Very very rude manager and junky store,carts,buggies,and boxes in the aisle you can barely walk down,had a product that wasn't stocked on the self and hasn't been in months but yet I saw a box thru there stockroom door so I asked the manager if she could get it and I would stock it on the shelf and she very rudely responded NO! ABSOLUTELY NOT! And accused me of entering there stockroom when I clearly did not as I saw the box from the open door by the refrigerated section. The issue is clearly the manager at this store,upper management please fire this manager as the other comments specify rude employees and nasty store,close this store down and do a thorough cleaning and stocking and try to start over.

Awful!!!!! Products all over the floor, cart was running over everything, shelves a hot mess, they were stocking stuff, when actually you should clean store up first. finally gave up and went to cash register to check out the few items I had. Had a big sign on door, no large purses, I had a canvas tote, which I was not leaving in car. If they have people stealing, get security. Only good thing, was the nice young man at counter. I left and went to the Dollar Tree over by Target, it was cleaned up. 10-10-2023.

I’ve come in this store numerous of time to reload my green dot card and today the manager was refusing to assist me and was very rude going on about a story of someone committing fraud that had absolutely nothing to do with me ! She eventually reloaded my card even though she complained the whole entire time ! I will not be returning to this store I will go to the others nearby they never give me a hard time as this one did ! Completely upset!

The line is long all the way back yes one worker one cashier cashier 3 name gave faded and this is bad for business owner and the company it self thus how employee think of a business that’s why you just hire anybody look on today time 12:00 to 12:18 today if full long line

Staff seemed nice, but the shelves are in disarray and there are boxes and product scattered down the aisles. Some shelves have no product hanging and it was all thrown on the bottom shelf or in boxes on the floor. Definitely needs someone there who takes pride in their job to clean it up.

This Dollar Tree is by far the nicest in Jackson, TN. It is in order and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The other stores in the area should take note and follow this stores lead.

The store had many improvements today. Stocked very nice. No boxes and items on the floor. I was very surprised and had to compliment the management. Let's face it, that store was always a mess. I give it a 👍🏾on my visit today. Keep up the good work.

I was shocked to go in and the dollar tree was very clean. I actually hadn't been in there in about 2 yrs because it was always junkie with merchandise all on the floor. I will rate them a 5 because it was super clean and stock....

This place is just disgusting. Had to rate a one in order to give my comments, but I really want to rate it a minus 100. How can this place still be open? All isle's are filthy and merchandise is in piles on shelves and floors. Can't find a thing without digging through these piles. I couldn't even get up to the checkout, to much junk and boxes in the way. What a fire hazard. Left without purchasing a thing since only one cashier and a long line. This store can take tip's on cleaning and stocking from the awesome Lexington location. Unbelievable!

I wouldn't even give it one star, but I had to select one to write a review. This store is just disgusting! I came to this location because I loved the dollar tree by my old home. This store was such a mess with all of the boxes from the stock room just laying out in the isles for people to take items out of. The shelves were either empty or just covered in different things and the floor looks like it hasn't been vaccumed in years. I couldn't find anything i was looking for a just left in disgust. I find it hard to believe that this store is even allowed to be open to the public in this filthy condition.

This has to be the filthiest store I have ever been in my life. I don't think the carpet has been vacuumed since the store opened the shelves are never fully stocked. there's always tons of boxes waiting to be stocked but it doesn't seem like they ever are. I would never go there except it's on the way home. I I really don't even know why I stop because I can never find anything because the shelves the refrigerator and the freezer are pretty much always bare. It's the worst

Dollar tree is the best .they have the most of items of the other stores I have been to. I was there about two hours ago. Their freezers are stock very nicely.i buy a good many freezer items.frozen strawberries and frozen veggies . talapia fish. They have a lot to choose from.l love it.

This store is GROSS. HOW IS IT EVEN IN BUSINESS? I felt like I was walking through a crime scene. It looked as if the carpet was full of blood and urine stains. Boxes everywhere. Looked like people had opened candy, which they probably did not pay for, and threw the wrappers on the floor. Pretty sure a drug deal was going down in the tupperware section. Two stars because I was greeted at the door and the employees seemed nice. Honestly, Louisiana was in better shape days after hurricane katrina than this store. Sad.

Everytime I go into this location is is just plan nasty.. you can't hardly get down the isles cause stuff is all over the floor, u can't find what u want without digging in the bottom shelves for it, and most if the shelves are empty.. that store must have poor management

Went to this store last week and I was shocked at the filth! Management needs to wake up and get this cleaned up! Absolutely no reason for this store being so dirty! Will not go back anytime soon!

The bargains are there if you can maneuver through the boxes in the aisles. This is true of all of these stores and there certainly isn't any social distancing. I think the main problem in this chain is lack of staff. They can't stock the shelves AND wait on customers.

Sometimes they have things you can't even find at Walmart, cheaper than ordering online, and you don't have to pay for shipping. Very messy, but that's half the fun.

In comparison to the other Dollar Trees around, this store is always out of items normally stocked, customer service is minimal and there is never enough cashier's to check customers out.

Improvement; worn and heavily soiled carpet was replaced with vinyl flooring, trash and clutter was removed from the floor. I just hope they can try to keep the store clean.

It was most definitely not a good experience every time I go into the store it's never enough people to check you out you have to stand in very long lines and they have one person checking and the store is always dirty and nasty
