The environment and the service is good! The food was alright, but could be better. I liked their Blackened Chicken Alfredo pasta and their Tomahawk Pork Rib. Thought their southern tenders were bland. Overall good experience!

Will charge you for a pick up item that you never received and refuse to view cameras to prove it. Absolutely ignorant. Do not order for pick up here. You’re better off picking the items with your own hands. Do better

We were looking for a sound bar, but we didn't know anything about them. A young man took the time to show us several different types on display, so we could hear the different sound they had. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We decided on a Samsung with a subwoofer that sounds great. I asked his name so he would get commission. Surprisingly, he said that's not necessary, we don't work on commission. So, he did all that just to be kind, and I didn't get his name to brag on him. However, it was 1/6/24 between 5-6 p.m., if you see this THANK YOU! Jackson, TN store.

This was my second time in this store and probably my last. ZERO customer assistance at this location. I was set to buy a new watch but after waiting half an hour for someone to assist me, I gave up. If you will need any assistance, you should go somewhere else. I asked 3 times for someone to get the watch I wanted. The reply I got was "I've called for someone to help you 3 times. Maybe you should come back later". Completely unacceptable and rude. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will not be back.

Went to Best Buy recently to compare a few smart phones before purchasing. Did some research and had it down to two phones based on my needs. I go in and find the two phones and am trying to compare when a BB Associate asks if I have any questions, so I ask about the two models and she asks which phone I currently am using, I told her I was using an older model iPhone and she said I needed to stick with iPhone not to switch to Android, people find it very difficult to make that switch. My main purpose of getting a new phone was to get something that would connect to my vehicle and my current phone was too old to perform that and I told her my price limit. She continued on telling me that both the phones I was looking at arent worth a lot and will not last me six months then I will have to run back to Best Buy and purchase yet another new phone. I told her that I only wanted to spend X amount, she then suggests an iPhone SE, which is double of what I decided on spending. It was then, without getting any advice on why my picks were both junk in her expert opinion being told I would regret the purchase and ultimately be back to Best Buy to purchase an iPhone. I could see she was not going to help me and told her thank you and went back to looking at the models I came to compare. A man that was setting up a Samsung display saw this unfold and came up to me, as he worked for one of the phone companies I was interested in purchasing and offered to shed some light on the phone as it was only released a week ago, he went through and we compared specs of the two phones. His help was priceless, its exactly what I needed to decide on purchasing a new phone.Then came the problem of finding an associate to go in the back and get the phone, the Samsung man couldnt go in the back, nor check out the purchase. Searching the store to find someone was impossible. Giving up after 7-10 minutes. Yikes, Best Buy, you just lost my business.

Went in with intentions to buy 2 computers. Walked in the front door and was greeted by a friendly guy watching the doors. He asked if we needed help. I replied that I would need help once we got to the computer section. Walked to the back, located the computers I wanted and waited. My wife found an employee and told them we needed someone. After about 15 minutes, we walked out, went home and ordered the computers from Amazon.

I came to buy a ring doorbell and had to wait 15 minutes to get someone to help me. After 15 minutes a manager came by to tell me that I would have to wait some more. Instead of just ringing me up, he came to tell me that I had to wait some more. I decided to order from Amazon instead.

Went in to buy a large TV and surround sound. Two employees were talking and neither volunteered to assist me. After about 15 minutes wandering around the TV area without anyone asking if I needed assistance, I walked out.I told the guy at the door why I was leaving without purchasing anything. His comment was"Oh well".Apparently, they do not need new business. I was prepared to spend $250

Replaced 75 inch Hisense google TV for a 75 inch TCL google TV due to popping noise in speakers. The TCL has no problems. Really satisfied with the google platform.

Saw a deal online almost to good to be true and came in to find out if it was, and I am very glad that I did. Even though there was none of the products shown online on the showroom floor,after a quick inquiry to the staff I was brought to a rack. Even allowed a curbside pick up and helped load it into my vehicle. Great service!! Will be back for future great deals.

It's a BB. It has a large phone area just as you walk. The electronic section for drones and camera, etc... is a little sparse. Everything else you'd expect is there, too. Kind of reminds me Sears, with lots of knowledgeable staff waiting to help.

Chris, the car audio specialist, was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job on my little Fiat. The new speakers that were installed sound AMAZING compared to the factory set. He also installed a new head unit which I love! He even helped me get my subwoofer working again, after it blew the AGU fuse. I waited almost 3 weeks for this installation, due to my schedule and now that I have gotten it done... I am 100% happy. I can't stop smiling when I drive now. I'm excited to get back into my car tomorrow and listen to my new speakers! I will definitely be coming back to Chris for any future upgrades that I have. Hopefully will be some new subs soon.

This store lacks inventory of anything other than a tv. Good luck getting anyone on the sales floor that is knowledgeable about product or willing to help. I had a couple batteries that needed proper disposal. This was a service they provided since they sell them. Couldn’t find where to take them. Lazy employees that couldn’t show me where to take them in store. Then folks that say to just throw them in the trash. This store needs some new management.

U wasn't asked by any associates if I needed help with what I was looking for and the only associates I saw were at the register up front but I managed to find what I was looking for. Pretty much in and out once I found what I was looking for. The gentleman who rang me up was extremely nice and courteous.

I don't know if the times have just changed and people are no longer expected to be nice to each other, but customer service sure has gone downhill over the last few years.Today, I went to Best Buy to purchase a Go-Pro. Of course, it is locked away. That's surely expected with high shrink rates at stores post covid. So I looked for an employee. Nobody to be found in the entire store. So I went to the customer service counter. The girl there was nice but just walkie-talkied for somebody to meet me at the Go-Pro's.I waited about 10 minutes and nobody came. I saw a girl stocking shelves so I thought maybe she could help me. I asked if she worked there. She did not look up at me and mumbled something inaudible. I apologized and let her know I didn't hear what she said. She looked up at me; "I SAID, I do not work on the sales floor." I was so embarrassed and insulted by her tone and negativity, I just walked out.I was in retail management for years in my 20's. Back then, if an employee could not help a customer, they would be expected to walk the customer to somebody who could help them. Not just tell them they're on their own and look away.I never thought I would see the day where Walmart would have better customer service than Best Buy, but I walked into Walmart, walked right up to the electronics associate, he walked me to the Go-Pro's and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes total.

My husband and I went into Best Buy today to purchase a new TV because our 13 1/2 year old one had played out. In the past we had always purchased our TV's and electronics from best buy and had great service, but today was entirely different. First getting waited on was a major problem, when representative finally was going to wait on us he admitted to knowing little about that department. We told him we knew nothing about using a smart TV and would need him to assist us by showing how to use the controller to be able to get into spectrum service we have. He told us that would require in store demonstration and they did not do that. Said they could send someone to our home to show us but there would be a charge. I said to him yall have all those tv's on the wall with controllers and you can't even show us how to power on and off and access spectrum, and he replied no we can't. We left and went to Electronic Express just down the street and purchased a new 65 inch Samsung TV and was shown how to use the controller and how to access our spectrum service. We are enjoying watching our new TV tonight. Guess Best Buy didn't want our business.

Best Buy is a good place to buy electronics, to help with televisions, telephones, ring doorbells, and many other things that will absolutely help everyone in their daily lives. My husband needed printer ink, today. If they don't have something in store they will help you get it mailed to your home. Pretty cool.
