep jab and go. It was terrible and terrible service.

I wish I could give this place more, but unfortunately the pharmacy does not hold up to expectations. the staff is great, always super friendly which is the only reason I have stayed this long. I chose to use Walgreens pharmacy for the drive up. When you have a sick infant or toddler, the last thing you want to do is have to wake them up to take them inside and wait however, that is exactly what I have had to do more often than not because the drive through is closed. When this happens, there is usually a long line inside as well. I would look elsewhere if the drive through is a want.

Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of Kylor in the pharmacy. He is always on it and so nice! I've had some other techs speak down to me and just be rude. Kylor knows me by name and is always professional and helpful.

The pharmacy is ridiculous! I had been getting my prescriptions there for 2 yrs and everything was great but they have went down hill big time. Called to refill my prescription then 3 days later when I go to get it they still hadn't filled it and told me it would be a 15 minute wait 2 hours later I finally got it. The same thing happened the next time I went back. Needless to say I use Murphy's now.

Only Walgreens in Jefferson City and they are just over worked. The pharmacy is the worst part. I won’t go into detail because it’s a waste of time. It’s just that every single time I go here to pick up meds something is wrong.

After a return visit that I swore would never happen, I decided to give this place another chance. So many complaints I can't even think of where to start. And this is with both visits. And why is it if I don't have my ID I can't pick up my own medication but a complete stranger that I ask a favor from in the store can? Don't know why people rob pharmacies, I would think all they'd have to do is steal an ID. Also, if a pharmacy can't fill a medication because of it being unavailable to the pharmacy, they should return the script for a person to go elsewhere.

It's a very busy place on the weekends. I like that they notify you when your prescriptions are ready. I signed up for that. It's a 24 hour store which is a definite plus when you're in need of OTC medications & RX from E.R. prescribed medication.

Only used their pharmacy both times after I had taken my kids to the hospital. They told me only 20-30 minute wait time. Both times took over an hour. Try keeping sick kids calm and occupied for over an hour for an antibiotic.

The drive through and pharmacy altogether are terribly slow. It's nothing for each vehicle to be at the window for ten or more minutes. Understaffed or ill managed, I have no idea which. If this only happened onve in a while I would understand, but it's every single visit.

The female pharmicist, I wish I knew her name, who worked the afternoon of 01/27/2019 is the rudest healthcare professional I have ever had to deal with in my life. As a pharmasict, it is her job to be avaliable to customers to answer their questions and lay to rest healthcare concerns. Presciption drugs are no laissez faire matter. I shouldn't be brushed off and treated like I am waisting her time when I have a concern about a medication I have never taken before. If she can't be kind and compassionate, especially when dealing with people who are ill, she should have chosen a different career path. This experience was not representative of the "happy and healthy" philosophy Walgreens projects.

Always clean and well stocked, but too overpriced. I go in and pay $18 for an item only to find it for $11 regularly less (Not on sale) on there own website and at Walmart. Totally gipped over the phrase: “online and in-store prices may vary”.

Went to get medicine for my wife. Called in by quickcare doctor no later than 545. They gave 2 out of 3 perscriptions and did not notify that they did not have the 3rd which was supposed to help her sleep. They don't fill it there. Btw, waited an hour in store for it to be filled. Woukd not have told me if I didn't go and ask about it. Wife called abour it with no explanation. No more Walgreens. Go to CVS across the way.

Very friendly staff. I don't know why the other reviews for this place seem so salty, but every person that works in this store is very nice. I do agree that they do seem understaffed some times, but you have to give credit to the workers who are multi tasking to make the customer and their managers happy. Awesome place!
