Purchased approx $3500 vinyl flooring in 2019. Which I love the installers were polite. The sales. Staff was good. Recently had a seam peel and get damaged. Contacted them and asked about an installer I could get to help me fix. And they were kind enough to offer to sell me all new floors as the seam is beyond repair. Please don't buy the lifetime warranty line I did not ask for new floors just a patch. My own fault for not researching. Another lesson learned. Come to Tennessee for the humidity stay for the customer service.

I am so thankful I came here for replacing the carpet and all of the bedrooms in the house we just purchased. I spoke to Melinda over the phone and the next day brought in estimated measurements of each room, she then showed me the carpets that would fit within my budget. She scheduled when to come out and do the final measurements and the carpet was installed the next day. Every single thing about this purchase was the easiest I've ever came across. Melinda was amazing and set up everything flawlessly. The two men who installed it were also great and cleaned up after each step, which they didn't have to do. I absolutely recommend this store for purchasing carpet or any other flooring for that matter.

Carpet installers scratched our hardwood, I saw one of them slide a piece of furniture, and when I mentioned it to to salesman the day the installers finished, he offered a bottle of hardwood cleaner to try and fix it. He also had made a mistake on the estimate and wanted 700 more dollars. We settled yhat matter. Then before the scratch was taken care of he wanted me to pay. Don't buy the we don't want you to pay until you are happy line. I went back after the holidays to complain again about the scratch and Mr. Deaton said sorry too late. It I could give zero stars I would.

They advertise lifetime repair if it can be fixed. We had issues with vinyl flooring in kitchen and utility room. It was coming away from walls and they came and stretched it which lasted a little while and the problem came back. Instead of making a deal to replace it they stretched it again. This didn't work either and the solution was to replace at 50% off. If an arrangement had been made before the second repair attempt the replace discount would have been more and that is why it was stretched a second. I would not recommend them!!!!!

JD was awesome! He arrived about an hour early, was extremely nice and professional, was a good sport about my dog (who was a brat), and did an amazing job cleaning the carpet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will be referring all of my friends in need of carpet cleaning services.

Went to Deaton’s Carpet one to get a budget on hardwood, tile and carpet for my home. May 19th around 1:00 2016. I was met by a guy with the worst personality. I told him what I was in for and he seemed very uninterested. I finally talked him into going to a table to start discuss what I wanted for each phase of the home. I asked him is he didn’t need to at least want to get a pad to take notes. His answer was why. So I had a scaled drawing of my home and I started in the basement. I said this room is 20 x 20. It is a bare wood floor nothing to move. No furniture, ready to install. I then said with this I have a stair case that does have carpet that will need to be removed and I will use the same carpet as the 20 x 20. He stopped me and said I can’t price that. This has to be the rudest sales person I have ever spoke with. So I said OK by. I am re-doing my entire home. Carpet, hardwood, and tile. It want come from Deaton’s Carpet One. PS: You need to hire a better sales person.

I wasn't even able to have an experience due to the terrible customer service. I called to ask about carpet installation and was transferred to a sales person. He said his name but i only caught the end of it so I asked him to repeat it and instead of doing so, he hung up on me. That was extremely rude and unprofessional and because of that I can never recommend this company to anyone that I know.
