Bought this grill out of the box. We used it 4 times. The grill started leaning after the first use. The leg broke off before the 4th. Usually Home depot has reliable products but not with this.

So I filled out a form for Home Depot to come and give me a quote to replace windows at my home, instead of just being honest and telling me they didn't want to drive out that far, they make up some rule that both myself and my spouse, if I am married, has to be there. We work for a living and have different days off. That will never work. I would have like Home Depot to come but with the lack of integrity from your employee. That really has made me rethink using Home Depot for any projects in the future! I would give zero stars if it would let me. Maybe a different Home Depot likes making money and acts with Integrity. Your competitors don't have this rule? Doesn't make since! Home Depot lost a customer today!

This is my spot. Parking a thousand times better than Lowes and I like the layout. They have everything you need and more and they are relaxed not uppity like the blue man group. Preference is home depot over Lowes. Not an enemy of Lowes just a preference. Oh and they don't follow me around because of my tattoos like Lowes. Stop it blue I have money.

Bought a filter for my LG refrigerator. One filter was 60+ dollars, went online, and could have ordered six filters for 1/2 the price. Not happy about Home Depot way over charging for their merchandise. RIP OFF! con artists at best.

Had to find an associate to unlock a cage my item was in. That took almost 20 mins. The guy acted so annoyed that he had to do his job. Disappointing for certain.

I stopped in to get a new shop vac that my husband wanted. I seen online they had them in stock but it said that the item wouldn’t be available for pickup until the next day so I assumed it was probably there just on the truck or something. I went to the isle and seen that there wasn’t any so I went to customer service to ask if they had any in stock and showed the lady what it said online. She was rude and told me to go to isle 14 to check and I tried telling her that I had already been there and that’s why I was seeing her but she couldn’t comprehend that and she seemed like she was just maybe having a bad day or just doesn’t like her job but everyone else there was great. I finally found an associate that assisted me in getting the right one from the back. I highly recommend this product.

I drove an hour and a half to get to this Home Depot on Monday because we needed a shower head/faucet set. It showed 300 something were available. I asked someone and they said well they’re not really here but in the warehouse. She didn’t act like she wanted to help at all. Another customer in the store tried to help more than she did. I finally decided to settle on another set just because our contractor needed one. I go up to check out and it won’t scan. The woman typed the code in and it wouldn’t show up. She called back to plumbing and they tried the code but it didn’t work. They basically told me that I couldn’t have the item and I’d have to find something else. They said they couldn’t find the item in their system but instead of working something out, they lost an over $200 sale. I called customer service after but they didn’t care either. Keep in mind we’ve spent $2000 there in the last month. We will never be using Home Depot again.

Manager Ardie saved the day! Despite of the many challenges during our lengthy time at the Home Depot, his transparency helped to resolve our problems. Although they were short staffed the customer service teamwork was appreciated. Shout out to Sherry and the Pink Hair Beauty for keeping it professional even when us customers were frustrated.

We were having some issues with items having the wrong barcode stickers on them, however, the Store Manager Artie came to help us himself even though he was obviously a very busy guy. He was kind, helpful, thorough, and even walked us to the front and ordered the item we needed himself when he could have easily pawned us off on someone else. No matter the issues we started out having, he made up for them and much more. Thanks Artie!

Like other people have stated, this store is packed with incompetence. Waited in lumber for over 20 minutes because I needed a bulk package cut open and some wood cuts. An employee walked past and I asked for help and was met with a, "I'll find someone in the department to help you." Which we can safely say he never did. I then went to customer service where the nicest woman tried to help me, I really wish I had gotten her name because she's clearly the only competent employee there. Maybe y'all should make her the manager because the actual appointed managers were useless and rude. All of this to say, save yourself the trouble and go to Lowes. Never had to beg anyone to do their job there.

I placed an online order hoping for a quick and pleasant pickup. My first issue was that I had to call twice about the order being ready, and no one seemed to know it existed. It had been processing for an entire day. At this point, I was already behind on my painting project. We finally were able to pick up and when we got home, the paint was just the base and had not even been mixed with the color I ordered. This isn’t just a mistake, it’s carelessness. $62 for a gallon of paint and I can’t even get anyone to take the time to mix with the proper the color?

My wife was wanting to purchase a new vent hood for her stove and I had a gift card from The Home Depot that I hadn't used so off we went. The store is nice and they have an ample supply of the things that we looked at, (vent hood, vinyl flooring, tools, ceiling fan) but with most big box stores, we had a difficult time finding an employee to assist with a question we had about the vinyl floor. The guy that finally assisted us was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, sorry I forgot his name, but they didn't have the exact product that my wife wanted so we went to Lowes and they didn't have it either. I am sad that Home Depot has a corporate policy that disrespects the traditional family model as has been the basis of the USA and her stability for decades so I only go there as a last resort.

Incompetence at its finest. We are located an hour from this HD, so we called to verify that we could return an item back to this store that was little over a year old since purchase. The customer service department stated we could but would have to be returned in for store credit, which was acceptable. The product weighed close to 150lbs so we loaded and hauled it in only to be told by the old lady at the return counter that we couldn’t return it because it was purchased online, even thought the product is carried in stores still. This was on 5/7/2023 and as a long time HD purchaser I will no longer be returning because of how terrible these folks were with dealing with this.
