The store is understaffed in regard to the workload, but that can be attributed to typical corporate greed. The current manager is an unbelievably wonderful, kind woman that will literally work herself into the ground just to make everyone else's life better. The people she hires reflect these values as well. It's no secret that retail work sucks but these people do the best they can with what they're provided. They deserve so much respect and should be paid more for the impact they have on their community. I shop here not only because it is conveniently located close to me, but because I absolutely enjoy the environment the employees have created. A comment to the Dollar General corporation: data shows that if you treat your employees better, your business thrives, exponentially. If your employees are happy and content they will be much more of an asset to your company. Keep this in mind.

Nice store it's big not trashy like many dollar general stores I have visited. There are plenty of room for buggies the only reason I didn't give five stars is because of the restrooms woman has to share with men. And the cashier was not nice at all he just wanted to get everyone out of the store. He had a very bad attitude

I enjoy shopping at Dollar General. Their prices are either competitive or less than the bigger stores.If you need just a few things to put a meal together, you can run there and get it without trying to get a parking place like bigger stores. The people are friendly and always helpful. They could always use more help though.

I went in to get some things and use the restroom, well the light in the restroom was out and very little tissue. I went to wash my hands and only a couple of paper towels. I shop a dollar general alot, more than Walmart. This store needs to pick up the pace as far as being customer friendly.

Only go here if you absolutely have to. They seriously need to change the name, nothing worth a penny for $5 sounds better to me. They sale generic junk at or above bigger store prices. I have never seen a happy or smiling employee at this location. They answer every question with, "truck comes tomorrow". The items that don't sell have been there forever. The clothes they sale look as if they were previously worn. They have on several occasions and without warning, closed hours early. The only reason they are in business is people are to lazy to price check & theres a store on every block. Wake up folks, stop giving them your money so they can pay employees as little as possible & sell trash for top dollar.

Dollar General store is a Fine Place to be that got almost everything in the world that's good prices I really like to play I like the one closest to my house on Airways the best though nowadays they are all over Jackson Tennessee and they are far superior to any other Dollar Store like dollar the names cuz I never go to anyone but the Dollar Generals

I am tired of this ignorant store. It is 6:43pm on 11/19/17 and the employee just walked out. Locked the door, left all the lights on and I guess the store is closed? What the hell is wrong with this store and why can't it stay open the hrs it says on the damn door? I have used my gas, drove my car to my neighborhood Dollar General and it's closed 3 hrs early. AGAIN

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. The cashier named ANGELA was EXTREMELY rude. I came in with coupons. And didn't bring enough money in with me so instead of making the people behind me wait while I ran to my car I asked her to put my one item aside and get the others and that I'd just get back in line so it wouldn't hold everyone up. When I walked back in from going to my car to get more money she was bad mouthing me to another customer! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ANGELA!!! I will never go to that DG again!

They always have what I'm looking for with great value and, most of all "(No Long Lines!!' I was lloming for items for an impromptu BBq, i.i. napkins, flatware, paper plates along with mustard, ketchup, sodas and bbq sauce.

This place always has exactly what I desire; whether I require chips, earbuds, batteries, or lawn chairs, they have me. The options for bran cereal are a bit lackluster, but that is to be expected given that this is not a grocery store. In any case, DG rules.

The dollar store is one of my top spots to do my shopping. I travel a lot for work and one thing that's for sure is that there will always be a dollar general where ever I go.

Sometimes there a rude person working there and it takes forever to get out because she takes forever to check you out. Other than that it's like any other dollar store.
