I really hate to put this out here but the Manager tonight is evil and rude! I have always have great customers at Burlington.I came into to do a return. I can tell lady had a nasty attitude by the way she told me to go to cash register 2.As I was looking for my receipt in my bag because there were two receipts in my bag. I gave her the correct receipt. She throws the bag away. I said “oh I need that bag for my other items” She said, “You should have said something to me before I threw it away.”My heart is beating fast why I am typing this!I said you did not give me enough time to say anything. I said do not have to take this s! Because my brother had a heart and kidney transplant and I am very emotional. She throw the hanger down. And said I do not give a d about my your brother. Ot she might have said I don’t care about your brother with her nasty gutter attitude!She kept arguing with me while the other lady was handling my return. I said where is your manager? She said that she is manager. What?!!! You argue back with your customers over a bag! Yes and kept arguing with me.Pull you all cameras and watch our interactions!Her behavior towards me was not warranted at all! My line of job would’ve never let me talk to our customers they we she acted with me! I am going to report her to the headquarters. And I am not going to lie about our interactions and what I said!

I was in the store yesterday, April 27and today April 28,2024. The lady that is at checkout was VERY rude. She was frowning and looked to be upset and didn’t want to be there. Not once did I see her smile or greet one customer. I normally don’t complain about associates but you, managers, need to know how customer service is or isn’t.

Not as much selection of heavy coats in a place that gets really cold. Found more at store in Florida and it only gets into the 50's a few days a year.

Fitting rooms are NEVER open at this store. Don't purchase if not absolutely sure of the fit! So disappointing to have to always return! Not good for me. Rather try on before leaving. Saves gas on returning!!

1st time in this store, since its opening in Jackson. Had several outfits I was wanting to buy. I was very disappointed to find out their dressing rooms are closed!! They just lost a sale and potential long-term customer.
