Don't come here to change tires. I checked in at 5:30. They told me to wait 5 hours. It's 4am and I'm still waiting. Manager Tyler knocked on my door at 3:45 am and said don't wait in line, go park on the street. This is complete nonsense. I entered the customer entrance and asked a guy named Jonathan. He said there are many queues. and now he has closed the shop. As I said, do not stop here to change tires.

First, my complaint.This place is fairly new, and I don't understand how its 2023 and truck stop chains don't understand that you need at least one flat surface in the shower to put your soap and shampoo bottles. None here at all. The soap dispenser in the shower has a sloped top and your stuff just slides right off. Put in a dang ten dollar corner shelf or something.Otherwise the shower was spacious enough and very clean.Parking lot was jam packed at 4pm on Saturday. Large lot for a Loves but still fills up fast.

Whole place needs some TLC. Lots of broken stuff, missing shower head, Generally untidy and a little grubby.I hear Loves is spending $2b on refurbishments... Start with this one.

I am sick and tired as a truck.Driver stopping at love to find out their restaurant is closed... This store is filthy.It's disgusting the restrooms are broken and closed and the restaurant is closed down... At some point we truckers are going to boycott and destroy loves... We all need to take our trucks.Park them at the entrance to the truck.Stop them down for the day... They hate Truckers and that's why they cost fifteen dollars To the?Management it loves you are a waste of flesh for a damn meal at hardees..

Today this Love’s was the dirtiest I have been in. Remodeling men’s bathroom and are providing a very nice outside trailer for the men. The women’s bathroom was extremely dirty and the coffee station and the floors in this area. This is so unlike Love’s.

This location is currently under MUCH NEEDED RENOVATIONS. Inside of the Love's is a complete monstrosity!! The men's restroom is located outside. It was 5:30 AM and Hardee's is....wouldn't you know it....CLOSED. SMH. I asked an employee what time it would open and he said at 4 AM. No one showed up for work, which is quite normal. From the fuel island, the entrance is through the wooden door. Originally the emergency exit 🤦🏾‍♀️

I do not recommend this Loves it is dirty the floors are dirty and the restrooms are dirty as well toilet paper everywhere they didn't even replace the paper you use to dry your hands they tried but it wasn't even where it is suppose to go it was on the counter it there was all dirty I wouldn't eat at this place. They should call the health department the grill doesn't even look clean and the hot chocolate is all a mess shame on you Loves. Why do we deserve this treatment? You see workers putting cups seeing the mess and just ignoring it. This disgusted me so much that I didn't buy any hot chocolate or food, not even chips, nothing from here. The people who work here are really lazy people from what I see who knows if the coffee or chocolate or weenies are even contaminated.

Once again... another Love's that has no control over their parking lot. 1pm in the afternoon on a Tuesday, lot not even 25% full, but yet I had to wait 15 minutes for the fuel island traffic to move to be able to leave because they allow people to park 3 wide in the fire lane jamming up the entrance/exit. Nice to know Love's cares so much about drivers that they are willing to put peoples lives at risk. Fire Marshal should pay this location a visit.

Good place to get gas or diesel on the road. There’s lots of room for trucks to pull in and is an easy stop to get your rig into. The place was clean on the inside, but they didn’t have a couple things I needed. The staff members were friendly and overall I had a good experience at this Loves. Would recommend.

On my way to Nashville and stopped of for a few to stretch and use restrooms. The place is clean has some hot food and pre made food choices as well as hardee's attached. I liked the variety they offer with food, drinks and merchandise and the staff seemed friendly. I noticed the have showers and good for truckers and automotive needs.

I am here now and this staff is horrible. Needs new managers. They had showers waiting 40 and 30 minutes to clean plus 2 more waiting to be cleaned and you have 6 people waiting on showers. The guy cleaned 2 showers so slow that 2 more came available for cleaning. So he stops cleaning showers to go check a coffee pot and ring up some customers and now you have 3-4 cashiers and no one cleaning showers. So then I'm standing watching as the shower list gets longer with all these showers needing to be cleaned and they are not keeping up with the shower line at all. This is HORRIBLE. I walked over and waited in line to remind the guy that stopped cleaning showers that 3 more were ready for cleaning but before I spoke he walks off to go start cleaning again. He should have been doing that in the 1st place

Whenever I travel the interstate, I make sure to check for a close by love's... whether it's gasoline, food or my personal needs. The station is always well stocked,clean and maintained... you can always count on finding the right stuff 😌

I stop at Loves all the time. But this one NEVER again. I will run out of gas before I stop at this one. Womens bathroom was extremely dirty. All the commodes were filled with toilet paper. And someone peed in the corner of the Women bathroom floor. Floors were nasty as all get out.

We had our driver get hit in the parking lot, and we called this location to check the cameras. We gave an exact date, time frame, and description of the vehicle, and were told that it was too much to ask to look at 2 hours of footage. Very disappointed that this travel stop claims to care for drivers, but does nothing to help them.

If I could give negative stars I would. Pulled in here with a bad steer tire at around 5pm on 3/4/24. Was told that there was a 2.5 wait on a steer tire. It's 3:30am the next morning and I'm still sitting here. They knew I couldn't go anywhere with my tire the way it is. Watched them pull trucks around me for tires that were not ahead. I've watched them sit out back of the shop with it empty messing around. Horrible

Noticed how the cashier lady was real chatty with the guy in front of me, but wouldn't even say a word to me when I said "Hi, how are you?" Or anything at all. Only difference between me and the guy in front of me was skin color. So good to know who Loves hires.

This truck stop is filthy! Starting at the hand print filled glass door to the extremely dirty floor. I entered the restroom and not only was the floor extremely dirty but the toilet was covered in urine and a black ring around the rim! The attendant, Billy had a very bad cough! I watched him scratch his nose and touch his hair and then move hot dogs around! Gross! I’m grossed out! Truckers rely on places like this and this is inexcusable!

Who is stopping to this particular loves almost every single time we are traveling from Texas to Ohio. Because it is always clean and the staff is always very nice and just provides a relaxing and good atmosphere to take a break from the traveling. The Hardee’s that attached is good as well . The Loves always has a good coffee selection and always have it ready . We also enjoy the fact that it’s never too busy so allows a nice break

I don't know what type of management they have in this location.But the floor with filthy.Machines for the soda broke.Sinks and the bathroom not working.Overall bad experience.I do not blame the employees I blame the management.

I love the idea of a gas station with a dog park! I love the Love’s gas stations already but this just leveled up my love for them! I am the Owner of a dog business (Happy Pup And Play in Alabama) and this is something I will most definitely be sharing with my clients, especially those who travel in TN! The dog park is nicely maintained and I don’t see a lot of dog poop filling the park! Love love love this!!!

Nice fuel desk folks. Big shower rooms. Cleaning was okay, but Shower curtain was very wet from previous user. Hot water went to barely warm a few times during shower...but I must have come out clean because people have now stopped pointing in my direction.

Great track gas station stop with very very friendly staff. Always happy, always clean, the only disappointment is that I do not have a sandwich subway. Lots of parking, lots of truck parking spots.

And I quote, "I cleaned that shower with love!" said to me by an employee as I was punching in my code. Right. There was trash under the sink and mold/dirt in the shower and one shower head was stuck on one spray setting while the other was missing entirely, along with several hooks around the room.

I parked in the BBQ yard right across the street where there arrow points to park and mid afternoon someone called the tow company to have my semi-truck towed.The Love's parking lot can be packed at night, and across the street is the alternative most truckers use.Be cognizant of how, and where you park if you're going to park in their yard across the street from the Love's truck stop. And don't be away from your truck for too long.

So, I ignored the reviews and decided to park here; NOPE!! This is the DIRTIEST Love's I have ever been to!! The women's restroom, the parking lot, and the floor inside of the store were unnecessarily filthy.

Do not stop at Love’s truck stop. I just purchased $40 of gas and they placed a $175 hold on my credit card. Just think if they do this to thousands of customers daily, how much money can they make in interest?? Thieves

Always the most reasonable price for gas, very clean facilities friendly staff always welcoming you to LOVES. Easy access to get in fill up and get back to your travels. PS rewards system but those purchasing diesel gas
