These are the most rudest people I have ever dealt with! I wish there was a button for NO STARS INSTEAD OF 1. I ordered cupcakes online & you get there they have NOTHING that was advertised online and they make you wait for a refund back that takes 7days, but TAKE your MONEY right away knowing that they don't have the PRODUCT. Also, this is the 2nd time this has happened. They bank on you just accepting whatever STALE CUPCAKE they have on-site for a HIGH price. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY TINT OF PIGMENT. THEY WILL TELL YOU BASICALLY OH WELL AND ACT AS IF YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE COME THERE ANYWAY. THE OWNER CAME AND LOOKED AT MY ORDER & SHRUGGED SHOULDERS/ SAID WELL AND WALKED OFF. NO APOLOGY OR ANYTHING.Needless to say I went to another establishment and was well taken care of. NO THANKS TO FIFIS OR WHATEVER U CALL THIS CRAPPY PLACE.

I always stop here on my way to Medina! Their cupcakes are delicious! It’s the perfect amount of frosting to cake to make each bite perfect! Sweet staff and I love the surprise of new little extra confections each time I go in! Good Job!

Gigi's Gluten-friendly cupcakes are amazing! My daughter and I recently stopped in to try them. We both loved the Wedding Cake and Chocolate Truffle flavored ones the most! They were moist, creamy, and so delicious! They took their time to be considerate of my allergies by checking the ingredients for me. I will definitely be stopping by again!

This was our first time here and it was nice. We were pleasantly surprised at the variety of cupcakes they have. They also have macaroon cookies, brownies, and ice cream. The young girls in there were very friendly and helpful. The place is nice and clean and there are tables if you want to eat your dessert there. We got a brownie this time and it was good. Now we want to go and try the cupcakes. As for price it seems about average for this type of cupcakes place. These kinds of places are always a little more expensive but if the desserts are good then it's worth it to treat yourself. We would recommend Gigi's cupcakes and we plan on going back.

I really hope this place doesn't ever close like so many others have in the U.S. I would be super sad. I haven't tasted a whole lot of places better than this. The cupcakes are amazing! I've recently tried the macarons. I've never had them before therefore I can't compare them. The first batch I got were pretty good. Two weeks later I got some more and those were not as good as the first. They don't make macarons there and they only stay good in the fridge for two days.

Don't apply to work here. Called to check up on my app status they told me the manager wasn't in and to call back the next day. Cool. Called the next day they told me the manager was in a conference call. Fine. Called later that evening they told me the manager was “feeling sick”. Dont bother they play games.

I called to place an order I asked how much for a dozen . The lady told me $33 but for every 5 I buy I get one free so I ordered 15 . So I ordered them but when I went to pick them up I was told by one of the owners that my bill was 69 dollars and I asked why she preceded to tell me that I had specialty cup cakes and they would be 3.50 each and I don’t get 1 free for every 5 . The cupcakes were chocolate with red frosting and confetti cake with blue icing . I guess that real special . To top it off I make better cupcakes at my own house . My experience sucked . Never going back to this place . No I’m sorry . She said she will let her employees know that they are not supposed to get a free one with every 5 th one . Lol terrible place

Went into the store to place an order for a birthday cake. The ladies were very pleasant and helpful. I had a picture of how i wanted the cake and they brought it to life. The price of the cake was very affordable. Not only did my cake look good but it also taste good. I was very satisfied!!!!

I live almost 40 minutes away and drove down to treat myself with Keto cheesecakes for my birthday today. They were not frosted I asked the young girl if she could frost them for me that it was my birthday and she wouldn't I was very disappointed!!! Not sure I will be back loved them so much the first time but not sure I will give my business to someone who cant put frosting on for someone birthday when she said they just didnt get frosted today!!!

My mom picked up two cupcakes, paying $3.99 each one being cheesecake and the other coconut and I was so excited....only to be very disappointed. My cheesecake was so dry it crumbled and she said hers was very dry as well. That's a lot of money for something we didn't even finish.

I was in last Wednesday at 3:45 and there were only about 4 different kinds of cupcakes left. Of those only one was not gluten or sugar free. I asked if this was all that was left and was told yes and not offered any reason or apology for the lack of goods.

We love GiGi's cupcakes! My only complaint is there is almost too much icing on the cupcakes. Can't venture too far from the wedding cake and chocolate cupcakes because they are just sooooo good. Go figure, wedding cake taste like good old fashioned wedding cake!

I ordered a dozen cake bites and the frosting tasted like it was freezer burnt or had sat in the fridge way too long. The cake beneath was moist but the frosting was so bad I didn't even eat any of them.

The ladies are very polite and make the best cupcakes in the world, I live an hour away in Germantown tn but sometimes I like to drive an hour away just to eat their delicious cupcakes, there used to be a gigi's cupcakes in Germantown but they permanently shut it down so I come there... I hope this place doesn't shut down anytime soon, the cupcakes were alittle pricey but it's worth it!!
