The prices here are great on some larger items. Some of the off brand mech I've bought here before is pretty low quality. I had a desk crumble away a few years back. Today, I came because my normal grocer didn't have Pineapple Juice in stock and when I checked online availability, It showed up here. Sure enough, when I finally found the shelf location there was plenty. Just like the online inventory stated.

The store was clean and not very crowded. I found quite a few items on clearance for 75-80% off. I also found name brands at decent discount prices. The cashier was very talkative and friendly. The store could be a bit more organized, and the discount dots and colors were somewhat hard to understand. All in all, I will certainly be back.

Our cashier was straight up racist. She chatted away with lady of color but didn't say a word to me except for correcting me. Rude, no eye contact & openly racist. The prices have gone up & the supply down. Wasn't worth the trip.

I took my mom to this Big Lots location the other day and had a great shopping experience. The staff were very courteous and professional, one employee even brought out a wheelchair for my mother when we pulled in. Great variety of products that changes month to month.

Went in for a shelf. Found one we liked didn’t see it under it nor saw any employees so walked up front to ask about it. Took a look it and said no we don’t have that. He didn’t even go check just right away no. So I asked about the display model as I have bought that before when they didn’t have any stock.. was just rude about it... then we finally go to check out and I almost had exact change but was still owed a penny back. I know but it’s just the principle of what happened... the guy just kept staring at the drawer not saying anything so I said you just owe me a penny and my receipt and after almost 2 minutes of waiting for it says oh I don’t have any. Not let me get some.. then had to wait almost 10 minutes just for the cashier to come even check us out.. I love big lots but after today I don’t Think we will be shopping there as they don’t know how to treat their customers

Great place for looking for odds and ends and can always find something...even if I didn't need it. And when I find what I'm after, it is usually cheaper than elsewhere.Well worth a shopping trip. Friendly and helpfully staffed.

Employees there are very friendly and always professional. My only issue is that I wanted to buy a sectional that is displayed on the floor but they are out of stock. So I aksed when would they receive more and they have no idea, but yet they can't sell the display...even though that is all they have of that item. That makes no sense to have products that you can't actually sell.

Big Lots really has changed. The Christmas merchandise is amazing for a discount store. I'm a designer and am pretty judgemental about decor. I truly am shocked by the quality, the wide variety of styles and the selection. Their merchandising and set up is comparable the major big box stores. Noticed improved kitchen and home goods section. Really amazing. Great upgrade to entire product lines.

I love big lots. I tend to find unique home or kitchen items. I get bedding and curtains here for a cheap price. Not that much kids clothes though but I always love to see what they have

Not a lot of variety but extremely good sales, especially end of season. The staff is helpful and store is clean. There are usually some kind of end of week sale. Circular prices don't always match the shelf price but items will ring up at the circular prices.
