Went to buy fresh ground beef at this place for dinner, and this is what I find. It is obvious that the butcher shop is mixing tainted and old ground beef together and selling it. Am recommending not to purchase any ground beef packed by there butcher shop, you may wind up in the emergency room. How dare you!!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. If you need cigarettes, lottery, or money orders go somewhere else. They constantly close the counter and stand 3 feet away to converse with other employees. They treat you as if you were the biggest inconvenience they could ever incur. I recommend anywhere but here.

Support your local stores.I buy all my meat there.Stopped by after church and ordered 50 piece chicken w/3 sides. It was a last minute order for a family that had a patient return from hospital.Thank you for getting it ready for me as soon as you did.The deli department came through with flying colors.Thank you again

The prices a little high. Could be a little cleaner. Need more help on the floor for customers. Has made great improvements from a year ago. Shop there now every week. Love the meat dept. Great selections

They are SO OVER PRICED on most everything!! Which is a real shame because alot of older folks shop here and it is rediculous that this business doesn't try to keep their prices lower for the community!! A gallon of milk was nearly $5!!

We got some T-Bones to grill this past Sunday & they were great! Good price! @$6.99 lb. Marinated with Allegro reminds me of Panama City Beach where we had steak one night @ Angelos while on vacation! So good with went back on 3 occasions! 👍🤗

Sweet folks, great plate lunches, good parking. You can really tell it's employee owned and loved by the locals. They know what's good too!Clean, clean bathroom, my cart didn't even wabble and make that annoying flat tire sound. Good Place, good experience.

Excellent service, the staff greeted you with a smile and ask "how are you today".I was able to purchase everything on my grocery list, some of which, were on sale at a really good price. The store was very clean and everyone wore a face mask, to protect the shoppers and themselves, from covid-19

Food giant is not my favorite grocery store mainly because of price and the variety of products and produce available, but they are friendly and you can find most of what you need. I tend to go here when I need just a few things not grocery shopping for the week. But if you prefer a small friendly atmosphere over Kroger or Walmart then maybe this is the place for your grocery shopping

Lately the fried chicken has not been fresh I drive all the way from the north side to get their chicken but last 3 times they sold me old and greasy chicken that tasted reheated. Won't waste my gas or my money any more.

Seemed to be well organized and the meat in meat dept looked fresh. Good customer service at register. Wish they would have had more in stock, but it is a holiday weekend.

Great place to shop for your groceries. Make sure to check the weekly ad for deals. Just don't work there, had a buddy who did and I think he quit after a month.

Prices are a little more sometimes, since it's a smaller chain. But it's always a more pleasant experience. Less people, staff seems to not be so overworked they're miserable.

I only go there when I need something that is packaged or canned. Would not trust the cleanest or freshness of anything. Also must of your employees need some help with what customer service is! Prices are ridiculously high

I guess the store hours change whenever the employees want. I came here last Friday evening and it was open past 9. Tonight it closed at 9. So good luck with that. I'll start shopping elsewhere.

I typically go here for my meat.The plus they still cut and grind their meat. It would benefit the buisness if they cleaned up the store a bit...its aged and it shows.

Ordered an 8 pc Chicken and only received 6pcs. This was after asking the lady if there were 8 pieces in the bag bc it felt awful light, and she replied yes, that there were 8 pcs. Picked up some crescent rolls to go with it that cost me $5 and got them home and they were molded. The lady that checked me out was very rude. I even told her to have nice day bc I figured she must have had a bad day considering she didn't speak one word to me the entire time. After telling her that and still didn't get a reply, I told her nevermind and got an eye roll. Do not go there for customer service bc you will not get it. The 6 pieces of chicken was edible but the service was horrible.

Not a bad store, the hamburger meat taste better than the meat at Walmart but oh my God that deli sucks! One of those ladies is soo old she can barely move and she can't hear either.

I bought some country ham. They also have a kiosk to pay your JEA or Southwest electric bill. Inflation has gone through the roof. Almost have to sell body parts to eat. Absolutely ridiculous !!!!!

We go there when they have some great bargins. They also have a good butcher. Not to mention rabbit, quail, and duck. Good stuff at decent prices on harder to find items.
