All things considered, with the challenges that must be overcome by any business to succeed, It has been my experience that the spirit of the service is presented with the customer first attitude. The store is always clean . Very seldom do I have to move through stockers carts while shopping. No other stores give products based on your shopping history to learn what you like. The Walmart Billionaire’s attitude Ive found to be quite different. Fuel Points HELLO. Kroger works hard for my business. So they will get it everytime.

Like virtually every other business, they are short staffed. That can't be helped so it's not part of my review. I love being part of the Kroger Rx Club. Sometimes I save more money with it than I do with my insurance. For $36 a year, it's a great value.

A year ago we were pleased with this pharmacy and would recommend hands down. But unfortunately I cannot say the same today. Prescriptions are almost never ready when we are told they are. Drive through lines lack convenience since you will wait exceptionally long times and if you share our typical experiences, will be told to either circle back around in line or come back later because prescription is still not ready. We’ve been told conflicting information ranging from flu shots for children (age limit within range but pharmacist doesn’t feel “comfortable” so won’t administer shot) to status of prescriptions (ready in 30 mins to “we have nothing processing on our end”) depending on which employee you speak to. And stay away from their online portal as it is never accurate and will just cause you extra grief trying to explain what you’re there to pick up to confused pharmacy techs who show nothing on their end even processing. If all these issues didn’t want to make you already switch pharmacies, their customer service alone surely will.

Friendly and very helpful people, if you are having a problem getting a prescription refilled through your doctor, they will call your doctor and take care of it for you as long as they can. I have to take medicine everyday and I see and deal with these people atleast three times a month and I don’t have anything to complain about besides of course the drive through line and having to wait behind other customers but you have to keep in mind that they have several customers, a huge responsibility, they put customer service first, and do what they need to do for everyone so it may take a minute but it doesn’t take a long time every time I go and atleast you know they are doing their job RIGHT! Oh yeah, they will give your dog or child a treat/candy if they see them when you’re in the drive through. This is a great place!

"20 minute wait" = 1 hour wait They shouldn't have spent so much money remodeling and spent it re- training the 7 people working to move faster than a snail. There was absolutely no sense of urgency. They didn't even apologize for taking over twice as long as they said. I will never use them again.

This USED to be a great pharmacy. USED to be. Because of a heart condition, I fill multiple prescriptions a month. Lately, every single time I come here, “Sir, it’s going to be about 20 minutes.” turns in to an hour minimum.

Low stars due to being so slow, had most script on auto refill, never once was it ready. Tell me 20 to 30 mins, turns into an hour. Cant seem to get it together there.

Other than one bad experience with one pharm tech I rate them high. The pharm tech probably won’t last long in any job. Other employees have been wonderful

The drive thru is extremely slow. I mean, slower than the North Highland McDonalds. If there’s more than two cars in the drive thru, you’ll be in and out faster, by going inside.

Very slow and unprofessional. Every time I have to go to this pharmacy I have problems...I'm told my meds can't be filled or it takes 2+ hours to finally get my prescription filled. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone!!
