The only place in town offers refilling propane tank, like big one.It is pretty small though, more like a neighborhood hardware store. It still carries most of the necessary thing for house maintenance. I recommend calling before coming to check if something is in stock. I got in a situation where the website said this specific store had an item in stock, but it was not. Even a staff said it was weird because their system said so.

Katie's Haulin Hogg Barbecue Sauce!!! A MUST try and found at Ace Hardware in Jackson, TN. Locally made. An old family recipe. It comes in original and spicy. Don't start your summer without it! You will LOVE this sauce!!!

It is disappointing when a store won't stand behind its service or honor a sale. This store rescreened 17 screens for us and did wonderfully on 12. 3 are way out of square and 2 were assembled incorrectly. They didn't offer to correct the issues and refused to refund my money. I received nothing but argument and blame switching back to me. They could not fathom that the screens were perfectly square before they worked them. Complete denial. We spent close to $1000, but they wouldn't correct $100 to show they respected me as a customer. Corporate refused to assist me since each store is independently run. Doesn't say much for the brand.

Everybody there is so incredibly knowledgeable and has a solution for whatever your trying to do! They are absolutely awesome! If all stores had that knowledge and treated their customers like family such as they do I just may shop in the actually stores rather than online?

Been in here several times, this place is very friendly, these guys come to you looking to help you out rather than you needing to find one of the store associates, they usually have what I need, I am able to get in and out very quickly. Would much rather shop here than the big box store any day. If you have seen my other posts, there are times the big box store is great and others when they have failed so miserably I don't even want to buy their products. Not once have I had a bad experience at the Jackson TN Ace Hardware store, or any Ace hardware store for that matter.

This place is like no other! They greet you when you come in the door and ask if they can help you. Blake the owner likes to get to know everyone and his community very nice man, that will bend over backwards to find everything you need. I have been shopping there for 3 years and all the employees from day one are still there. That speaks volumes in a team environment. A great place to go to for all your needs. If he doesn't have it he will make sure he gets it and will Stock it.

I had an awesome experience at Ace hardware. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Slayton. He went above and beyond to help me. I was so impressed with the service that I received. I had just been to Lowe’s the day before and could not get anyone to help me. I will shop at Ace Hardware from now on.

Some of the employees are worse than car salesmen. After the 4th time in 2 min. Asking me if he could help me and me saying, "no thanks" I was ready to just walk out of there. I couldn't even look around at anything without him following me around insisting on helping me with something. This has happened the past 3 times I've been in there.

Slayton is the man! (I hope I spelled his name right) I got a small tile saw online, and was struggling with a step in the assembly. After a long and frustrating period of time spent on the phone with the manufacturer, I gave up and called this store, and told them the size screws I needed. They told me bring it over. Within minutes of arriving, Slayton figured out I was given the wrong sized screws, got me the right ones, and fixed my problem. Much appreciated!!

Excellent service and wide variety of products to help you with your project. The sales person listened to what I was wanting to do and jumped right in helping me find something that would work as I was trying to install a new but used wick in a Kerosene heater. They install easy new but are really hard to keep the pins in place after they've been soaked with kerosene and used for a cpl days. I was looking for anything I could use as a retainer to hold the pins in place after I lined them up. We try different retainers but nothing that was quite the same diameter but ended up found a wing nut that would start and hold tight. Thanks for the assistance in a diy project to get me back together as I had bought the last known wick in the Jackson area for this heater a few days earlier when the Kerosene I bought apparently had water in it and soaked in my new wick.

Everything went just fine, cashier was very helpful and friendly and I am sure deserves a raise for the job she does. Nice little store and much easier than going to the big stores.

I love ace so much better then lowes and tractor supply just my opinion. They used to have one in union city tn and they sold everything I miss it so much anything from hunting to home or building supply to yard.
