TBH, I have not tasted one of their cookies, but I have bought them several times for the ladies at work and they love them. I mean they love them. They swear they are the best cookies on this earth better than anything that they can make, and they beg me to try them.So if you're in the dog house or you need brownie points or you're just trying to do something spontaneous, she is going to love these. 😁Absolutely perfection. 🙏🙏🙏

Went to try the Crumbl in Jackson tonight, that was a mistake. We should have known better when there were already a dozen people standing around, waiting for their order. We used a kiosk and ordered just a chocolate chip cookie. It took nearly 20 minutes to get. When we got the cookie, the chocolate chips were spread unevenly, so one half had a bunch, the other half had very few. The taste was ok, but nothing to recommend to others, especially after such a long wait. They need a board with peoples names on so you can see where you are in line, and expected wait. Though we most likely would have just went elsewhere for a dessert. Many ahead of us we’re getting a half a dozen to a dozen cookies. I am in no hurry to go back and wait like that again. Get more people actually boxing the cookies, that seemed to be a big slowdown.

The best service and products I've ever received from a cookie establishment. From the time you step in the door the place is full of just the right kind of energy. Workers are busy preparing and serving up some joy. Wonderful display menu right up front and an interesting pastel color scheme. Grabbed a 4 piece of which I have currently only eaten one of. The Raspberry Lemonade is excellent, from the texture of the cookie to perfectly spread icing. Really makes me anxious for the other three options currently in the box, especially the Rolo. They are pretty rich, so I'll have to space them out a bit.

I'm a huge fan of Crumbl and going to give it 5 stars not only for the taste but also for the service. Had a bad experience and the manager went above and beyond to more than make up for it. My girlfriend and I come in every week to try out the new flavors. Some are hits and some are misses. New flavors every week so I can't give one to go try. It was slow service at first but lately it's been extremely fast and easy. One of my favorite places to come and always makes me happy just to try the new flavors out.

My experience at Crumble was great as always. The store was clean and the staff were very friendly. I have no complaints. The wait wasn't long. I got the Kentucky Butter Cake cookie this time. It was warm, gooey, buttery, soft, and delicious. I recommend giving it a try.

Normally I would have nothing but good to say about this location, but not today. The cookies are great, don't get me wrong...but I made an order and the girl came out and informed me that one of the cookies were currently out. And that's fine... But then another girl told the lady beside me that the same cookie was being cooked and would take a while if she wanted to wait....That is where the rating comes in...
