I have a small bar at home where I make a multitude of different cocktails. This liquor store is the best in the area. Not only is the staff welcoming and friendly, but they are also knowledgeable about different brands and liquors and cocktails and substitutions. I drive 30 minutes away just to come here. They always have what I need and if they don’t, they show me exactly what I can use for a better price. I just got two bottles delivered to my home. 25 minutes away and they did not overcharge me or slap a ridiculous fee on there. Which is so helpful when you were short on money or cannot drive to the store. I appreciate them. Everyone should definitely check this place out. It’s definitely worth it.♥️

Bourbon prices are marked up. I can get most bottles cheaper on the secondary market than here. Not a huge selection overall, but employees are always nice and friendly. 3 stars because of high prices on bourbon.

Great find right here! Super friendly and helpful lady that was working that evening too! Had a good selection of bourbon. The nice lady even went and dug around in the back and found a bottle of my favorite! Highly recommend!

They have same prices as most other places and a wide selection of different bottles to choose from. They are super helpful if you need help. They also will let you shop on your own if it is what you want. They will help you find anything and everything to make whatever drink you want

Excellent store, met the owners and both are really nice people. Called the store to see if they had a certain jar of moonshine. Talked to Chelsea who was very friendly and she said they had what I was looking for. I asked her if she would pull one out and save it for me until the next day, she took my name and it was waiting for me when I went there. That’s what I call great service!!!

Oh my gosh this place is amazing! The owner and staff are so helpful and friendly! I went in for boxes and decided to go ahead and pick up my brother's Christmas mead. They happened to be having a Hot Toddy sampling that day (just a swallow to let you know how it tastes). It was delicious. That got me talking with the owner about Jack Daniels and honey whiskey and he randomly gave me a free mini bottle of a very unique whiskey.My supervisor at work also stopped in here and got some great eggnog that he just loves. Highly recommend this store.Oh! They also have weekly wine and beer samplings (I don't know which days, though, you'll need to call and ask).And they deliver. But there are rules to receiving delivery, so again, you'll want to call to get the details.

The guys that run the store are super helpful and friendly, even holding the door open for me when I leave. I'm not a big drinker so have no idea what I like beyond something sweet. They have helped me find a couple wines that I love and some premixed rum things by Bluebay that are really good. They have little shot bottles behind the counter to check out to buy if you don't know what you like and don't want a huge bottle you may hate. Or if you are looking for a fun idea for a gift basket for the holidays, those little bottles would be perfect.

Just stopped by and had a phenomenal experience. Was looking for Buffalo Trace and was recommended Eagle Rare and it's absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend giving them your business.

Ppl that work there are great with helping out. If your not sure about a new drink or new mixed drink they'll letcha taste a lil bit. Ever since I did ive went back weekly. Really good priced. Alot of variety n convenient,10mins from i40. 10mins from dandridge.

You will not find a place that is better stocked, with a more knowledgeable and friendly staff and management than Volunteer Spirits! If you are not sure what you are looking for they will point you in the right direction every time with recommendations that will not disappoint. Would never buy from anyone else - and they deliver!
