I called to make an appointment and they never answered or called back. Then, I tried to fill out appointment online and they never got back with me from that either.

I have had 33 motorcycles and ridden for 57 years. They have the worst service department I have ever been to. Was over charged and the never fixed the problem that I took the bike in there in the first place. Charged 1800. Took it to the honda delership in Bolivar and for 175. Found and fixed the electrical problem. I was than cursed out by the service manager after he insulted me , saying I don't know how to start a motorcycle. Tried to talk to the owner and he refused to talk to me...

I purchased a Honda 21" self propelled commercial walk behind mower! The mower performs brilliantly, cuts even and effortlessly every time I use it. I couldn't be more pleased with the exception of saying this. Whilst the mower is truly a dream to use and I 1000% recommend it to anyone in the market for a walk behind mower. I have to add, Bob's Honda was even better than the product I purchased from them. They were patient and very knowledgeable about thequestions I had. Their price was excellent, but their best quality was they they care! Thank you Bob's Honda! Job well done!John Rich

I bought a Polaris side by side from young bob and have never been treated better. The whole process was very pleasant and every employee that I encountered was very nice and helpful. I rode away feeling like I got a good deal. I would buy from them again.

Friendly, and upfront with an estimate of repair for my quad. Work completed in a timely fashion, and the last encounter came in under quoted amount. Showroom is immaculate, with a host of fun and exciting toys. Been a customer now for just over 30 years, happy with the service and candor of the associates here.

Asked a price on side by side. She didn't know. Another sales person came over and gave price.. Before looking at the next machine he asked to be excused for a minute. We waited for quite a while. He never came back and other sales person's walking around and talking on phone never came to assist.. Not Cool. We left.

Not impressed with them as a motorcycle dealer. If you going to see what kind of bikes they have no one bothers to see if you need help or tries to sell you anything. If you go in to look for parts, accessories or gear they act like you are bothering them. Very limited selection of gear. They were a better motorcycle dealer 20 years ago when I bought a new shadow from them.

Drove 1hr one way back in July 2022 from Paris, Tn to Bob's House of HONDA for a insurance claim on my Honda Pioneer 700! I was confident in my choice of shop from all the good reviews! However I've been getting the run around! Different excuse every time I call or email! Today is Tuesday November 8th and Bob's house of honda has yet to start on my repair! I missed out on a lot of riding and I'm a hunter now I can't even do that! I don't recommend them

After making an appointment for first service on my bike at 10 I arrived at 9:30. Around 10:15 the service manager told me they were getting to it right now.20 minutes go by and my bike is still sitting there so I explained to him why I was leaving.He accepted responsibility for his guys, 3 of them I watched for an hour and there's no way I'd hire them.On another note they charge$100 per hour for labor. Ridiculous. Please don't waste your time here like I did.

Went in to buy UTV and got the run around on pricing. I wasn’t financing but they still wanted 150 for document processing fee. Another 35 for a title that no one needs if they have the receipt showing they bought it. So I agreed to pay that even though it’s bull. Then we go to pay and they want another 3% because I was paying with a card instead of cash or check. Well I told them I wasn’t paying anymore add ons. They simply have the attitude that they’re the only place around and we don’t have any option. So for $150 on a 5k machine they let us walk out the door. Loosing any parts or repair work in the future. Not to mention the knowledge I have now will most likely keep me from buying from them when I upgrade my other four wheeler. Not to mention the advertising they get every time they sell a machine when all friends and family discuss the new purchase.Crazy how they look at business.UpdateI ended up purchasing a new $5K UTV like I wanted above and a brand new $7K fourwheeler as well from their competitor. So they lost the one sale originally, plus another machine and all the service work that’ll go along with them.UpdateI purchased a brand new 18K bike a couple weeks ago. Went to Memphis to get it. Really great people at Motonation of Memphis.

Took my Rubicon in for the 100hr. Service and the technician didn’t bother to wipe the oil off from around the foot rest after changing the oil. Only reason I bother to take it in for a service is because the extended warranty requires it to be done by a so called certified Honda mechanic with receipts Otherwise I wouldn’t drive 70 miles one way for service. I would like to mention the Service manager Dillion is a nice guy.Just his techs need to take some pride in their work.

The showroom is impressive with a variety of bikes and friendly customer service. The mechanics tensioned my chain for my half-USA road trip at no charge. I would recommend everyone to visit this place for bike purchases or service. Thanks guys!

Everyone in the front is awesome. But apparently they don't have any motorcycle mechanics. After a total of nine weeks I gave up. Brought mine home. Also the order writer or whatever his title is was a jerk.

I have went in on multiple occasions and the staff could not be any less interested in helping you. I ended up getting my bike elsewhere. When I needed my fluids changed their response was "Yeah, don't really work on Goldwings." They have Goldwings on the floor for sale but they won't service them? What a joke!

I purchased a motorcycle from Bob's house of Honda over one month ago They have yet to provide me with a registration and license plate and I paid for. I have called several times over the past few weeks yet they refuse to remedy the problem.Spoke with them today They are addressing the problem and making things right.
