I am extremely disappointed with the grooming department. It was my first time here, and most definitely my last. They butchered my dog! Her hair is choppy and uneven throughout the entire body! I recently moved here, and didn’t want to drive an hour and 15 minutes to my typical groomer. After this experience I will. The people in the grooming department at PetSense are completely unqualified! I don’t normally leave reviews, and I’m not one to complain. However, when it comes to my dog I will speak up!

Staff is super helpful. They have a clinic come in once a month to administer vaccines. The manager is very helpful and friendly. Thanks

Clean store, friendly staff, but some not as educated on products. Manager is friendly, knowledgeable. They have a groomer on staff, do not use them, so I have no first hand knowledge on their service, or their behavior with the dogs or cats. They do have some accessories, dog collars, leads, harness's..but sizing is not consistent. Large selection of treats for dogs, some for cats. They do not have large scratch posts for cats, no condo's. This pet store is the only pet store in our area. They do have cats for adoption from the local Animal.Shelter

Answered all my questions and more. I wish they had someone with a license to bathe cats here 😪 but otherwise it's great. They do not carry hardly any cat products for grooming/bathing.😤

We'd called to see if they had a dog-toy in the store, and they did. Even with the treat of impending rain, we rode our motorcycles about 35 miles to the store. They had the toy sitting at the checkout counter, waiting for us!!Than I saw some kittens and cats in the store!!! I'd take them all if I could!! 💞We rode home with the toy and not one drop of rain fell. 😊

They have good prices on certain things but very high on others. Great selection of high quality dog foods. The 3 stars are because the staff are hit or miss. First time there a young girl was working who never offered to sign me up for the free bag of food after 10 purchases and since I was dirty after work watched me like I was stealing anything that I could. I told my wife I would never go back but my pup loves the Nulo Freestyle so much I've been back several times. Not seen that employee since. Hopefully she quit

Victoria is amazing!! My Pom is very nervous and she is so patient with her. She is able to groom her when other places just gave up. Thank you so much Victoria. You and the whole crew down there are absolutely amazing!

5 star for Lafollette. Very well stocked, new store. Nice variety of food and other stuff. Good selection of cages/crates too. It's what you would expect from a new store this size. I hope it stays around.

This pet store never has anything in stock. Ever. For 6 months I have had to go out of town for all of my pet needs. They never have live feeders either but all other pet stores have them! They occupy a huge building and offer little to no service at this location. It's shameful.

Do not take your dog there to get groomed. I took my dog and the young lady must have had a bad morning, soon as i got there her actions toward me or the dog wasn't good to begin with( the look on her face like she didn't want be there or likes her job was how she approached me) . This was the 2nd week in a row she has done this and this same dog has had her hair cut there by the other dog groomer and has not had any problems with the dogs at all. I don't know the ladies name but she ISN'T THE LITTLE BLACK HAIR GIRL, IT WAS THE OTHER ONE. She needs to find her another job if she don't like what she does!

Twice i had the lady get me 50 crickets. I pay good money for them not cheap at all but both time i got 30 bugs and paid full price. Ripped me off twice

I Went to Pet Sense today in Jacksboro TN to get Crickets. The Cashier informed me they got a 1,000 in stock. I said I need 6 Dozen she said you can ONLY have 2 dozens because more people have to get some too! Her name is Denise!.. I seen NO sign where it stated they was a limit??

Google searched pet stores during a vacation road trip. Needed a long-lasting, flavored chew bone for my fussy maltese. This store pulled up first and wasn't far off the exit. I was shocked by the lack of inventory and selection. The prices were high compared to Feeders Supply, Petco and PetSmart. Also bothered me that they don't allow exchanges or returns on treats. I recommend skipping this store and googling the nearest aforementioned stores.

I don’t understand how u can not have live crickets, I understand during the pandemic certain things was harder to get on demand but I drive to Knoxville every 3 days and they have never and still don’t have a problem getting live crickets

We only take our dogs there for baths and nail trimming. Reasonable prices. One before the grooming wasn't very good, so won't do that again.

They had bugs in the candy, I told them and they picked the bugs out of the candy but left the candy for sell. Helpful kind service. The store is moderately clean.

If you are not completely satisfied with the item you purchased from Petsense, return it to us with proof of purchase within 30 days from the purchase date to exchange or return an item at its original purchase price. Yet this is not what happened. They would not give us a refund. Totally dissatisfied with this company.

Victoria groomed our poodle and did an absolute horrible job. I think she was just inexperienced in poodle cuts. I should have waited for Jennifer to groom him.

Never have worms. Last week I got worms for my Bearded dragon and let's just say they where all dead. Called to ask when I could possibly get more and they said whenever we get the other truck
