I can never seem to have enough plants! I just think they are so beautiful and I keep buying more! Today I bought some great smelling lillies, they are perennials so they will come back every year. I saw so many beautiful flowers and plants. Lowes really has beautiful selection!

I went into this store to get some items needed for a home project. The staff was very helpful, I truly enjoyed the checkout process, A helpful associate was very sincere, asking about how everything was going etc. This person was very genuine!In closing, Some stores can use all the AI they want but that will NEVER replace a true human customer experience!

I bought a lever handle doorknob. Easier to open than a twist type. The associate rekeyed the lock to match the other lock on my door so I only have one key for all my locks. They do this at no charge when you purchase the lock from Lowes. It only took a few minutes. Great job, very satisfied.

We're building a home and the building manager is using Lowes in South Jackson. It has been a nightmare. Wrong items sent, delayed reorders, out of stock items, no follow through and poor customer service. We went elsewhere for final purchases but this has delayed moving into our home by months. Lowe's, you have lost this customer for good.

These 🌳 are a little cheaper than Walmart's, they look good also. This was my second Lowe's I went to because the first one didn't have what I needed even though the website said they had it in stock. I ask the associate to look and see what other surrounding Lowe's had what I needed. Went to second store and they had exactly what I needed, wasn't that crowded, half the customers and workers was wearing mask. Was able to check out fairly quick.

Had Hardwood flooring put down in 3 rooms of my house that were supposedly covered under warranty. After 8 months I had locks separating in the flooring causing gaps. Lowes had it inspected and claimed the subflooring was bad which negated their warranty and them of fixing the problem areas. Multiple contractors have looked at it and said the product was faulty and the cause of the problem. I will no longer be doing business with Lowes and buyer be ware.

This is the BEST Lowe’s in Jackson! The co-workers at this location are dedicated and friendly. The garden staff are knowledgeable and kind. The store is spotless and welcoming. I live closer to the Vann Drive location but choose this one for the service!

Lumber at aisle 30 something, hey where's the nails? Aisle 3, kinda wish they had been closer together. And don't expect to walk down the main walkway in the front of the store without seeing all the items placed in the way just in time for Christmas. Looked like a big hazard in the event of an emergency.

We visited this location multiple times this weekend as we were moving our daughter into a duplex near Freed Hardeman University. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Every staff member we saw would ask how they could help or were we finding what we were looking for. So refreshing to encounter staff members that strive to accommodate the customer in every way. Y’all Rock!

Every time I go in Lowe's in Bemis, Tennessee I get nothing but the very best service. The people that work the garden center are absolutely awesome Tonya and that others are very intelligent. They know their stuff and are always willing to go the extra mile. The other day I was in there shopping for our church. And since it's cold out right now, the ladies were working the other part of the store and Tanya and the others were absolutely awesome. They were right on key and were very helpful and informative. we're very lucky to have them .all

Over been working in Jackson, tn for almost tire months and I've been going to the Lowe's on Highland Ave. They have a great staff, they're checking if you found what you need. They actually sell what they're doing and take you where the Swiss you're looking for are located. I wish the stores at bigger cities were like this

We have been to this Lowe's so many times people that work there are beginning to know us by name. The store itself is staffed very well and it doesn't take long to find someone to help you get a product off the top rack, in fact there have been times where I have had 3 different team members looking for a particular obscure product and we all tore all over that store to find it, way up and tucked back on a top shelf. I love that they now carry Craftsman tools since that's been the family tool of choice since the days when Sears used to be relevant. The Kobalt line of tools are great too, have had and have been heavily using a Kobalt miter saw for over 8 years.

I went to Lowe’s north Jackson,Tn trying to buy siding and windows. There was a young gentleman in siding that trying to assist me. He sent me to the pro desk where I encountered Casey. Casey had the personality of a piece of paper. He acted as if he didn’t want to be bothered. I ask him about siding he said they didn’t have the color I wanted. I said well it’s on the flip chart in your hand he then said it’s out of stock and we can’t get it go to South Jackson to Crossroads they’ll have what you want. My daughter said mom I’m pretty sure it’s a special order. I then talk to someone else and they got me the information I needed. I’m remodeling my house and I will not be using this store
