I have boarded my dog, Coco, here twice. She seems like she loves it here!! The workers are very nice and I feel comfortable leaving Coco. I like that they give reports with pictures and kind notes. I definitely recommend this business.

Furry Friends is the best! My work travel schedule can be a bit chaotic, but they are always able to get my sweet boy in for boarding. My dog is always so excited to see the owners when I drop him off, and they are always just as excited to see him too! You can tell the owners have a true passion for what they do! I never worry when my dog is in their care!

We love furry friends grooming our baby girl started out at Pet Smart, but 3 visits, they only bathed her and no cut because she was too excited to be around other dogs but furry friends groom 1 dog at a time. Her 1st visit with furry friends was a 100 in our book. Our fur baby was bathed and groomed, really great. As long as furry friends doors are open, that's where or fur baby will go. We thank furry friends so much for doing a great job with our fur baby.

Hello everyone… I called Rhonda inquiring about coloring King she said “sure let’s give it a try” when i say I went to pick him up and couldn’t stop smiling because I was so impressed with the job that they done to him I LOVVVVEEE IT❣️ You all will not be disappointed please try them for all your dog grooming and etc… they are great people and I LOVE what they do……💕💕💙💙

I am so blessed to have found this fantastic shop. The girls were all so nice. Never made me feel rushed.The grommer (Emma) and the rest of the crew made me feel very comfortable. Never acted inpatient as I asked a "few" questions. EMMA ALSO SHOWED ME A FEW GROOMING TIPS!I also found out some information on the upcoming obedience classes, which my Copper will be one of the first to sign up. I am looking forward to seeing what all I can learn from the trainers.The owner and his wife were there and were truly interested in what I had to say about my experience: WELL DONE

I love this groomer!! I have brought my puppy Brenlee here every three weeks since I got her and am always so happy when I pick her up! They always cut her exactly how I ask and my baby loves it there! They are always super friendly to me and Brenlee. I’ll always bring her back and definitely recommend this place!

My Golden, Luna, is normally only left with family… my partner & I both work from home so she is use to being with us 24/7. It’s very difficult for us to leave her w/ anyone. She spent the last week @ Furry Friends & she’s a happy girl. Rick & Rhonda take excellent care of her. They sent us daily reports & photos of her day. We are very happy leaving her here…their boarding & grooming prices are very fair. There is nothing that feels better after a long work trip than having our baby home, safe, and happy. We will be back again & again ❤️

I’m new to the area and have spent much time researching/touring local groomers (I’m pretty picky when it comes to my dog). I decided to go with Furry Friends and could not be happier!! The facility smells very good, making an appointment was easy, they asked a lot of questions upon arrival, pick up was seamless (plus he got a cute bandana & complimentary scented spray), and I’m beyond happy with the result! My dog also appeared happy when I picked him up (this is very important to me). We will be using Furry Friends for boarding as well. I’d recommend them to anyone seeking grooming/boarding services!

The owner was really nice on the phone. When we arrived my daughter went in for me. She explained I want my dog naked on belly, hips, and fanny. The hair could get longer from her, as she is 13 years old and has incontinence. Her back legs and hips were longer than her head. I ask for her top knot to not be cut. I was told, " we only do top knots on poodles". Seriously?????!!!! Yorkies, Sith Tzu, Poms, LOTS of. Long hair dogs have them. I've never seen one on a poodle... So the shaved the top of my Yorkies head, removing her knot she had been growing for 6 months. Then I realized her flea collar was missing. Her 8 month 80 dollar flea collar that was a month old and could be pulled off was sliced. Have they never heard of flea prevention???? So, even though they were quick and nice, they seem inexperienced and filled with to many young adults with little guidance and training. We won't be taking our dogs back.

Leave your dog here at your own risk!! They will reply to bad reviews pretending that you reviewed the incorrect business but it’s false. It’s evident that they leave the dogs in their kennel when being boarded. My boy was so thirsty and starving when I picked him up. They also will not allow you to see where the dogs will be staying. Get your pup groomed here maybe but absolutely DO NOT board them..

It was my first time going to Furry Friends. We had allowed our dog, Blanco to get in a pretty bad condition concerning his grooming. But we're so thankful for Furry Friends. They did a magnificent job on restoring Blanco's beauty. And the atmosphere there was so hospitable. I recommend Furry Friends to all who desire for their pet to be taken care of both professionally and with care.

Do NOT leave your fur babies here! My bud was here for a weekend and when picked up, his poor eyes were matted with green icky stuff and poor baby was Dehydrated!! I'm left to wonder if he was fed AT ALL due to how much he ate once home. His body was way too hot at pick up also. I'm definitely disappointed with this place. Never again. Don't trust this place!!

We went on one of our first vacations in a while and found out about Furry Friends when we had to find some doggy care at the last minute. Richard was awesome and made the whole process hassle-free for us! Our Scout was so happy, taken care of, and made new friends while we were away. It was a huge comfort knowing Scout would receive professional care but also personal care on a daily basis and get the time he needs! Thank you Furry Friends! I took my Miniature American Shepherd, Tucker, there and it was a last minute trip. They did so well with my puppy, he enjoyed it, came home the same as when he left. I highly recommend them. They are professional and took good care of my baby!

I used Furry Friends for the first time. I stressed out so badly about leaving my girl but at the initial meet and greet with Rick, I knew that I would not have to worry. I felt comfortable with leaving her. Rick explained and answered all questions that I had. I received updates with photos and videos. I knew she was receiving the best care. She had a great time and was very happy. We both are pleased with the service provided to her. I cannot thank Furry Friends enough. I will highly recommend them!!

If you're searching for a place to board your dog for vacation or out of town events I would highly recommend this kennel. The staff are very friendly and professional. They also offer multiple well fenced play areas for your dog. The structure where the kennels are kept is climate controlled and even has TV for your dog to enjoy. I also noticed safety is a big priority at this kennel. As stated earlier I would highly recommend this kennel.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Rick and his wife! We have a giant breed dog and Furry Friends has been our go-to dog sitter for over 3 years. Every time our dog has boarded with them it’s been an overwhelmingly positive experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!

After placing a deposit to board my two dogs, I wanted to see the facilities so I stopped by that afternoon only to be told that due to insurance policies, I could not see where my dogs would be boarded. I was not comfortable leaving my dogs where I could not verify their safety and conditions, so I canceled the reservation. Several weeks after the cancellation, I contacted the owners to see when my refund would be issued. I was told that since it was Christmas, no refunds were issued. There are no statements on the website stating a "no refund" policy.
