Very large department store with lots of different things to shop for. We knocked out a large portion of our Christmas shopping. Of the last standing department stores left at Old Hickory Mall. Prices are competitive.

After arriving at this mall, found JCP didn't open until 11 AM. I found Belk open. So happy I found some good deals. Christmas shirts only $7 and a beautiful sweater at $17.99. JCP lost a buyer today!

I bought 3 items from Belk. The first was way too big and the other 2 was way too small. Better try on before you buy. Will never order from Belk again!!!!!!?

Good selection of clothes for all shapes, sizes, and ages. Friendly and helpful staff. Good prices. The only reason I give it 4 stars is location. The mall is getting more dangerous all the time. Just be careful and watch your surroundings.

I ordered online to pick up in store. After I had completed my order I realized they had other styles in stock of the item I had just ordered. I had went in expecting to have to go through hoops to return and a big hassle but no it wasn't. I had shopped real quick and found what I really had my heart set on as I made my way to the in-store pick up point. The lady there not only took care of my previous online order but she did the whole return and applied it to what I had found while I was waiting. Don't know her name but thanks so much!!! It was greatly appreciated!!! 😊

I liked it until it was time to check out then, I quickly realized there is no one to check you out. I won't be back. Anyone shopping, it was hard pressed to find a register that was manned by a human.

It was okay. The store layout was pretty good. I will say I don't like that the selection of stuff is lacking anything I would be particularly interested in. They used to have a Polo Ralph Lauren section in the stores. Now it seems like it is online only.

It was ok. The lady at the beauty counter was very nice and helpful. Just 1 problem...I went during holiday season looking for a particular doorbuster, the lady kindly helped me look but said she hadn't seen any in their store. Very disappointing considering the item kept advertising across my cell phone and that's the very reason I went to Belks. Why advertise a blockbuster or doorbuster it sale and never stock any in your store?

This is my 1st time at this particular Belk store. Everything seemed to be on cell and the Clearance and that was great! I Am only able to shop this store when I travel out of town. But it's always worth a stop! Their stores always neatly arranged clean and I like the quality of their products. They are medium priced until they have a sale and then it's Extremely good.

Nice, friendly store. Excellent Men's big and tall section. Sales happening daily. They need to improve selection in men's shoes. All workers I ran across were friendly, asking if I needed help finding something. I live an hour away from store but will gladly make the trip again and again.

Store needs some serious cleaning and upkeep. Fitting rooms haven't seen a vacuum in some time. Floors need a good cleaning. Seems to have merchandise but help is hard to find.

Love Belk! This fall I found so many items I absolutely had to have! Many animal print tops and thr most buttery soft leggings ever. I would say my favorite brand at Belk is Wonderly Studios! Nice and helpful employees and a very nice atmosphere

Old store in an old mall. The area around it has gone downhill over the years. The store itself is well stocked and the service is good. I hope they can hang on.
