Took the car for an oil change, they decided because of something with the drain plug blamed it on White's took it to White's nothing wrong with the drain plug however the oil pan has been dented no one knows how, anyway they declined service that's why I'm giving automotive department a big fat 0 stars. I understand the locked cosmetic case why does my purchase have to be at the service desk and if it's a policy doesn't that need to be posted so customers are not surprised and not allowed to give change come on nothing there I can't buy just choose not to

Beyond irritated with ONLY the employees that are responsible for the keys that unlock the cases. I waited on 12/8/23 for 45 minutes! They were paged numerous times yet no one ever appeared. Today 12/9/23 I returned and it has been 30 minutes with no response to pages (Brenda apparently) I’ve also heard the cologne case be called for 5-6 times. This is absolutely ridiculous and beyond comprehension. The keys should be accounted for at all times, there should be enough staff to cover the calls period. This is the first 1 star review I have ever left, but sadly it is 100% justified.

I was black Fri shopping and the only I didn't like is that they didn't have a wide selection of pot sets. I found and brought four out of the five things that was on my list to me from me. It was the ninja blender that everyone sold out on that I wasn't able to get foe the sale price of $50. Them hoverboards was a good price too

Being a small town, I'm thankful we have a Walmart. Like all other stores, it has good and bad. However, it's frustrating and to Walmart's loss that I now buy all of my bottled water at Food Lion because the water aisle at Walmart looks like this EVERY Thursday morning! I can't buy what is not accessible. Just sayin'...

The 0% great value milk is always empty. If you ask an associate to check the cooler then they tell you they don't work in that area. The trick though, is to get there attention when they have their ear bud in.

This Walmart needs some serious overhauling of employees. It also needs managers that actually care. It is really hard to find someone if you need help. There garden shop needs better organization, and it would be nice if when you can find someone to ask a question, they could answer your question. The garden shop does have great plants for spices, tomatoes, lettuce, etc. Their plants are healthy, and they carry my favorite flowers for drawing hummingbirds and butterflies. Their garden prices are reasonable, and pest free. I hate self check out, and they only have one or two cashiers, it's like they are forcing us to check out ourselves and bag our own purchases, not a fan. If you need help out to the car, it sometimes a little bit long for them to find someone.

Came for oil change,said nearly 2 hr wait,at 330 on a Thursday because they only have 2 guys,I came months ago ,waited 4 hrs and still no oil change. Never go here,,I said manager needs fired,was told its person above manager,that they have ppl on payroll but refuse to give them any hours,never ever again will they get they get one dime of my money

They have decent deals and good helpful employees but they are some in the managerial depts that I felt they were being judgemental and rude and quick to assume the wrong ideas and make bad decisions

I don't appreciate being glared at by 2 employees with their arms crossed watching me scan every item in my cart and very rude when I am leaving. Waiting for me to steal something. I don't go in this Walmart anymore unless I have to. One cashier lane open mid-day on a Saturday.

Rachel Shoupe in the photo center at Jacksboro Wal-Mart is the best!! For the last 7-8 years I have been dealing with her, she has been the most helpful pleasant employee in that store. The care and attention I received from her today, makes me want to call her corporate office and demand she get a raise!!! Never have I had any xustomer service. Each and every time I have dealt with her. WalMart I hope you reward her for the repeat service she brings to your store!!

Every single time we go there and need something in the flea amd tick locked case NOONE can ever find who has the keys. We have to go to the service desk SEVERAL TIMES to have someone paged. This time a older man with long grey hair showed up and had the audacity to get an attitude with me about getting in the case. I would HIGHLY SUGGEST a manager have a key to this case on them at all times and not make your customers wait 30 minutes or longer EVERY TIME we come in.

My husband tried making a purchase on 3/7 but after waiting 30 plus minutes on someone to help he went to Clinton. Clinton was actually out of stock so he returned to jacksboro to try again. He waited again and finally got to make his purchase. I actually avoid Walmart unless absolutely necessary because of issues like this.

Walmart is a great store. It has so much and has everything I need. If you need a custom cake, go to the Walmart deli. Would 100% recommend.

It sure is nice to have real cashiers at the registers again, although I suspect it's only for the holidays.I hate that Walmart took out the self checkout registers with the belts. It's extremely difficult to self checkout if you have a lot of groceries at the tiny checkout stations.

I tried calling the automotive department SEVERAL times. The first time they answered they told me to “hold on a second!” and put the phone down to where i could hear them carry on a conversation (that had nothing to do with work) … after waiting like that for probably 20 minutes i hung up and tried calling again. They did not answer.

Ok Walmart you are no longer open 24/7, so that means you should NOT be putting pallets in the middle of the isles blocking products! This is complete BS! Your stock crew needs to stock after the store closes, not when you have customers in the store trying to buy items.If the above info doesn’t help persuade you to change your stocking hours, maybes this will. Look at it from a risk standpoint… if customer climbs pallet of stock, and it falls on them… you are going to be paying them a nice chunk of change.So to save some money and prevent the risk issue, let’s just start stocking the shelves after the store closes.

I done my first online order. I bought a pool. Guys were very professional. I didn't have to touch a thing. So I done my grocery shopping online. They picked my fruits and vegetables to perfection. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.
