Lots of great stuff to decorate with. I don't like the items that are not quality made. Some of the new things just seem like junk...unfortunate. Prices have skyrocketed since Biden became dictator. Discounts aren't as good either. The junk collections are rooting out the space where beautiful home decor and craft supplies used to be available. I hate that one of my favorite stores is being run this way.

I love shopping at Hobby Lobby. Your selection of merchandise is excellant and your staff always polite. I have one concern, your shopping carts are completely blocking the sidewalk. It is very difficult for a disabled person to get into the store. Especially when someone is also blocking the disabled persons ramp at the door. I spoke to a manager and they did nothing. Please stop blocking the sidewalk!Thank you.

Always a great experience. On this particular visit, Beth in the sewing department was a genuine gem. She was very helpful and patient as I tried to explain my projects to her. She had many suggestions and presented me with alternatives to help make everything work out.

I’m new to sewing and picked out a project I wanted to try. I went to Jo Ann first across the street and not one employee made eye contact or spoke. I work in retail so I know you have days that are absolutely horrible. I really could’ve used some help but the lady hightailed it to the back when she saw me approaching the cutting table with fabric. I left and went to Hobby Lobby. Best decision ever! A lovely lady named Beth greeted me and asked if I needed help. She helped me get everything I need and she told me it was only her first week there. I left very happy and I will come back when I need more supplies. ☺️

My minor son and I went in shopping, and my son bumped the gift cards at the register spilling them all over the floor. He began picking them up and helping an associate sort them when an employee named Jessica came by and seen the mess, stood behind my son making fun of him and laughing at him in front of everyone at the store registers. I spoke with the manager Rick who had no desire whatsoever to deal with the issue nor disrespectful tacky employee. My son is a minor and literally was embarrassed by an employee for her laughter kicks for the day when most children would have walked off and not even have the decency nor respect to pick the stuff up. Rick should not even be in management, he has no desire to deal with situations and told me to call corporate because I was upset. YES I WAS MY SON IS A MINOR AND HE WAS HUMILIATED BY YOUR EMPLOYEE!!!!

I like their large selection of hobby supplies and sales mostly, but the staff is always nice as well. One thing to pay attention to though, and this goes for every hobby lobby, is that they don't use barcodes for markdowns so the cashier has to enter in the amount manually, which means sometimes you might accidentally be charged full price on sale items, so be sure and double check your receipt! 🤗
