I stopped by KFC for some chicken it is was closed... dairy queen next and it was closed also... desperately wanting some chicken I stopped by Dodges. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. I was greeted by the awesome people who work there as I entered. The food looked fresh and amazing. Derrick was the one at the register and he really went above and beyond my expectations of service you would likely receive at a convivence store! I drive by their store everyday going to work and I'll definitely be making it my go to spot!

I want to let the Dodge Management Staff know that you have a great employee working for you. Wanda Currey is the best. Last Friday night I stopped by Dodge to get some gas. I thought I had locked my keys in my car, but come to find out I had accidently thrown them in the trash. Anyway Wanda went out of her way to try & help me. She let me borrow her phone to call Roadside, which were no help. Then I called the Jackson Police Department which instructed me to call Mann Wrecker Service. I used her phone for quite some time. After I was able to get into my car I still couldn't find my keys, but I had a spare key in my purse. I looked & looked for my keys. I finally gave up & wrote down my name & phone number then told Wanda if anyone found them please reach out to me on my phone. Well low & behold she found them in the garbage can beside where I was parked. She called me Saturday morning & informed me that she had found my keys & would leave them with Derek. I thanked her & is forever in her debt. Talk about going above & beyond, Well Wanda did just that. She more than exemplify of what a good employee is & Dodge store should be honored to have her as an employee.Sincerely,Sharron Littleton

My son loves to get the biscuit and gravy from dodges on N. Highland and we missed breakfast, they had already put out lunch. My son who is 5 was really upset and sad. Derrick who greeted us saw that he was upset and went to the back and to my sons surprise he came back with a biscuit and gravy. My son left happy and I can say that Derrick was very nice and has exceptional customer service skills.

I lost my medicine and it's was my pain pills and I called to the store after looking everywhere and they told me they did have them which is a blessing and if the wrong person found they they would had a blastPercocet 10 300 mg and Derrick put them up and when I arrived he ask for my ID very professional such an amazing man of GodThanks Derrick

Good prices and friendly staff I only gave them 4 stars because I work second shift and stop every night for cheap fountain drinks. They are constantly out of cups and lids. Management needs to do a better job ordering supplies. Other than that it's a great place for cheap prices and good food cooked fresh.

This place has the biggest slurpy selection at the best prices and the food is so good! Fried chicken, fried apple pies, egg rolls, jojo's! Everything always tastes fresh and tasty! My boyfriend and I love this place for gas and a tasty meal when we're in a hurry!

Chicken was definitely hot and fresh. The customer service offered was exceptional. Many varieties of things to choose from. However as far as the chicken flats and drummets they are extremely too big! I just don't remember dodges chicken being that huge. I'll pass on the food next time

My visit was at about 2:30a.m. The first pump I pulled up to didnt work. However the next one worked just fine. When I went into the store they had hot food to choose from. Which was a good thing because at 2:30 a.m. there isnt a lot to choose from in Jackson. It was a little pricey but everything is these days.

It seems every time I come in there's always something something broke slow staff no sense of urgency always something. It's always the third shift. No matter what time I come in between 1:00 and 3:00 it's only one person takes a sweet time never mind people trying to go to work etc etc there's someone else prepping food I would have guess I thought I found my morning stop I've had enough and I have to find a new morning stop

Well lit, clean bathrooms, and great variety of food. The kabobs are good. The personnel are sweet and helpful. I feel very safe there and they have great prices on gas.Spilled soda and offered to clean it up but the young man working there was very kind and smiled and said not too worry he would get it. I'm already a regular.

Good food & high prices 24/7 without fail. Breakfast at sometime between 4am & 6am. Never a set time. The only guarantee at this location is rude employees, slow service and fresh chicken products of all types. It's $15 for 6 wings and a roll but their gas is cheapest around. They have icee drinks sometimes just depends on if they filled them up or not. Most times I just grab a fountain drink if the cups and lids are locatable. If not I buy a bottle drink. I tried some of their prepared food and it's never been worth the price to me. I believe it's $6.99 for just 3 strips, ranging in size according to the cashiers attitude. Cig prices are best in the area.

This place was pure trash. Stopped in around four in the morning and food was terrible. Store completely nasty. Trash all over the place. Need to keep less in the case so stuff isn't dried out and so it can be fresh. A real disappointment

Very nice store nice atmosphere but I got there looking for coffee started it found out there was no sugar and no creamer so I asked the lady behind the counter who proceeded to come out take things apart not put them back together so after abought 5 minutes the same guy who was out front picking up trash walks through and decides to finish hand scooping sugar into the container with the same gloves that he had on outside changing and picking up trash with before he picked up where she left off

Probably last time I vist the location in Jackson TN on North highland.Service is usually not great but it is very convenient for me on my way home to get gas.But today I’m over charged on my item and the counter person really doesn’t know what to do about it.It’s only .20 cents but over the years this location has been open I’ve been less than satisfied way more than satisfied with my shopping experience. I write this in hopes maybe something will get done.

They have the BEST chicken there. I've never tasted chicken SO DELICIOUS IN MY LIFE! The strawberry cream cheese pie OMG IS THE BEST thing EVER! Its Crispy on the outside and super yummy inside 💜 and I just recently tried there Fries. The Best as Well. I give this place a big 👍 thumbs up and a 100% plus more if it could. It's that good. I just moved here from Iowa and we don't have DODGE's gas stations there. So I'm really going to enjoy going here from time to time. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS PLACE. Stop to get gas and stop inside enjoy the wonderful smell of chicken and order some before you leave. 😊💜💕

It was midday when I arrived there and they were very busy.The cashiers I work very hard to get everybody through the checkouts and to take care of everybody's needs.It was also very rainy.... But there weren't any bad vibes.
