If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Came here to purchase some toys for my cat and the conditions of the cat adoption center is heart breaking. The cats seems to be poorly taken care of. It seems like they never clean the cat cages. The cats seemed neglected. One girl was up in the front walking around doing nothing and when I asked her about the cats and if they’re always kept in that position she shrugged her shoulders and said “ I don’t know “ she did call someone but it doesn’t matter to me because it seems like they’re only doing something because I said something. The hamster cages are also neglected. It is very heartbreaking.

I live 1 1/2 hours from Jackson, TN, and don't get down there very often. I was so excited to go and get some live fish and more plants. Not one employee came over to the fish department even though at least four other people were waiting to buy fish. The packaged plants were unacceptable to purchase. A few of them had broken down so much that they looked like a green ooze or slime and without the label, unidentifiable.

Always good, helpful employees and a good stock. Even if the employees occasionally are a little hard to find, it's almost always because they're busy helping another customer or doing backstock (which is nice to see as a former retail supervisor and worker!) 😊

The groomer had a horrible attitude. They kept her for 4 hrs and it looked like they barely did anything to her. She also did not smell as good as she usually smells when she gets groomed. Looked like the bare minimum was done.

I had a coupon that was a 2 days expired. I asked to see a manager. Just to see if they would honor $20 off on a $175 purchase. The girl said that I couldn’t talk to a manager. I guess I’ll start looking for another pet store to buy my dogs food.

My family just got a new puppy. We took him in with us to get a few things for him and the staff just showed him so much love. It is amazing how they put your four leg family members up on a Pet-estal!!! 😂 😂 😂

If I could I'd give zero stars. The young customers were not friendly and barely spoke and when me and a couple of friends needed assistance they acted as if they were not obligated to help as if they where not there to assist the customers. Only one cashier was friendly and that was the older dark haired lady. Corporate needs to go in and just go on a firing spree there. Worse experience ever.

Went there for my daughter 12th birthday. Wanted to look at hamsters and gerbils. Employee ask if they can get us anything we said no just looking. Were then told rudely that their are paying customers wanting to buy. The people were on the other side. We weren't bothering anyone and planned to buy a few hundred dollars worth of items but wanted it to be a surprise. We Said just looking to get a feel for what one my daughter was interested in instead of ruining the surprise. After being basically told to move for a "paying customer " u lost one. Thanks for making my daughter's birthday unpleasant

Really wish they had a better variety of fish. They are always out of algea waters and bottom federal since corporate orders their supplies for them. But at least they answer the phone and attend to their customers, the other place in Jackson doesn't even do that.

The people are always friendly and helpful. The whole store is well organized and it's easy to find whatever you need. The guy that works the aquarium area is full of knowledge and doesn't seem to mind helping to figure out just what you need.

My dogs came with fleas after being treated monthly from the salon.When I brought it to their attention, nothing was done.The dogs have never been off my property till I took them to the salon. Now I’m having to treat them weekly rather than their normal monthly..and when I called to talk to the salon, I got major attitude.Even the manager did nothing.I’m done.Very poor customer service.

I’ve taken my dog Macy to be groomed here at least 10 times but never again. This time they hurt her and traumatized her. She was a terrified mess when she came back and would yelp when we picked her up. I don’t know if she fell off the table or what but THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME!!!!!!!!! She has a cracked piece of bone on her back! Thank GOD It will heal itself or I would be in there and heads would be rolling. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE

We came to buy Betta fish. A lot of them were dead. I felt really bad for the ones that were left. We are actually going back tomorrow to try to save some more. Poor fish. Very upsetting. When I brought the two home that I purchased and fed them they were so hungry.

Was greeted upon entry, then within 50 feet of the door, another employee asked if I needed help and took me right to the product I was looking for. After looking through the selection, the associate then checked on me again, asking if I needed a cart.Great customer service!!!
