Interesting visit today. I come to this chain mostly because of the "Blue Mountain" work pants, Inexpensive and durable. Rack price was different than was charged and I didn't catch this until after I had walked out the door and into my car with the receipt. When I went to head back into the store for the price match the front door had failed either mechanically or electrically and was not working with the sensor to open. Someone was stuck there in the breeze way. After a few minutes the problem was resolved by forcing it open and my $6.00 overprice was refunded.

I needed propane and our local TSC wasn’t able to fill because their pump was out. I came here as it was the next closest location, about a 25 minute drive. Had my children in tow and hauled my tank out only to be told it was “expired” according to the training that the manager, who happened to be filling my tank, had. He stated that 10 years was the expiration, so my tank should have expired in January. I informed him I’d been filling it all year with no trouble, but he wouldn’t budge. So I went and did some research and found that the law (and Tractor Supply’s own regulations on their website) says 12 years. When I brought this information back to him, he still wouldn’t fill the tank, citing “his training said ten years.” I went to Ace hardware instead and was given fantastic customer service. I called the TSC customer solutions line on my way home and was told that indeed, the rules say 12 years, and that this location was wrong to turn me away. I was told that they would handle it and that if I were to go back here in the future, they would fill the tank. I don’t know if that will be the case, but just be warned if you’re going to fill here-they won’t listen to sense and will have you drive all over creation even when presented with evidence that they’re wrong. Hopefully my experience will resolve the matter and this won’t be the case for anyone else going forward.

Tried to return some items here and they would not let me return them. They said it was purchased in different district. The manager need to be retrained and look at the return policy. It says you have 30 days to return to any Tractor Supply. Your manager and stores suck.

I dont know what happens but every time I go into tractor between the months of January-May I always leave with chickens it never fails I black out and walk out with a minimum of 5 chicks every time. Some times a Turkey if I'm not paying attention to what they are grabbing.

This particular store is a little cluttered but it is a smaller one so what to do. Employees are usually really nice!PLEASE get a dog-washing room in the back! My TSC in East TN had one and it was our favorite, we went all the time and it was totally worth it!

The staff i encountered was very nice. I over heard a customer having ti come back due to no one being there to help him load a large item they purchased. That would be my largest issue is making sure you have staff that can help load those types of things. The dog treat area was almost completely empty too

Here weeks into ordering a set of tires for my trailer. It was suppose to be delivered 2 days later to the Jackson TN store. One tire was delivered in 5 days.I at that point went in another direction to get the tires I need. Went into the Jackson store on Carriagehouse drive where the one tire was delivered to get my refund. I was given a refund for 1 tire and because I didn't have the other tire I had to call online customer service. Did that got a email stating that I should get a refund for the second tire the closer/lead informed me that I couldn't get a refund without the tire. Ok I call customer service and was sent another email that was supposed to be for immediate refund however to be sure I waited to see if the tire would come in. However 3 weeks no tire and no refund but suppose to call the store manager 10_11/22 so he can explain why I don't get my refund or to explain why the tire isn't there. Bull Thank you

Poor customer service. I asked that lady named holly for assistance but she kept running off in the middle of helping me. She was of no help and she kept chasing after the red headed guy that worked there. She honestly seemed more worried about following him around than she was about doing her job. I understand having a relationship with someone but you don’t need to bring romance into work. I would not recommend this company.

So really good place to go they have a whole lot of farm home animal supplies food in bulk medicine for animals real nice service their propane you can get a propane jug filled up in there by the pound usually for less than 10 to 12 dollars week I was $20 everywhere else I personally know two of the employees one is the manager another is assistant manager can't say enough good things about the place you know you just need to go in there and check it out cuz they really got a lot of stuff for repairs around the house home Garden they open at I think 7 in the they will help you take your things to the car if you ask them they have bulk dog foods all of the best brands horse feed goat feed all animal feeds also they sell a high line of Outdoor Clothing and Footwear boots hiking boots working boots Liberty overalls wood stoves United that place is just about got it

We get our dog food, cat food, and cat litter here. Good prices on these. They also usually have a few cats available for adoption on display here, so stop by and pet a cat. It will make you feel better, and the cat might decide to adopt you. You can also find a good selection of lawn and garden supplies, boots, jeans, and tools.

I went in on my lunch break to get some supplies for an electric fence. Colby helped me find what I needed. When I started towards the register to check out, I noticed one was down and the other had a line of about 10 people. I looked at Colby & he said give me a minute and let me go to the back and get a portable unit. He came back stopping for a minute to help a couple that had to be in their mid 80’s. He checked me out where I stood. Then he turned and offered to check out the elderly couple. You can not beat that type of customer service.

The staff is always friendly and helpful.The prices and selection are comparable with other stores within the same genre.The clearance items are hit or miss with what I may need but the price difference is worth it when they are on.

Went in for 2 simple items, mower blades and a fitting for my spray rig (that came from tractor supply), neither of which they had or could care less if I ever found them. Found both parts at their competitor, which is where I'll be going next time. Everyone I spoke to in the store either didn't have a clue what I was needing or was outright hateful... not my idea of doing good business!

Very helpful and organized with good prices especially on their k9 shots. Love tbe variety that that have in the store from trailer supplies to clothes. Come here weekly for my animal's :)

I am a regular here, because this is where I buy my dog food. Good quality dog food, I read ingredients. Also get dog treats & they have some neat farm style home decor. Staff is helpful & friendly.

I was looking online for the availability of a wick for a Kerosene heater and online showed they had my model number in stock but was told that they're out of season and they only sell them during the winter months. Online also showed one that fits a different model and it stated it could be ordered and I brought that to the salesman attention and asked if he could order me one and was told I would be hard pressed to get one shipped. Thank you Lowe's for having what I needed on hand.

Very disappointed in today's visit. Needed assistance, asked for help, never got anyone. I cannot lift 50 pounds.....rotator surgery. I waited a long time and checked out with only what I could lift. Very, berry disappointed this time. The store seemed to only have 1 person working and 1 cashier.

The people are friendly. The only drawback is they don't respond to their curbside pick-up app and online check-in in a timely manner. After checking in and waiting for 20 minutes I had to call the store to get someone out with my order. This is the 2nd time this has happened.
