Hubby bought me a beautiful leather massage chair for my early birthday gift! I am in love with the look, & the quality of our brand new Cozzia.I also love the 5 year warranty they offer when you invest a good amount of money you want to make sure you're protected.

Very disappointed, I bought a dryer.I've been trying for 3 weeks to get a technician to check it out.The first time GE told me it was already out of warranty but never the less I can't get a GE technician to fix it or anything done on their side.Will never be back when this is done

Went in to Electronic Express in Jackson TN shopping for a gaming monitor. When I found the one I wanted the salesman told me he could only sell me the display model. I asked the return policy for it since I was concerned about it being used, and he told me 7 days. I go to return the item within those 7 days and I am told I cannot return it without a box because “this ain’t Best Buy” and they already put another one on display. So I am forced to keep a monitor I do not want even though I asked about the return policy and was within the guidelines.The salespeople will lie to you in order to close a sale, they are commission based

My husband and I purchased a new 65 inch Samsung TV from them today. We were so pleased with there service. We had been out shopping and were not satisfied with service we received from another store. Found this business on Google and decided to try them out. We were met by a gentlemen at the door and wanted to know how he could help us. Some questions he didn't know so he got a manager of the department to answer our questions. Were so pleased with wonderful service we received. Will be a returning customer.

I love this place so much! Everytime I go in I am met with smiling faces and a wide variety of products. All of the workers are very kind and helpful, but Seth goes above and beyond. I highly recommend anyone to shop here and definitely try out the massage chairs!

Wife and I visited the Jackson, TN store on Jan. 3, 2023. When we first walked in, we were greeted by 2-3 employees. After we let them know that we were first time visitors who just wanted to look around, we were not approached at all. We truly appreciated their giving us the time to check everything out. Prices seemed fine on almost everything that we looked at. GREAT STORE & GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I cannot fully express how disappointed I am in this store, the manager, and the company. I am a family member and caregiver for a bed bound lady who was in a desperate need of a dryer. She wanted to purchase the dryer herself but it is hard since she can't go in person. I act as her power of attorney in these instances and purchase on her behalf. We purchased a dryer online and after the order was completed received an email that said she would need to go in person to pick it up. Well we obviously couldn't do that but since I am her POA I figured it would be fine. Nope!!! The arrogant manager who was smoking right beside the door when we arrived😔... wouldn't even consider being helpful, wouldn't look at the POA, basically said she had to be in person. Since that is impossible, we were given no options other than to rebuy the same dryer in store on my account. We left and went to another store and bought a better dryer with no issues and no problems. We had it installed in under an hour. I will not be supporting this store and company that has no way for a disabled person at home to purchase anything even with legal representation.

The store itself looked nice. However the employees must get paid off commission. I was there less than 10 min and was hounded 3 times. I was wanting to check out everything in store and probably get me a new toy. But the employees ruined that and we left before seeing the whole store.

A while back I bought a monitor from there. It came with none of the installation hardware. Once they sell you an item, you're on your own unless you buy their overpriced warranties.The professionalism is through the floor.

Terrible experience me and my girlfriend were in there for a minute and the guy wouldn't stop following us very closely even after saying something about it he was still very close. We were so uncomfortable we had to leave within a minute of being there.

My husband and I went today. Randomly went in because we had never heard of the place before. We left buying a expensive mattress and base (not over priced at all for what we got) purchasing/financing part was super easy. But never once did we ever feel overly pushed to buy it or felt bothered. The GM (I think) and Jose were great! They both helped us and never made us feel pushy which is hard to come by in retail stores like this. I can’t wait to get our new Tempur-pedic mattress set this week!

Bad delivery service the guy they came to my house look like they don't know what they doing! the guy supposedly has to delivery a fridge they measure and tell my wife is not going to fit on my house when she call me I told the driver let me measure it fits but he still refuses to put it inside my house I recommend to pay extra but not use it this guys or this place bad services

Please excuse my description, but this place is an electronic geeks wet dream come to life. I felt a tear run down my cheek as I passed through the double doors and was immediately greeted with the friendly folk who operate this beautiful place God surly dropped from the heavens as if to reward geeks for making the world a better place with their constant tinkering and improving upon electronics that was good but made better by these unsung heroes and lack of a social life. We finally have this glorious place to browse any and all goodies we could ever want. They offer financing for the items you want and can't live without. Cutting this short. Dog begging me to give loves.

Brandon and the Store Manager was amazing at talking to us and showing my wife and I Around the store. They did not forced us to buy anything. Their energy was awesome 👏 we ended us buying a 2022 iMac air and a ultra wide gaming monitor!! I bought a cell phone in this place indicated that it would work with the company I have, but it turns out not! I went to see why it didn't work, since the cell phone was "released" but it turns out it wasn't. They really sell just to sell even if they include lies in the sale. I really do not recommend this place for you to have your purchases

Worst experience of my life oversold me $3000 worth of stuff employees vaping behind desk ( yes they were trying to ge slick but actually smoking!!!!!) and then copied my debit card and just got finished with DQ at Best Buy who put their professionalism to shame got newer model tv better soundbar AND mini fridge for $1500 do NOT shop here
