Not the best location ever. The lobby is almost uncomfortably dirty and an overworked employee was asleep at a table. (I've been "That Guy" before.) The people are super friendly but the food was a complete flop. Even the fries were soggy. My Alaskan Fish Sandwhich was under dressed and fried too dark with little to no lettuce and only a hint of Tartar. After today's visit I don't know If I'd even trust a Blizzard from here.

We made a mad dash for ice cream last night and arrived at DQ 45 mins before closing time. I ordered a double oreo blizzard and a medium cone. We had to pull forward and wait. When we received our order, the cone was dipped. We decided to just let it go. When I got home and took the lid off my blizzard, it certainly was not a double oreo. I'm still not sure what it was other than nasty. At this point it was too late to go back as it was past closing time. Eating the cost was the only thing I got from this dairy queen.

Paid $7.00 and some change for a large butterfinger blizzard. It was delicious but their cup sizes aren't worth the money. Corporate office should work on their prices and cup sizes, I can't afford that, I can go to Kroger's and get a half gallon much cheaper than their prices.Great service but definitely not worth paying that much for a cup that resembles a Wendy's medium drink...

Didn't do nothing but pull up trying to get ice cream with my husband and the lady on the speaker says "what" rudely this was at 8:34pm. Like what kind of service is going on here. I worked for dairy queen for 5 years in another state and it's a shame here. I pulled off and didn't order anything bc I will not be treated this way when spending my money.

We stopped here after the drive from Houston to our hotel in Jackson, Tennessee. Had a banana split and a Blizzard. The place is very clean and fast. This one also has food such as burgers and salads.

Waited 10 minutes patiently at drive through Mike. Then no response, just turned off sign. Drove to 2nd location and was told we could only order through door dash. For an ice cream???? 9:30 on Friday night . Just do better.

Again I stopped after work to pick up dinner customer service was great very friendly people there and attentive. The only issue I had was not all the food was fresh and having to wait I thought it would be the only thing fresh was the onion rings probably cause they don't keep that in the warmer. I ordered 2 chicken baskets and a burger meal and you could tell the fries had been sitting and the strips. It was the day of the bad storm so they could have been rushing. But I stay right across the street so I didn't have to go far. But the customer service amazing.

It's been a long while since I had a cheeseburger from Dairy Queen. It was cooked fresh and hot. My brother wanted onion rings so I ordered them for him. I forgot to tell them a large. I recieved a regular size but wasn't disappointed. For a regular, it had quite a few in there. They were also fresh and hot. My brother really liked them alot! I also ordered a Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard. They turned it upside down at my car. It was thick. And it tasted lovely! I did have to wait for some things to cook but I would rather wait and receive good hot, fresh food than cold food any day! So, for me, they did a great job! And the employees were very friendly and polite! One of my new favorite places to get my ice cream fix or any other food. Thank you for the great food and service with a smile!

Everybody that worked there wanted to stand around and chit chat. Nobody wanted to wait on the customers. Had to ask multiple times and they forgot our food and they made a meal wrong. Then I I was told the reason for the delay was because they were waiting on fries. When we got the fries they were basically cold so they just forgot the order. Then I was told that one of the meals wasn't even rang up and that's why they didn't order it. However, I bought three kids meals for $19 and some change so I paid for three kids meals.So I still had two meals I had to take home so I went through the drive-thru hoping that that would not be as challenging or time consuming. That worked great. As far as time, they did forget the milk gravy for the chicken, which we all know without the gravy the chicken ain't worth a hoot.The drinks that they brought out were just full of soda so I had to ask for napkins because they were down the sides on the top dripped onto the tops of the ice cream.So not a great experience. It'll be a moment before I think about trying to spend that kind of money again between the 19 plus for the three kids meals and The drive-up order was 31 and change.

Slow. Drive thru is slow. Inside is slow. I was parked for my drive thru order. It was brought out 20 minutes later with a missing item I paid for. Went inside stood at the register for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. Seemed like 2 people working in the whole store not sure. I just walked away and left. Not cool.

Wow. I’ve never seen a place this filthy open to the public. Bathroom smelled so horrible I could barley stay in the room. Workers went straight from the cash register to touching food with their bare hands. Disgusting.
