We love bringing our Ramsay girl here for her grooming needs. She can be a bit overly excited and jumpy however the staff is always delighted to see her. Thank you for always taking care of her needs and getting her in and out in a timely manner! You have a life long customer!

It was a.nightmare!!I went to take my fur baby for a $28 holiday Christmas grooming package special, thinking I was getting that .They asked me to sign papers with me not having my glasses and I signed it trusting them that I was signing for the special! But when I received the charge after the bath they gave my dog , the holiday $28 special was $60!! The manager with red hair and a long red beard started aguring with me saying there is no such thing as $28 grooming baths for dogs while it was on the advertised board the whole time! Right in front of other customers he called me a liar!! He had awful customer service! He kept following me and yelling saying I signed the paper!.Even if I did, he should not virbable abuse any customer !! When I said that my husband and I had been regular customers for years, but after this we are not coming back and plan to shop at Petsmart , he said he didn't care and to leave and not come back! I never plan on going back there again! We had a basket of Christmas gifts for our fur baby to buy, but we put those back.and had planned on getting our fur baby groomed regularly there, but not now, because of him! This happened at The North Jackson, TN.store!! I would not recommend this place to anyone! The groomer.was even not friendly!

I was so happy with how Avery turned out. She looked adorable but not shaved. Nails were nicely done with no sharp edges. We are so pleased with Heather. Avery loved her and we did too. Differently will want Heather the next time she needs any grooming done.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly! I will definitely be coming back! Starlin is a German Shepard mix. I was pleasantly surprised when they handed her back to me and all of her undercoat was gone! I have had such a horrible time with shedding and now I don't have to worry about that! Thank you all so much for taking such great care of her!

My dog went there for a bath and came home so fluffy and smelling so good - we love the way he looked - I can never get his hair to look that fluffy! I need to know what brush they used! Also, the employees were very personable and appeared to love animals so I was not worried about how he was treated while he was there:)

My Roscoe doesn't like ANYONE.. Heather, his groomer is the ONLY one I have ever seen that he doesn't growl at. I have taken him there for years and other places local if they couldn't see him when I needed it. Heather is great with him.

Shaved my 5 pound Yorkie bald in some areas, she had zero mats and just needed a trim mostly of her face, I am sure ears were not cleaned no bath was done and her nails which I told them had just been cut and filed where cut jagged. She looked so bad they tried to make excuses and then charged me more than any groomer ever before. Not to mention that when you drop off and pick up you have to wait for them to notice you while staring at their phone and backs to the customer area since you cant go to the counter anymore. They make sure you pay and leave tip before you see your dog.

Appointment was supposed to be for Jackson TN . Drove a hour to get there and find out some how the appointment was in Clarksville. And they wouldn't take my dog . Don't recommend this place
