Lenny’s has been my favorite since I was in middle school, but our little town lost the first location a few years back and it was out of the way to drive the 10 minutes to the Parkstone location. Lately I haven’t been able to avoid the cravings, so I drive out there and it does NOT disappoint. New ownership. Quick, great service! I’m hooked all over again!! 😊

I used to go often but the service and lack of cleanliness made me quit. Just did pickup but the service and my food were very good and I was surprised at the tables and counters being clean, tea dispenser being full, etc. My small sandwich was delicious and exactly as I ordered it. A bit of a wait but worth it and I had to request napkins. Happy for the improvements and I'll go back.Vegetarian options: You can order just veggies on your sandwich or saladParking: Did not have any issues parking

I ordered the club on the app for pick up. The sub I got was absolutely delicious!!!I was only disappointed that the extra cheese and bacon that I paid for, wasn't On there.Like I said, the sub was phenomenal, and the guys that were there were super nice! I just kinda felt like I didn’t get entirely what I paid for. Maybe next time! I’ll surely be back, though. 👍🏻

Since the pandemic they're one of the few places I can get lunch in my truck so I make it a regular stop at least twice a week! Recommend the buffalo chicken philly or the mile high turkey! The staff members are incredibly friendly and the place is very clean as well!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Lenny’s! The owner yelled at me for ordering a kids meal to go, he claimed he knew it wasn’t for a child because it had bell peppers on it and “kids don’t eat bell peppers”. He was so hateful and rude, I left in tears! I love Lenny’s but will never ever return to this one because of that owner!

I'm wondering if this location has changed ownership? The reason I say this is That the last 3 times I've got I've eaten there something has Not been right with my order. The 1st 2 times was through doorbash. One time they didn't bring my chips another time they didn't bring my drink. The food was OK though in the past it's been pretty good. This last time I went to the locaction. The food was brought out and I tried it and the meat was hard like it'd been sitting out all night. I ended up throwing in the trash because it was not edible.

If I could give less than one star I would. Drove all the way out an get their receipt show server:Bhavesh was very rude. Did not care what bread I wanted , then she prepared the sandwich and sit it on the counter and walked beck to the register. Never will I waste my gas or money again.

Great customer service and love the variety of sandwiches. Great Philly cheeseteaks!! Wish they had more than white or weat bread. They have 5 in, 10 in and 15 inch.I thought that was cool. Definitely recommend.

Stopped in on our way out of town to grab lunch to go. First time customers and we will definitely be back! My turkey sandwich was assembled correctly (took some items off and added others) and actually tasted as good as it looked. Bread was baked well, crispy crust with soft inner dough and veggies were fresh. Fiance's bacon cheesesteak with spicy relish was even better, not too messy and good ratio of meat to cheese. Order to bag was all of 5 mins and staff were kind. Can't wait to try more items on the menu!

The subs are excellent! Staff is kind and helpful too! Husband had the bacon philly and I had the regular philly cheesesteak. Daughter was able to request something not on menu and the staff accommodated. I highly recommend!

Not real fond of this location, tried it once over a year ago and said I wasn't going back, but we tried it again...They were cleaning up when we came in, even though the sign on the door said they were open for another hour and half. We placed our order and took a seat. That's when I noticed the look from the woman who was cleaning as I fixed my soft drink. While we were eating, another customer came in and ordered a cold cut sub... the woman had the same look as she sliced the meat on the machine she obviously just cleaned. I even saw her tossing the meat back in the cooler like she was ticked off. It almost seemed like they didn't want us in there! Even though it was a while before closing time. Either way, they want have to worry about us making a mess because we want be back. I'll search and find a "local owned" next time and forget these foreigners.

I ordered a Chicken Philly and the meat was so old and dry. The cheese was not Eben melted.. This was my 3rd and final time trying this particular Lenny's and it was the same every time.. The cashier was arrogant and unfriendly. It seemed that she was annoyed by my husband and I. I do not recommend this Lenny's

Very RUDE owners...I tried to find a birthday coupon for a free sandwich, but they said I needed to download the app, so I asked if I could step out of line to do it so I could find it and a guy said sure, when I finally found it the lady was at the front and she started yelling at me that I been there two hours trying to find the coupon and I haven't ordered yet, so I told her that I would order and pay for it so she wouldn't think I was just trying to get something for free, but she kept being grudgingly about me ordering so I told her never mind ....it was horrible...I love their food but I will never go back

Sandwiches are great here, but i ordered over an hour in advance online and paid. Walked in and informed of online order. They weren't even aware. The only 2 workers there were sitting at a table taking a break I guess when I came in. The fact they had no idea of my online order...at this point, placed 2 hours prior, means that they had been sitting there that long checking nothing for incoming orders. So I had to wait for them to make it once they did in fact look and see that they'd received the order. That sucked. Dr. F.E. Wright Drive location.

I chose this subject shop because of the convenience and it's normally great service. Are they under new management and short on products? We asked for wheat bread and got white, plus it was flat like pita bread, the mayo was slim to none. Very poor service tonight, I will take the drive out to the north side of town from now on out.
