This Dollar Tree is the cleanest one I’ve been to, and it is well organized. Usually, the cashiers are very nice. However, the two-star review is for the one, male cashier who spoke to me like a child and embarrassed me the other day. It was crowded, and I didn’t realize he was closed because he was checking out a customer. However, he felt the need, for some reason, to tell me he was closed in such an obnoxious way that all the other customers and employers nearby turned around to see who he was speaking to. No one was behind me. So, he could have checked me out, and he didn’t have to talk to me that way. That kind of treatment is enough to keep me away from this Dollar Tree for good.

This is one of my favorite Dollar Trees. They are not all the same and some carry more inventory than others...especially this one. This location has a very well stocked freezer section, crafts gallery, and more of everything really. I would rather drive to Jeff City than go to the store in Morristown because its been slim pickens here lately!

All I'm going to say is....We all have bad days. If you choose to have a job in customer service then please try your best to not let your Bad Day affect your job. Do not at any point yell at the customer, yank money out of the customer's hand, throw money at the customer and then rudely tell the customer to have a nice day.I know one of the requirements to be a cashier is to have great customer service.Love the town.... grate place...

This store is beautiful inside! So well stocked and clean. The employees go above and beyond to be nice and helpful! We love this store. We drive all the way from Gatlinburg to go there and we're never disappointed.

I have been to a lot of Dollar Tree's and this one is my favorite. The staff is amazing. The selection is awesome. The store is always clean. It has never disappointed. Hats off to this wonderful Dollar Tree. Five stars in my book.

Not a dollar or a tree. Cleaner store. Pleasant environment. More candy that you could eat in a lifetime in just one store. Bathroom was out of order.

I love the Jefferson City Dollar Tree. Its clean and usually well stocked. Right now, however, not so much. There were so many shoppers and they were all getting what they needed...just like we were. The only difference was that we were one of the very few with masks on. Hummmm?

Patty was a sweet cashier . You'll have an option to wear a mask before entering the building. Parking is free . They have all variety of cards for Birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Special Events, Thanksgiving Cards, Christmas Cards ,New Year Card's. They have Bread ,soda's , freezer with eggs, juice for kids ,tea, bacon ice cream, butter,small TV dinners, Cleaning supplies for the house , Party supplies , balloons . Water ,also kid's toy's, make-up , Dog food and cat food. Toys for pets. Just one thing the store was cluttered with Merchandise everywhere to small of isles.But found what I needed.

Great place to get basic items. Usually school supplies, cards, birthday balloons less here than most places. They usually have cute decorations for various times of year. Some of the brands here I never heard of & would question quality. I purchased some sandwich bags and there were terrible. Usually small bottles of detergent, soap less here & a lot are brand name.

Pretty sad. There were atleast seven employees in the store, but only one register open. So, the line stretched around the front of the store. Someone had to go ask for another register to open. Also, customers could overhear the manager and other employees( in the shopping aisle) laughing and making fun of customers. So, no stars for cusomer service. Also, the store was a mess and with that many stockers, no one could get through the aisles to shop.Poor managemen. Donating one star for showing up? I guess.

I love this store. Thank staff is well trained and very courteous. They have a wide variety. If you can't find what you need, then take another look!

I really enjoyed shopping in the store today and the lady that checked me out was amazingly good or should I say awesome at her job she was on point with customer service I wish the people in Newport were as friendly as this lady was thank you for making my experience at your store so amazing

I like this place it's a great place for a quick stop and shop for cleaning products and birthday party decorations the only thing that gets to me is it's no longer "Dollar Tree" they need to change the name to $1.25 Tree lol

This store is pretty big & clean. The frozen aisle had alot of foods I've never seen at any other dollar tree . The veggie burgers were good .

I go here because I do not have to go to Walmart the staff is always friendly. We know everyone for the most part and the store is always stocked. Thank you, dollar tree employees.
