Wow! Wow! Wow! This is the place. Took my Great Pyrenees to get a full grooming done and he came out looking fabulous! I had no idea how bad he needed a spa day. He feels and smells wonderful. Will definitely take him back. Thank you for a job well done!

Koda, our 7 year old husky, was desperately needing a spa day!! His thick coat was shedding everywhere in the house, his nails needed trimming and a bath was overdue. We contacted Bath, Brush and Beyond for this monumental task and we spoke to Tofu to get it scheduled. They were very professional about his needs and were informative about what all his spa package included. He was bathed, he received a de-shedding shampoo and conditioner, a nail trimming and got his teeth brushed. He also got a special body spray to help him smell and look FABULOUS! I wish I would have taken a before picture but here is the after pic. Thank you Tofu for taking such good care of our old man!!!Our 7 week appointment is on the books! We will definitely be back ☺️

I absolutely loved my time at Bridget's and so did my rabbit Happy. The groomer Tofu did an excellent job taking care of Happy and made sure he was calm throughout the entire grooming. I had no idea that groomers would take care of rabbits but Tofu did an amazing job getting off the summer coat. Tofu brushed Happy for an hour and have him a bow out for a complete deshedding treatment. Will definitely come again when Happy starts to lose his winter coat. No need to look else where this place has great customer service, caring groomers, and good rates. Definitely ask for Tofu he's the best of the best.

No idea why we were given an early morning appointment. Ended up waiting 6 hours for one dog to be groomed and another to be bathed. We live nearly 45 mins away so waited in town for an entire day. In summary, the groomer Casey is terrific, scheduler here sucks!!

This was the worst haircut my dog has ever gotten. I’m ashamed of how she looks - butchered. Everyone was really nice, but I was way overcharged ($70 for a 20 pound puppy) for a cut that looks like their eyes were closed. I asked for it to be one way and it was completely the opposite. Too short for them to even fix it if I asked.

Tofu did an amazing job on my dog nugget today! This was our second visit and he always treats her as if she is his own! She can be very shy but they always do a great job at a very reasonable price! Will definitely be bringing her back to Tofu!

This was the 3rd and LAST TIME we take our dogs to Bridget's. The woman who brought our dogs out was very rude and the grooming was horrible as can see in the pictures. They chopped the ears, tail and feet, all other parts are uneven.. NEVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE..

Tofu is the best!! He was able to cut my dog's nails and my dog is scared of everyone and everything! Truly impressed that he was able to get it done so fast and with no problem!! Will definitely be going back!

Overall, I do recommend Bridget’s Bath Brush & Beyond to others as they genuinely love your pup and do a great job. Prices went up but they failed to share that on their Facebook page even though they are very active with memes on their page, that’s frustrating and they could do a better job of notifying their customers of changes like that. They finally started accepting debit/credit cards as a form of payment, however, they add a $3.00 service charge to run your card! They always do a great job and my small breed pup always looks so good, just be prepared to leave your dog all day. My experience is usually drop off for 9am appointment and a phone call that she’s done at 2:30pm. Facebook scheduling is still new to the staff so it’s better to just call; that way you get scheduled correctly and they don’t overbook themselves.

I took my Maltipoo, Maci, for her very first grooming visit. Sarah was very sweet and professional with her. She was finished in a fashionable time and Maci looked so cute! Sarah said Maci did great! The entire staff were friendly and the entire experience from making the appointment to picking her up was positive.

They made my dog look good, but overall they are extremely unprofessional. The first time a couple months ago using them it went smoothly. Last month I called and asked if they could do my dog the next day, but it wasnt a problem if they couldn’t. It took calling all day to get through to someone. They told me sure, come in at 10! So it gets to be about 2 at this point and I’m still waiting for a call to come get her. So I try calling, nope, nothing. Calling, calling, calling. Still no answer. So I run there to see what’s up. My dog is still in a cage waiting for a bath. They tell me it will only be a couple more hours. I say okay, sure. FOUR hours pass and it’s now reaching 6pm. I called and called some more. By now my anxiety has me thinking they forgot about her and left her locked up for the night because they are past closing time now. I’m freaking out, I run inside the shop, and my dog is only halfway done being cut. I try to be nice and tell them it’s no big deal, and the girl tells me “oh well shitzus take a long time, you called on such short notice , it was hard to keep her on schedule with everything else today etc”okay that’s fine, but then why schedule her? I TOLD THEM I could wait for another day but that today would be preferable. So instead you keep her locked up for 8 hours rather than just scheduling her a different day.Whatever. I got over it because I wasn’t as upset as I am now. I guess I’m mostly upset right now because they don’t answer the phone. EVER. I tried calling to set up another appointment because like I said, they actually are good at grooming. But this is just like, wow, on another level of ridiculous
