This pharmacy is always insanely busy. I feel for them.But, the staff have always been very helpful and nice. Even on things I'm clueless about-- but should know: Such as how to find my RX card.Anyways, I truly appreciated the young blonde woman that helped me today (2/21 ~9:30am). I had taken my last migraine rescue pill Sunday, and hadn't refilled yet 'cause usually I have about a month or two before another.But, a skull splitting one set in acutely this morning, and I explained that to her-- and she got it filled ASAP.I really, really appreciated it so much.Won't be making that mistake twice.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!The entire pharmacy staff is clueless! ZERO customer service skills and they DO NOT CARE if you can get your medicine. I have been waiting 3 days! My doctor has called. My insurance has called. They refused to help me.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They have absolutely no concern for their customers, who keep them in business or for a customer that is also a patient needing medication for an illness!It is neither here or there to them.Do not put yourself through the angst of dealing with a pharmacy with no time or heart!!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever, went through to get my meds which they informed me they were out of. So I ask if they could send the prescription to Wal-Mart pharmacy and the lady at the window informed me I had to go to Wal-Mart and have them call the CvS pharmacy to request the prescription from them. Needless to say they had walmart on hold for over 30 minutes and never answered so I couldnt get my meds. Long story short DO NOT GO TO CVS!

Poor service. Just went in to get a money order, took the guy 4 times to scan my I.D, then my money order turned out to be messed up. Called CVS turns out they couldn’t replace it. The manager wouldn’t even give me the time of day to hear what was wrong with the money order. I’m pretty sure it was their fault, but let’s give them a thumbs up for customer service…NOT!

Any rating on here other than one star is fake, everything about this location is sub par at best. If Google ever has a reason to add a zero star Jasper Tennessee would definitely be the reason. If you are forced to go to this location, like I am, I will think of you in my prayers.

Guy at the counter (Jasper, TN) helped me save $30 on my purchase. He noticed I had a coupon from the first purchase and asked if I wanted to use it for my HSA purchase (Nevage). It was a 30% off coupon. It was nice of him to notice the coupon and use it to save me money. I’ll definitely go back.

I was waiting in line at the pharmacy to pick up an urgent prescription at 1:20pm. 10 minutes later at 1:30 it was my turn, however Chelsie shut the gate in my face and told me to come back at 2pm because it's her lunch break. Meanwhile my partner is suffering a medical emergency. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I absolutely HATE this store!!!!!! The pharmacy part that is! The in store portion is fine and has friendly people however the pharmacy, well that's a nightmare and a half. The people are rude, unkind, ungrateful and lack in true customer service. I wish CVS would GO AWAY and we could get another pharmacy in our area. The sad part is no matter how much you complain NOTHING changes! I will be transferring ALL of our prescriptions just so I don't have to deal with the rude behaviors anymore. It's not worth putting up with.

I live north of hear and very surprised by all the complaints. They have always filled my prescriptions without a problem and other aspects of the store have been fine. I have used CVS all over the country and by comparison they are normal.

Horrible customer service. 8 days after placing a refill order on line they still did not have med. VERY RUDE clerk checked availability at other outlets (not voluntarily); sent me to another location to again wait in line to find their stock expired; then to a 3rd store; pharmacy closed for lunch, reopened after lunch. Me being only customer at counter once info was given (seemingly impossible for 1st store to simply notify other store to have prescription ready) and I waited as they filled other pending orders and put them on the shelf before filling mine as I stood at the counter .

In line with all other reviewers:1 - This branch is consistently rude, unhelpful, and uninformed / incompetent in re properly and in a timely fashion refilling and dispensing medications2 - Their inventory-to-sale model of keeping NOTHING in stock that costs any money until they absolutely HAVE to dispense it places medical wellness and stability and lives in danger. When multiplied by the gross incompetence and complete diffidence of the anencephalics at this branch, the clear and present danger to the public is obviously exceedingly high3 - I would NEVER and I repeat NEVER have done business with this company, and more importantly, this branch, had my insurance company not sold us out to the lowest most vicious bidder for their sweetheart most-favored-nation preferred provider. It is a scam on both ends of the deal with the patient, who pays the bills, and suffers the results of their malfeasance and larceny

The worst customer service I've ever received at a pharmacy. They would rather carry on their personal conversations, then help customers or fill prescriptions. We will no longer trust CVS with our prescriptions. We do not feel welcome there.

They shorted half of my antibiotic prescription. Literally printed the label with "Take 1 tablet twice daily for 10 days," and only gave me 10 pills. Learn basic math. Called them back, and they said I had to call in the afternoon the next day stating they had to call the Dr, when clearly this wasn't a Dr error.

Today I called in a prescription and I have never met someone so helpful after calling and not being able to speak to a human being Laura was absolutely fantastic. She was very apologetic and did whatever she could to help me out for the issue I was having. I never had a good trip to CVS pharmacy but she actually made this one worth the wait. The rest of the staff should take notes!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Scripts are NEVER filled on time and they look at you like you are a burden. Last time I went they did not have my medicine and the pharmacy tech seemed to enjoy telling me that they were out of it. Do not use this place unless you are a sadist.

I just wish their district manager would call me. I have used CVS for 28 years, and this is the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. Does anyone know who the district manager is and contact?

Do NOT use this pharmacy if you can help it. I usually use Walgreens in Chattanooga, but have used Rite Aids, Food City's, Local Drugstores, & never had a negative experience like this.I turned my prescription in, a day later I call them to wait on hold for 30 minutes. They tell me insurance was invalid. I called my insurance & they said I was active & the pharmacy should've called them, it's their job.Next day I give them the info they needed from insurance. One day later I call them, wait 30 minutes on hold, lady answers & says there's an issue, the tech put in the info wrong. She said she took care of it & my scripts will be filled. That was at 10:30AM, it's 6PM & I'm having to physically drive down there, bc I'm not waiting on hold for 30 minutes again.I'm physically sitting there until they are filled, if they'll ever be filled. Yes, they're a busy pharmacy being the only one in the area, but this is unacceptable. I've never waited longer than 3 hours on prescription.

This is an essential service that everyone will need at some point in time. Whether it's a daily medicine you take or something more serious such as prescriptions you need due to sickness, or in my case, prescriptions needed for post-surgery pain, this business is a very disappointing one. I have called several times only to be on hold for 30 minutes to over an hour or more and then eventually hung up on without anyone saying a word. No matter how busy someone is, it's their job to provide complete customer service. The people that use this pharmacy ultimately provide the pay checks that these employees need. Yet they continously operate understaffed and stressed which in turn creates poor customer service. I have no choice but to use CVS pharmacies due to the changes with my insurance policy. I do not recommend this location or any CVS. It's incredible how rude they are to their customers.

Went to the pick up window. There were four cars in front of me. We got there at 12:55. The front car was there until 1:29. Second car was there until 1:39. Third car left at 1:44 which is normal. This is absurd. If their prescription isn’t ready tell them to come back. If the people picking up had any consideration they would move so the people behind them could get their prescriptions. It is 2:00 and still waiting.

Never have prescriptions ready!!!!! Even when you call ahead. I am treated like a low life and get the stink eye every time I step up to the counter. I’m all about customers first but do not feel it here! Moving my prescriptions somewhere else!!

I have had the worst experience here. Won’t take mine or my daughters insurance. Tried to get me to pay $164 for my daughters prescription when at Walmart I could get it for $38 with no insurance there. Then refused to transfer her prescription!!! She’s 2 months old and does NOT need to go without her medicine that she NEEDS! I will NEVER recommend to anyone. They never answer the phone or the drive thru window. They are very rude. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This has to be the worst cvs in all of the lands.... It isn't by choice I use this as our pharmacy. Aetna needs to clean this one up. Bad customer service, expect long waits in person or drive thrum either they are under staffed or inefficient or both. Retail side is fine, clean store etc. Most of the bad reviews are the pharmacy side. They need an audit and Karen (the pharmacy manager) needs some remedial training. They lose scripts, don't expect a decent transfer it'll take many tries. Want a flu shot 😂 good luck.Second 20 plus minute visit to the drive thru in a week. Even if you are the only one here expect long waits.

Shockingly horrible service. I drove down to see if my prescription was ready I waited while they gossiped and told jokes. When I finally got someone to “help” me they first could not locate it.It took so long that several customers had lined up behind me.Finally from across pharmacy in a voice loud enough for the entire store to hear the pharmacist ask “Ok. I see it you are trying to get the ANTIPSYCHOTIC, right?”Can anyone say HIPPA?She didn’t use the actual name of the medication but in this case it was worse. I couldn’t tell if the other customers were shocked at the unprofessional behavior or were concerned I was psychotic and could snap at any moment.She said it would be a few hours which was ridiculous but I was too embarrassed to stay and say anything.Also I had to drive to the store again to see if it was ready because they NEVER answer the phone and text notification no longer works.Moving my prescriptions ASAP. Worst pharmacy I’ve EVER visited.

I started going to CVS more than any other store because of the good coupons on the app etc. They have the best cashiers, I don’t feel like a bother when my transaction doesn’t add up right or if it didn’t print out an extra bucks, they always help in some way or the other. Pulled into drive through to drop off prescription I patiently waited about 10 minutes before they opened. I was the only vehicle at either drop off/pick up area. When the canister lowered, I immediately sent my perscription. Still the lone vehicle at that area, I patiently awaited someone to acknowledge me and request any further information. Another vehicle approached and within two minutes someone appeared at the window and started helping them. I WAITED 9 MINUTES FOR A CVS EMPLOYEE TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY VERY EXISTENCE AT THEIR WINDOW, MUCH LESS OFFER ASSISTANCE OR ASK THE USUAL QUESTIONS REGARDING WHEN I NEED TO PICK UP and so on! Customer service and respect for customers was lacking that day. It infuriates me to be ignored and is totally unacceptable. It would have taken less than two minutes to look at my prescription and verify my information. Instead I had to wait 9 minutes longer than necessary. The length of time isnt the issue, the issue is LACK OF RESPECT FOR A PAYING CUSTOMER.
