We have had the misfortune of using this Walgreens for a number of years. We have a very atypical schedule, and need the 24hour window in order to pick up things sometimes. They have become so horrible that we have switched and will be using a completely different pharmacy. They have on multiple occasions not had my wife’s daily medication in stock, leading to her running out of necessary medications. They have lost medication on two occasions when they were supposed to mail it, refused to fix it and causing us to pay out of pocket for the replacement while happily keeping the insurance money as well. We’ve had frequent issues with medications failing to be filled and medications never get filled within the predicted timeframe. One of the techs who frequently works the window is rude and horribly unprofessional. Some of the staff are kind and pleasant, but it’s impossible to know who you’ll get ahead of time. If you have any other option I would recommend every other pharmacy in Jackson.

This is one of the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever encountered. They have one black employee who really is off putting and always has an attitude. I went to pick up medicine and she was very rude and funky. I have called, and she had hung up in my face in the middle of a question. I don't know her name, but I know she was at work on 10/4/23 at 10:00am. So that black girl. I informed one of the other employees, a black man, about the way she treated me and hung up in my face. He apologized for her. I was only checking prices for my daughters medications with her new insurance. They need to do something about her.She will run anyone off. I just got the medications transferred to another Walgreens and had no problems.

The pharmacy takes forever to answer the phone also the pharmacy will have you sitting in line an hour and I do not exaggerate an hour an hour in the Drive-Thru and not one car will have moved corporate really needs to do something about the pharmacy in the way they take so long in handling their patients

Place is horrible especially in pharmacy takes extremely long if you going thru drive thru your going to wait an hour inside is no better standing in line 30 minutes at a time pharmacy employees not helping when they clearly are looking at the line

The worse experience i was in dyer need of my meds i waited an hour outside the pharmacy for them just to say they havent sent my order in you will die waiting on them HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE & on top of that i went to sleep without my meds depending on them ‼️ DO NOT GO HERE FILL YOUR MEDS ACROSS THE STREET AT CVS

Tried calling and was automatically put on hold and then hung up on. Called back and was hung up on again. Never spoke to anyone after a 1 1/2 hour try . There’s always a drug addict or homeless scary person in the parking lot. If you drop off at the drive through they say and hour and a half for pick up. I live 30 miles from any Walgreens so i can’t go home and return. Pathetic to say the least. Walgreens out north much better service and not so rude

If you enjoyed shopping at the Getto and out of every this place is for you!!! Terrible customer service . Pharmacy is a complete joke . Always out of everything . This Walgreens should be shut down . Not like a real Walgreens that has plenty of stocked items . Beauty department is a joke . Every thing sucks about this place . Need new workers and need to fire ,Majority of it's staff!!!

(Pharmacy) Just wow. I have never gotten service that absolutely horrible. They have a staff of 18 year old kids who act like 8 year old children. I could hear them yelling and cussing at each other through the safety glass in the drive through. I have never gotten decent service from the pharmacy department at any walgreens, I will never be back. Trash everywhere by the way, food all over the ground just nasty and horrible place to be and nasty immature people. The manager almost seemed more incompetent than the children who were yelling. Yeah...that's who's handling your medication...lol

Absolutely the worst Walgreens pharmacy in Jackson.Sends messages saying prescriptions are ready when they are not.Waited over 12 hours for a prescription to be filled.Was told another 45min, 1 1/2 hours later, still not filled.Was given the excuse they are understaffed.

If you’re disabled, find another pharmacy. Was refused service in drive thru. Forced to walk inside to the furthest part of the store to make a purchase. Stood in line over 15 minutes (with no one ahead of me) while cashier visited with lady. Then called to the counter, only to be told I had to go to another counter, was asked two questions at that counter then sent back to original counter to check out. ZERO accommodations for mobility challenged disabled customer. They just don’t care. Go anywhere else.

The worst place EVER to get prescrips refilled. I have never in my life waited so long to get my prescrips filled! Its going on 2 days for my bp meds and i have been out for 2 days! They just now got them filled! I'm going to change pharmacies!

They called my husband saying his prescription was ready for days. He shows up and it's not ready. They tell him 30 minutes and now it's been over an hour!!! Won't tell him what's taking so long or anything. They are being rude an completely unhelpful.

Was not impressed for first time visiting for medication pickup. Medication was called in prior to filling. I called to have it filled and was told an hour. I got there 56 minutes later and was told another 30 minutes and had to circle back around and still had to wait.

I went to this pharmacy for all my prescriptions until a young pharmacist spoke to me very loudly and rude about the medication I was on. I was embarrassed because my health condition is my business not every customer there. I will never go back here. I was humiliated and I cried my eyes. This man had no right speaking so loudly about my medication or health conditions. I still use Walgreens but never use this one.

We had to come to this location to get COVID tested to go to Hawaii. We did not properly test ourselves the first time. Mark called me and asked if we could come back by to do re do it. He was super helpful, and talked me through redoing the test!

I absolutely love Walgreens they have everything you need from medicine to chocolates and drinks to makeup and perfumes toys and more always happy employees to help you if you can't find the item your looking for I love that their convenient and they stay open til 10 pm

Doesn’t matter if your prescription is called it at 8am and you call pharmacy at 1030 and tell them you will pick up at 12, you still gonna have to wait for them to fill it when you get there. Ridiculous!!!

Horrible! Dropped my prescription off, waited 30 mins THEN left and came back an HOUR later and was told it would be an additional 45 minute wait when I came back. Ridiculous, wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone!
