I love Dollar Tree! They're always good for a fun trinket, a basic necessity, or even a snack!This location is one of the best! Most of the time, it is well stocked, neat, and clean. I also love this location because it is right down the road from my work, so super convenient!I hit several Dollar Trees, but this is one of my favorites.

Dollar tree does have a horrible reputation for uncleanliness in their stores and the location near me on North Parkway is a dump! This one however is spotless! Clean and tidy! I popped in for some snacks and a few cleaning supplies. Was impressed!

This store was a mess!! Employees standing around talking at 10 am .. Nothing in order .. everything falling off the shelves and on th floor. Traing is needed because this is what they are allowing.

One of the most disgusting Dollar Tree's I have ever witnessed. The floors look as though they have never been swept. The employees talk to customers and each other as though they are at a party or club using foul language. The employes wear open toed shoes!!! What is going on at this place!? Do they have a district manager or does the district manager just need to be replaced with one who cares about their stores!! Trip hazards on every aisle boxes laying everywhere. Not sure if one employee in the building has ever heard of the word recovery. How this store has not been shut done by OSHA is surprising and they will be and should have been reported a very long time ago. I will not ever walk into that store again until

This place has become so messy since new manager. Also I don't appreciate how a worker told my daughter a small bag of chips was 6 for $1. The manager heard this conversation. My daughter went back and got more chips but the manager charged her 50 cents a bag. I sent her back for a refund and the manager said that they don't do refunds. She didn't even offer exchange which I know for a fact they honor with a receipt, which my daughter had. I know it's only $3 but my daughter Is only 14 and she works hard to earn her money and allowance. I can't stand a manager that Will purposely not Want to make things correct. If they aren't 6 for $1, honor it since a WORKER told her it. Then you address your worker if they are giving out incorrect information.

Called to see if they had a product in stock. Asked if they could check before I drove an hr to get there. Dude said yes we have them. Dude with ring in his nose said no we don't have them. But this is what we'r do have. The people are lazy these days and don't care.

Love the Dollar tree but now everything is $1.25 so it's not a dollar anymore u use to be able to come in here n just buy whatever u need now you can actually get things at Walmart for cheaper then the Dollar Store now that's sad 😔 now when u go into the DS you'll have to watch how many items u put into your cart 😑

Customer service is ok I guess but could be better. The store was a wreck. Nothing was where it was supposed to be. Definitely could use me an I have the credentials to be a Asst. Supervisor or Supervisor position and I would have the employees at top notch skills when it comes to customer service and I'd make sure when they were slow one person was going thru putting items where they go to keep the store in great condition

It's looks better then the Dollar Tree out south jackson.it has more variety than the other stores have I'm every happy with this store you can find what you need without any problem.and the store is kept up clean and Neat.I will shop there for now on.

This dollar tree isn't the biggest, but its usually much better organized than most of the other stores. Great stop for quick supplies and of course everything is a dollar!

It is 9:15am and 8 customers at the door waiting to get in. No one is opening the door. Watched each customer knock and try to call. No answer. Don’t post “open” at 9 if you’re not open. Just lost a lot of business. Date: 6/29/21

This dollar tree actually has frozen foods, and items such as cheese, which is a great improvement over most I've been to.
