The inside is well lit and shelves are stocked and organized6. Bathroom reflects how dirty the rest of the building and grounds are.

Lock my keys in the truck The local locksmith wanted $800 to come unlock it The store let me borrow their lock out tools but they sucked I couldn't get it with that found a wire and then this man just rolled up and said hey try this uses the key and opens it up right then and there hours of dealing with this and this man coming rescued me in a second. Thank you brother so much!

I'm giving 2 stars because the place was clean and the employees where nice but if you need a shower I would go elsewhere. I had shower 1 and it was the most horrible cold shower I have had at any loves. The water would not get warm.

Horrible experience! I was traveling from the mid-west to Georgia on one of the hottest summer days, my tire blew out on I24 east at the 162 mountain mark. I called highway patrol for assistance, but, because I didn’t have a spare tire he drove my 3 little girls and I to the Loves travel stop at exit 158 in which he explains to the staff why he was dropping me there which was only to be off the side of the highway and in a much safer place until I could get either a ride or a tire. A few people suggested a few places to buy a tire but they didn’t have my size and after a short time the police returned to pick me and my girls up to take us to Walmart because the manager stated there was nothing he could do for me as if I was there asking for money. The officer was confused and asked why does he want me to leave and he again stated there’s nothing he could do for me. The officer turned to me and said get the babies and your things so I can take you somewhere else because he doesn’t want you guys here and I just burst into tears. I was uncomfortable there anyway because of the looks I was getting from the manager. He kept looking at me with disgust! Like I was dirty or something! I’m also a truck driver, I’ll run out of fuel before I stop there to be mistreated. I must say this experience has triggered my anxiety and also caused my 7yr old daughter to start asking me questions about racism!

Great truck stop BUT they need to really do something about the trucks/drivers parking wherever they feel like it. Literally blocking the entrance and exit to the pumps. Even the entrance to the store. I left and fueled up next door

Two different showers. First is number 5 and second is number 2. The OPERATIONS MANAGER “cleaned” both and they are ridiculously dirty and nasty. I watched the OM clean shower 1 and he didn’t bring any cleaners in. He wiped the floor with a mat by shuffling around and then walked out. No sanitizer or anything. The store apparently has someone to detail them but he rarely does and doesn’t do much of anything according to an employee. The OM was flat out rude to one of the female employees about a radio in front of me. The trash on the fuel islands is constantly overflowing. People regularly blast speakers in the showers and they don’t say anything to them but after 30 minutes they will knock and say it’s a courtesy check making sure you’re ok? The coke machine tastes off like there’s no balance between the carbonation and the syrup. Overall it’s a poor excuse for a truck stop. Hate that we have to do a 34 here.

Large truck stop, very clean feel, lots of drink options, very nice employees at night. Lots of parking. Lots of souvenirs and useful trucker items. Love the Subway connected. Super kind employees. The restrooms are very clean always. Located just north of the river gorge and east of nickajack. Has air and vacuum in front of gas pumps. Love the healthy options like salads and watermelon. Also they have a nice organic selection of snacks.

This is a great place to stop if you are traveling in and out of Georgia. They have ample parking. There food and showers are great. Usually I only just stop here to fuel up and get my 30 min break done here. There's plenty of space and fuel pumps here, so that's a plus for any trucker out here.

Came in buy gas. Waited in a line for a period and when i finally got to the front. A man jumped the line and almost pushed me out of the way. The cashier proceeds to help him anyways and when mentioned he cut the line. She could care less. Will not be back here. Rather go next door to speedway

Great. Very nice. Not a McDonald's fan, but they do have a Subway. Very neat and maintained. Great folks here. Plenty of parking. 188 spots I think. Tell these folks thank you for their service. I certanly appreciate what they do. Thank you!

Easy o. And off the highway. Lots of parking. Have a cat scale, a tire and mechanic shop, mcdonalds, subway, showers, a dog walk park. Recommend this loves highly.

Large facility with plenty of parking. Appears clean and well maintained. Very well stocked store with a broad range of snacks and beverages, in addition to all kinds of gear you may need for the road. Friendly staff.

The racism at this location with truckers is disgusting. I sat for hours to repair my truck. I looked at other truckers come in hours after me and got serviced. The night employee/cashier is very rude and disrespectful. This is ridiculous.

The 2nd shift guys in the shop are amazing. I pulled in around 11am and the 1st shift just jacked me around and kept telling me that they were swamped. Well there were 4 guys and a gal in the office and nothing in the shop. 2nd shift got me in as soon as the finished up everything that 1st shift didn’t do. I think 2nd shift crew needs some recognition because they were prompt and didn’t mess around. I think management needs to evaluate the 1st shift crew especially the shop manager

If you like someone hands all over your food then go to the McDonald's and then gets a attitude when you don't want it no gloves come on this is not customer service treat people like you want to be treated easy to maybe she should find another job and I was very polite about it no one else can hear me asked until she got very vocal about it why save face and be understanding to the situation that's customer service at it's finest not any problems with love's but the computer's went down but that's normal for electronic

Absolutely pathetic. Told 45 minutes to an hour wait for A/C recharge by shop manager.. Next in-line. Well over 3 hours later I get a phone call stating they can’t pull the truck in until the next morning.

I'm a truck driver and this place has declined in recent months. Showers have mold and mildew growing heavily and you can tell they are only rinsed down but not cleaned and sanitized. I was going to get food at mc Donald's but it smelled like death in there and I wouldn't risk my life eating food when a place smells so strongly of rotting meat.

Store is clean that’s what the 2 * is for but the shower I was in was dirty hair everywhere including on the sink the main light was not working shower #1. Employees if you don’t like your job and can’t clean properly you should find work elsewhere!

If you're traveling West and need gas, this is the place to stop. If you're thinking about gas but don't have to have it, wait until Manchester TN, you'll save 30 cents a gallon!!

Love's is your one stop place to shop for all of your travel needs. They have fresh clean bathrooms. Healthy food choices like fresh veggie sticks, fresh fruit cups, and nice bananas.The coffee is fresh, hot, and delicious.Not to mention the staff is top notch.

You think they are too busy, no they are lazy too. They go back and forth, talk a lot and pretend they are working. That is why you wait in line for 5-7 or 12 hours, and there are only 2-3 trucks in front of you.I got there by noon, they finished at midnight: PM service and fixing leaking Wheel seal took 12 hours.

As a truck driver it's one of my favorite truck stops. You can normally always find somewhere to park and the staff is friendly and restrooms and showers are clean. I didn't have a free shower on my card today and the nice lady at the fuel desk gave me a free shower. When you are otr that is always appreciated.

Stopped in for fuel and lunch to go. Lines were too long at the restaurants. Had to go with the roller grill. Could you at least make sure 75% of the roller grill items aren't "still cooking" at 12:30pm?? Ridiculous.Also, as the panoramic pictures show, they can be VERY busy at lunchtime. But that's a Love's for you.
