I Always het excellent Service when I go here. The Baristas Rock!!! The only reason for only four stars is the Air Conditioner has been broken for almost three weeks. Make you a deal. Fix the AC, and I will adjust the review to five stars

This location does not have a drive-through and the parking lot is completely full. There is a small outdoor seating area that is very helpful and the staff seemed friendly. We had to wait a little longer than expected for a sandwich and coffee to be finished. They offer a full menu items here.

I love star bucks. Excellent coffee great customer service very friendly staff. Nice and clean inside. Clean restrooms. It's in a very good location and not to packed like some of the other Star Bucks I've been in.

I waited longer in this store than I have ever waited in a Starbucks line. It wouldn't have been terrible but there was only 1 person in front of me and 1 at the register. Young server was so slow , but the worst part was there were 4or5 other people there but nobody stepped up to help even when line went to the door. My coffee was great when it came out so that's perfect but....

Fast and friendly. The order didn't take long and was ready when I picked it up. The staff is very friendly.Vegetarian options: The have a veggie breakfast option.Parking: Plenty of options for parkingWheelchair accessibility: The doors are wide enough for a wheelchair.

The coffee was fantastic but the service surprisingly unpleasant. The barista was busy, which I understand completely. She was extremely rude when I asked for a straw (because they keep them behind the counter now due to Covid 👍). My 7yo son even noticed and doesn't want to go back to that Starbucks. Hoping she was just having a bad day.

The Starbucks across from Old Hickory Mall in Jackson is a regular place for coffee with my friend.I've been going to this store since it was built. The first generation of staff was adequate, the second generation of staff was the best they have ever had, like family. I knew their pets, their children, their dreams and their goals. Regarding service, they were awesome. The turnover since then had been a flatline until this current team.They aren't as fast as Gen ll but they are reasonably quick to get the orders out. I do appreciate that this team has personality, smiles are genuine, they are pleasant, sometimes funny and most importantly, they connect with the customer. That is they see a person, they make eye contact. I'm enjoying getting to know them a little.There have been challenges with my routine Carmel Macchiato, but nothing was their fault, like being out of something. However, I am impressed that they make alternate suggestions. That's rare. Typically, a barista will tell me they are out of something and just silently stare at me as if I need to come up with a solution. Not good. My friend and I enjoy the few hours that we often spend there. Great baristas create a little positive energy in the store.I hate that they have unisex restrooms and the doors don't lock.

I updated my review from a 5 star to a 1 star bc the employee Ted makes my nerves shot the last two times I came in he gets frustrated very easy and it's not cool at all . It's not just that he is getting frustrated with customers but employees also. They don't know about it tonight bc their backs were turned but he slammed his head set down on the counter . Some customers don't appreciate it bc it messes with some peoples anxiety and I'm one of them.

Out of the 3 locations in Jackson, this one is by far the best. The staff is so friendly and always so happy. I think their coffee even tastes better here. Always striving to please. My order is always right. I go out of my way to come to this location even tho I live closer to the others.

I frequent this location many times a week, sometimes every day. I think the staff does a great job with the volume of customers. It is just like any other Starbucks when it comes to the rush of people at certain times of the day, but if a mistake (only a couple times of the 2 years I've been going) it is corrected with a smile. The 4 stars and not 5 is the lack of acknowledgement while waiting to place an order, but that doesn't affect the end result of great coffee and a correct order.

I don't choose this place just because of the coffee. I choose to go to this location because of the service. There can be a line out of the parking lot and they still get everyone through the line quickly, and get my order right every time. And they are always so polite and professional.

3 stars ONLY because of second shift!First shift is always amazing , friendly & helpful! Second shift 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m not sure what goes wrong in between the shift change but , they’re rude ! Unfriendly & ALWAYS ALWAYS make the SAME drink I get in the morning TOTALLY WRONG & different than first shift !

I absolutely love Starbucks!!! They have the most delicious coffee I have ever tasted in my life! It is a bit too pricey & too far from home for me to indulge in regularly. However, I enjoy it as frequently as possible, as it is my favorite coffee shop. There is a wide selection of beverages in a variety of flavors & styles. They have hot or cold drinks. They have food items. They also have a small area where you can purchase merchandise for your home or as a gift. Usually the wait for an expertly crafted coffee is very short. My husband also loves this little place. We look forward to stopping in whenever possible.

The guy asked of i I wanted my brownie warmed. He brings it to me feeling room temperature and when I point this out to him he acts like it is an imposition. I said “sorry to frustrate you” to which he replies “it’s okay; I’m just trying to do too many things at once.” I guess taking care of customer is not a priority. 😢

Can't go wrong with Starbucks. Normally consistent at all locations. A little pricey but good to treat yourself every now and then. Breakfast sandwiches and bread slices are good. My daughter loves the cake pops.
