Melissa is the absolute worst manager on the planet. They want to have all the wrong prices on there products but charge whatever they want at the register. Because she’s too lazy to do her job. Then because I expected the products to be the price thst they are listed for they refused to sell to me for being rude. No dear I’m just a customer that expects people to do their jobs silly me. Don’t go to this store you will be charged whatever they feel like charging!!

Ok here is the DOLLAR GENERAL SCOOPNorth parkway.. Clean and organized but a few rude employees and they never have fridge or freezer foodOff chriatmasville by ballpark... Disorganized and employees can't help you. Not the wont the literally can't. But they always have foodCampbell st. And old hickory both look like swap meets inside and employees are hit and miss but its almost like they have too much inventory. I swear I saw coffins in the back. North highland should be the flagship. Clean and organized and always have food plus the employees are fun and inviting.Winner..... N. Highland by university parkway.Now my home store is north parkway so this is a completely fair rating. I havent made it to royal st. But I will soon. Good luck

They have so much more than the regular dollar stores. They have added cold foods and they have great sales. It reminds me of the old country stores I grew up with. A great place to shop and pretty good merchandise for the price you pay. It's not a rich person's store but the rest of us love it!

I go through Dollar Store on Airways every day they have almost everything you could possibly need in there they have food all the way to automotive type things in expensive place to buy a lot of things you said it's a real Handy store to have that's the ticket the store also has a great manager and employees that backer up keep the store clean and will help you if you need help

It's been awhile since I last shopped at dollar general, I almost got lost... The store was really loaded with many items. Almost like an department store, you can find just about anything you might need.

Been in this store two times... most Dollar Stores don't have very friendly clerks, but both times here I felt that the clerk was flat out rude! I figured the first time could have just been me... nope! 2nd time was even worse. Really talked down to the person in front of me. I almost left! Either way, want be back!!Not to mention that the isles are piled up making it hard to get around.

It's like most other DG's. Aisles are narrow, then they're stuffed with boxes of inventory needing to be stocked, and it's always hard to find what you're looking for. If you shop near the front of the store, then you can get in and out somewhat fast, or not(depending on the person running the register).

This place sux... Tried to find out how much some ear buds were and no one could tell me. The manager was no where to be found. To be honest though, this is no different from any other Dollar General in West Tennessee. They are always a mess and you can never find anything. There is never anyone around to help you when needed and finding a manager is like finding a needle in a haystack. They employees do not know the meaning of customers service or courtesy at all.

The store is empty trash or clutter everywhere and most items under lock down ….Pretty sad will not return .Got ready to check out and the cashier I spoke she said nothing so I spoke again and she barely could udder a word ….Handed me my receipt and walked away !Pretty sad environment do yourself a favor drive to another store.

I went in there today to buy some Lysol spray Maxine, an employee told me that it wasn’t any but called her friend in to the back of the store and gave her some Lysol spray (in a box) and it’s me and two other people in there looking To purchase Lysol spray. When I ask if I could get some she told me “do you see any on the shelf” just rude and unprofessional! I will never shop here again

I usually go in and find what I need and leave. As usual the lines are long and the store is junky. Why the dollar stores are always junky I have no clue. I will continue to go, I mean why expect anything different.

Don't expect an employee to be at the register or products to be on shelves instead of filling out the aisle waiting to stocked... But hey they got free AC and some consumables.

Like how you can run in for something quick, get in and get out without having to go through the hoops of finding parking spaces and dealing with long lines like at the big box stores

Boxes and 3 wheelers all over the store.. Can't get around them counted 5.. Stuff on floor couldn't get around,, asked to people about a product I was looking for.. Just kinda pointed. Other one said no idea
