I've shopped and bought fuel from this store daily for nearly 20 years and now I try not to waste my time. The maintenance has fallen off and the overall customer service has been horrible. I'll go out of my way to avoid this store since new ownership.

Really needed gas and the bathroom. The pump worked fine except I didn't get a receipt. The bathroom was clean. The cashier was cheerful, nice and helpful. The stop was a good one. Thank you for all the facilities working.

Always stop here when I'm passing through. The chicken tender wraps they offer are really really good - and not just for 'gas station' food. "Worth a stop to get one even if I don't need gas" good. The honey mustard that comes with it is perfect honey mustard. They also have a good selection of cold local beers, in case you're over-nighting at one of the hotels nearby.

Just poor maintenance outside. The tap readers for Apple Pay are nonfunctional. There are no squeegees for my windows. It’s cheap gas but that’s it. Oh, and no receipt prints outside. Several ways they wasted my time.

They had diesel fuel at a decent price and was close to my hotel.Pump heaters must have not been working, extremely slow to pump, 15+plus minutes just to fill up.

Just passing thru to our vacation spot. Stopped for ice and restrooms. Very friendly staff. Might sound weird, but impressed by the Clean and pleasantly decorated restrioms. (When traveling no one wants to use a restroom that looks unkept and seems dirty) thank you for thinking of your customers and staff)

This place need new employees. I went there this morning to buy cigars. I wanted to buy 8 packs but the woman told me she couldn't sell me all of them because they have regulars that might need them. Lol why in the hell not? I can go buy several of anything else except cigars? I won't be going back

Clean floors, clean rest rooms, neatly organized aisles in the main section 😊 and a separate alcohol/liquor area (valid ID required for access) 😊Some excellent snack options for road travelers 👍 pretty affordable gas/petrol 👍 and courteous clerks round out an excellent experience 👍😊

Great place to stop for gas and/or snacks. Applied for a job there and got an email yesterday 01/27 stating they want to interview me today 01/28. I responded kindly and let them know that I was unavailable to interview today, but I could come in to interview anytime Wednesday 01/29 if they had time. Never got a response, then get an email today stating I am not the right fit for the job. All because I couldn't interview when they wanted me to. This is what makes people who are truly looking for jobs discouraged. Some of us have young kids or certain situations that make us only able to work certain hours, but most jobs won't even work with you or even consider you. Just horrible how some people can't even find work due to places doing this mess.

The place is messes than hell they got new workers there that are full if it the owner needs to start being there to see what goes on there that's why the place so mess up and the management there is terrible not the guy but that girl the workers that they will have back there cooking likes to take the cook supplies and scrap them on the garage can so please be careful by eating it her grits are terrible she puts them in the microwave one guy came in for some and she put them in the microwave and he came back in the store and said they were horrible so find yell somewhere else to eat

have gone here more than any other place in Jackson and never had a problem until today. Walked in to 5 people in line with one employee (male white) was sitting by the cigarettes. He made a big commotion for me having my hoodie on which never bothered them before because they mostly all know me. Kinda upset about the hoodie thing but that same guy didn't get behind the register after being called out and embarrassed. He went right back to sitting next to cigarettes. You might want to fix this because you just lost a whole families business. Been here a thousand times, it's so sad that one lazy new person just blew it. Might put sign up, or teach the new people who is your best customers. Or you could just keep losing business. Your choice.
