Seb’s is without a doubt our favorite part of Jackson!!! Every flavor is to die for and they are always coming out with new flavors to try. Our dog is obsessed with the snow bone for dogs as well. There is nothing better than stopping by Seb’s on a hot summer day! Thank you Sebs!!!

I absolutely love this place! I have dietary restrictions and they are always so quick to make sure that snowcone flavors are safe for me even when they are crazy busy. This place really values their customers and wants them to have a great experience! flavors are always delicious and unique. Not to mention, these aren’t normal snowcones with that awkward crunchy ice that has no flavor on top because it also goes through to the bottom, the flavor is throughout and somehow they make ice taste creamy it’s amazing!

Love Seb’s! I’ve tried many of the flavors they offer and have loved them all! Sour Patch Kids is definitely one of my favorites. All of the staff is very friendly and will help to explain what is included in their flavors. Great place to stop for a tasty summer treat!

Seb’s is not only a fun atmosphere but my family’s favorite treat in town! My favorite is the Watermelon Sugar High or the Lemon Berry Cream. My husband’s favorite is the Sour Patch Kid! My kids love the rainbow or sugar cookie! Never had anything but a wonderful experience! ❤️

I'm not usually a snow cone lover, but this is different! It has such a soft texture and the strawberry cheesecake flavor is delicious. Our puppy loved her sno bone too! We will definitely be back!

Seb's is amazing. The people who own, operate, and work there are some of the kindest people one will find. The shaved ice is exalent. They have so many different flavors to choose from. They are all reasonably priced and will made.

Quite arguably the most quintessential shaved ice dispenser in the tri-county area. If I had to give the essence of the splendid treasures this establishment calls shaved ice, it would be scrumtrelecent (a word of which must be made up due to the fact no know word would do it justice). To say the flavors are life changing would be such an understatement. What flavors are good? ALL OF THEM!!!! Add cheesecake flavor to anything and BAM! delicious! My only point of contention, is with the owners refusal to implement a dessert of my own creation.....the everything snow cone. Every flavor. Every topping. Every feeling of joy, neatly packaged into a beautiful, icy, cup of bliss. Also, it’s a cool place.
