We just had a horrible experience there. The girl at the counter was incredibly snippy had an attitude and she had gotten two people's orders wrong already and they were frustrated at her. When it came time to us she put our stuff on the counter so long by the time it got into our hands. They couldn't flip it because it had melted. When we got it home it was all over the place. We only live 3 minutes from the place.

This is a super nice restaurant inside. I love the coke machine and the high end feel inside. This is now my favorite lunch spot in East Tennessee!I delivered to the manager Bill today. What a great guy. There's enough room to drive around the building in a tractor trailer but you'll need someone to block the drive through, it's a little tight. I was in a day cab and a 48' trailer.

Used to be alot better, have gone down hill alot since the owners quit operating. Don't ever get the food right anymore or they charge for extra cups of sauces (Only get 1 sauce for a 4 piece chicken strip an its a half poured cup they do themselves..) Had to pay .54 for an extra to finish my meal. Probably stop at the one in Crossville on my way home from work in the morning instead now.

The staff is professional and friendly.I like the food, but the restaurant is SO DIRTY!! If the front of the restaurant is this dirty, where the customers can see it, what does the kitchen look like 😵💫 They do clean the tables. There's food splattered on the roll down blinds and walls, the chairs are black where customer's hands touch. The booth cushions are nasty. The floor is slippery.I recently saw a staff member cleaning under the tables and the pictures.

No bacon means no bacon. Took the bacon off and handed it back. I rejected. Took all ingredients off and put it on new bun.Unacceptable. WILL NOT RETURNJust a reminder. I still haven't returned.

Service was good. The girl that waited on us was very pleasant. I got the biscuits and gravy combo, it comes with a hashbrowns. It was a nice breakfast.Had a original cheeseburger, pretty good!Even when I go in just to get a sundae, service is good and quick.

Very rude manager . Asked her if my drink was ready to drink and I will spare your ears . Then she whispered in a ladies ear who I assume she has seniority and the next foul on the bad apple was just another in a long list of extremely poor customer service and the thing is that no one else was in line or pressuring BA on the front line and I hope the owners are on top of it and the thing is I was working in the same restaurant as a teenager and I made the door's that cover the cabinet in back. We were a Druthers then but we're ranked #1 month after month. In all categories and the door's reflect the spirit of our team. " 1st we'll be the best then we'll be 1st" 1988: I believe. BA and BA is Bad Apple (Frontline man) I can't text manager with her out of lasting pride and the unfortunate backwords fall it is in. I love the DQ food and I hope the hiatus is a short one but I will not be able to eat the Jamestown DQ food until BA is dealt with and I don't want her fired or denoted but she is in a long course of customer service 101 and I hope she has . FYI I was working on the DQ payroll for a little while after the changes in owners and the name and menu as well is why I felt that a little more effort to correct a BA and I do miss the Breakfast.

The place is always good. Never fails to impress me. The staff here is always hard at work and nice. It’s never crowded indoors but in the drive through there is quit a bit, but it never takes to long to get ur food. They make the best blizzards!

The restaurant is going down hill fast. They did away with the classic double cheese burger, or changed how it is cooked. They also stopped selling city ham and stop serving breakfast to early.

Waited for food and fries were cold and old. I paid .¢25 for peanuts in a sundae and there was literally one nut in my ice cream. Food is often cold here.UPDATED. They're much better in 2023 than they used to be. Fresher food and better service.

Took me forever to get my ice cream and when I did get it inside the store the ice cream was melted in the soup and the waitresses were very unfriendly they also didn’t give me a lid For my ice cream knowing it was takeout and they were very rude when I did ask them for a Lid And I had to ask more than five times for the lead. So I’ll give this location a one star because it is truly a one star restaurant! This isn’t my first experience with their food being bad and service being terrible when you buy hamburger it’s usually cold the french fries are as well and the children working there are very unprofessional

They serve a good breakfast. 3 star rating is due to the blizzards not being mixed properly (plain vanilla ice cream in up to half of the cup). It is quite disappointing!Update....I don't order blizzards, but DQ has awesome salads and a very good fish sandwich! Update #2....I have ordered a large cherry sundae with pecans and whipped cream frequently. They are very good tasting. I love the DQ app. Folks, give it a try. 🙂

Good food. Except for the chicken ( crispy ) sandwiches. The chicken was ALL breading, paper-thin chicken, got it because I don't like their burgers anymore. They REALLY need to find a better meat vendor, please. Hubby enjoyed his flamethrower, he will eat anything. All in all the fries are great and breakfast is wonderful, place is always clean.

GREAT STAFF, they are always working so hard, cleaning, cooking, anything you need to make your meal and stay better. The drive through is great other than the amount of people that stay. The place is always jam packed on the inside unless you get there in time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was cooked fresh. Only complaint was that I had a specific request and asked in advance if they could accommodate. She assured me yes, and even went back to tell the cook. And it was done wrong. But that is pretty standard with fast food.
