Kohls has always been one of my favorite stores but lately they just don't have as much variety as they used too. Also it seems their prices have really gone up. This store especially doesn't have much. Its always a clean store and the employees are always friendly. Can't seem to find things here like I used to when I lived in MI. I will say though with the higher prices the coupons and cash back do help a lot. And Kohls is very good about letting you use your coupon more than once.

Returned a package from Amazon at the service desk. This was the first time I used Kohl’s to return an item to Amazon. The service was fast and I was surprised to see my debit card credited the same day with my refund. Store was very clean. While here I did a little Christmas shopping and the check out line moved quickly and employee was friendly.

I always find great deals at Kohls! It’s a wonderful place to shop for toys! Many prices are below major retailers. This Jackson, TN Kohls has always been helpful to me at Christmas when I was in the classroom!! I continue to shop here for my Christmas toy needs for that reason!! I picked up some pretty cute Christmas outfits, Draper James and my son some jeans this trip as well!!

Very large store with tons of merchandise. We shopped for women's casual wear, men's casual wear, and youth winter cloths. Found something for everyone. Also got some Christmas shopping done while there had lots ld options for gifts.

Having Saphora added to this store made it exciting! They were having a great sale and the store was very clean. The aisles were spread out enough for me to get a buggy with the child carrier through. He couldn't even grab everything while pushing him through the aisles and he is 2!! So that is always nice having a place that you can go to and not have to worry about that.

Went to pock up order i placed online this time i had to wait for them to scan my email. Last time i did it all myself. They had me go pull my order then i had to stand back in line for the employee to scan the ticket. Talk about a pain....

I am sad to have to close my kohls card account and stop shopping at kohls. You can no longer choose what coupons you want to use when shopping online. The app automatically uses free shipping coupon even when shipping to store and doesn’t allow you to choose the 30% off. What a scam and a shame Kohls.

This place is definitely somewhere that is a source of bewilderment to say the least.For starters, the building is nearly the size of the mall in Jackson, maybe a little smaller. No kidding though, direction signs would be helpful lest you find yourself in an endless sea of bras and panties, or bath and bedding supplies. Although some might find that to be just what they're looking for.They do have good deals occasionally, but their entire rewards system and Kohl's cash is cumbersome and nearly impossible to navigate without two or three calendars. Most often, a return visit is required to enjoy their discounts.Don't get me wrong though, everything in the store is "marked down," from the astronomical price up in the heavens to the normal price that might be found elsewhere. Ordering online, if you can wait a day or two, is almost always a better deal.And I might have just answered my own question regarding Kohl's, which is: Where is everyone? This store seriously reminds me of our horrible mall, as it goes downhill. There are literally no people there for the majority of the visits I've made to the store. I would even make a small wager that they can't be around for too many more years.

Not big shopper at Kohl's I only went because I had a gift card for my birthday. They are a bit expensive for me on most things but you can find a deal or two if you look for them. The experience was nice though.
