We love using Antonia's Paw Spa & Retreat when we need to kernel our dogs for vacation and our dogs actually get excited when we drop them off. It's so awesome getting the pictures of them so we know they are ok and it helps us enjoy our vacation. Would definitely recommend for kerneling.

Antonia's Paw Spa is a WONDERFUL place to keep your K9 friends while you're on vacation/out of town. The customer service is phenomenal, and all of the employees treat EVERY dog like royalty! If your pup needs a place to stay overnight, or even just for daycare, this is the place to go!

Antonia’s calls to remind you of appts. They have a great intake (my dog loves to go there). They work on several dogs at a time so they can give each dogs some breaks as they are being cut and groomed. My dog always loves to be there. They are so kind and gentle with the dogs there. There can be a long wait time to get your dog an appt., but they are full because they are very dedicated to making each dog look perfect.

I would give less than one star if I could. We had a horrible experience. We asked that they give our dog a bath. They didn't. We asked that they trim his nails. They didn't do that until my husband questioned them when he picked our dog up. Total lack of care. Definitely won't use them again and I don't recommend them to anyone. We are aware that neither the bath or nail trim were included with boarding, but they were requested. Also, when making the reservation, it specifically asked if we wanted to have his nails trimmed. Again, if they couldn't handle it, we should have been told up front.

Antonia and her staff have taken care of my dog, Oliver, for years. The staff are always friendly and so happy to see him. They bathe and groom him even though he is a bad boy sometimes. They are patient with him and he is always happy with his fresh cut. The daycare and boarding have also been great experiences for us.

My 5 month old German Shepherd leaps out of the car and runs inside when they open the door. She loves everybody there and they love her. I am really comfortable leaving her for doggy day care and for grooming and boarding. They are the best!!

Antonia's is awesome, we have a 3 legged German Sheppard that the staff truely loves as much as we do. Its his home away from home. They get private bedrooms, massages, cuddles and treats before bed on top of grooming and nail trims, I kinda wanna go and stay myself but they dont accept humans for boarding.

Antonia’s Paw Spa kenneled our 3 dogs for us while we were displaced from evacuating hurricane Florence. The place is very clean and has a great staff. Not only did they take great care of our pets, which deserves top pay, but she also took care of our bill for us due to our situation. The gratitude shown is one of the nicest acts of kindness I’ve seen in quite a long while. Thank you so much for your heart and a job well done! I had to board my 2 older small chihuahuas for the first time in their life so I was very worried about how they would do but Antonia’s Paw Spa and Retreat took excellent care of them. One of my dogs needed a lot of medication and they took care of her perfectly. My dogs were happy and clean when I picked them up. They have a wonderful staff and they try to make your pets stay as much like home as they can. I will use them again and highly recommend them for boarding your pets. Thanks Antonia’s for taking such good care of my babies!!!

I think we have finally found a place we can leave our "family member" and not worry about him. It was so clean, didn't smell, staff was super friendly, and his room was very large and private. I recommend Antonia's Paw Spa highly.

Antonia's paw spa is the greatest place for grooming boarding and doggie day care. They love your fur babies and take good care of them. She can groom beautifully all breeds. I have scotties that require special cuts to their hair. The always look fabulous.

A wonderful experience with wonderful staff they love my puppy, maybe one day they can include a kid cats you can order like bathing bags for cats that make it a lot safer, they need more nice people like them in the world I highly recommend

Have brought my dog here 3 or 4 times for a haircut and they can never get his cut right or keep their appointment schedule right. we brought our dog in at 7:30 for his 7:30 appointment. when i went to go pick him up after work at 4:00, they hadn't even started on him yet.

My dog got the kennel cough from this place. Went to emergency vet they also said they don’t recommend for boarding. Paying $300+ in vet bills not even on top of what we paid to board them!
