They do an amazing job on my two pups. They do not require an all day stay. Dogs are in and out in no more than two hours. That is great for Mr as I do not live in the area. I appreciate the obvious pride and care they put into their work.

BEWARE! This groomer injured my dog and didn’t say a word about it when I picked my baby up! Had to take her to the vet and now her left eye is damaged! They don’t ask for a bordetella and only accept cash! (?) Do yourself a favor and take your dog elsewhere!

The staff at Bobbies are amazing.. They treat you like family and they love what they do. I had a yorkie name Teddy who went to Bobbies for 13years and they were so supportive even when he was sick and during his passing.. I would recommend Bobbies to anyone!!!!

Bobbi’s does a beautiful job on my poodles, without stressing them out. The original Ms. Bobbi groomed my dogs in the 80’s and 90’s. Now, her son and grandson share her passion. My 18 year old poodle doesn’t seem stressed about going there, and she isn’t nervous when I pick her up. They are very time efficient and reasonably priced. That is worth a lot to me!

Excellent experience today at this groomer.This was my first time to have my dog groomed and Ron and his son were VERY patient dealing with my 3 year old Golden retriever. What caught my attention was how all of the other dogs were very quiet and content getting baths, getting blow dried or just sitting around..they seemed very comfortable there with them. That's why I decided to let Ron be the first to groom my dog.Because if all of those other 6-7 dogs I saw were happy,then my dog would be happy and safe there.And he was.They did a beautiful job on a dog that stays outside and runs in they yard and gets pretty dirty. Bath, trim, nails, whole thing. And VERY reasonably priced.HIGHLY recommend checking them out.I'll be back.

I have been going to Bobbi,s Dog Grooming Salon for the past 25 plus years. I started back in 1985 with Bobbi and my two Shih-tsu's. Back then Bobbi's was the "Place" to go. Shortly after Ron, her son-in-law came to Jackson and joined her in the Salon. I Loved Bobbi, she was a fabulous groomer and such a special lady. She taught Ron everything she knew about grooming and he too had a special love for animals like her. Now Ron and his son Eric are caring on Bobbi's legacy. They are both very professional and loving to the dogs. My sweet Juicy who started going there when she was 3 months old, now is 7 goes once a week! She is so excited on Tuesday AM when its time to go for her bath and groom. We are always greeted with a smile and friendliness.The Salon is always clean and free of odor. Anyone that knows me knows I would never leave Juicy anywhere if she is in danger, or if I did not trust someone. I would highly recommend Bobbi's dog grooming to anyone. I am completely satisfied and happy with there work..and Juicy is very happy too!!!

Never even got a chance to walk in the door. Called for pricing and since I own a pitbull they wouldn't give her a bath. I explained she is a very sweet dog and the owners response was "that's what they all say". Screw you sir! I will find some place that will love my baby!

Came highly recommended but he clipped our yorkies tongue showed no remorse our baby has been bleeding since noon. Hasn't even called to check on him but still charged full price
