The store itself is definitely not the issue. It's more of an employee. She usually wears a backpack and has short dark hair. She is such a rude girl. I was in there not long ago and watched her interaction with an elderly customer. The Elderly lady told her to put her change towards another customers purchase. She huffs and puffs, rolls her eyes, and shoves it in the register. Never said anything about it. I just found it extremely rude. Then she wasn't very friendly with me or anyone else in line. I'm sorry if you have a bad day, but don't be rude to customers. Especially if they aren't rude or smart with you. Shame.

Everything was good except the two ladies that were working tonight made me feel uncomfortable with their dirty looks, mostly the one more than the other, but their customer service needs some updating because it has definitely expired. Pretty sure it was because we came in the store 20 minutes before it was closing time but hey, it happens and I'm sure they've had to run in for things last minute before closing time somewhere before.

Since the old manager left, the store has empty shelves, very little seasonal if any. Its sad you have to drive to Oak Ridge to find anything. So if Corporate wonders why sales are down it’s because the stock room is full, not on the shelves. To dare as of yesterday, they had a few rolls of mesh, a few spiders, seasonal was basically empty. I have been going since the store opened and never have I seen the store so bare, I actually thought they were closing.

Always a terrific store!! Due to this covid junk they are low on supplies, but trying their best to accommodate everyone. The employees are super nice and helpful all the time!Now this Dollars Tree, in Jacksboro Tennessee, is a smaller store so they will not have everything the bigger stores, like in Oak Ridge, has. So if you go there, Please be kind!! It's not the employees fault they don't have things the bigger stores have. You can always order online and have merchandise sent to your home to.

Absolutely love this store! Go to the automotive/household section, they have amazing items there like black tape, bungee cords, tarps, different glue strengths, etc.

I am from Indiananapolis and I am use to seeing stores in messy and dirty conditions. When I walked into this Dollar Tree in Jacksboro I was at a loss for words. You could eat off the floor! All products were in order and facing the front. The employee's were nice and helpful. This is definately an added bonus! I will be back to shop there again real soon. Thank you, Mrs.Gilbert😁

Hey they had a great selection of chips. They have already started with some supplies. They have some great freezer food as well as great deal on H n g y J c potatoes.

We've been going into dollar tree n jacksboro Tenn for a couple years n since the man manager left last year it's been awful .they haven't had garlic bread in 2 months ,shelves are bare n isles are full of product that seem to never be put on the shelf.we seriously thinking of stopping shopping there ..i just know someone's not doing a good managing job...we love dollar tree but this one needs better management.Thank you

The store is not well stocked at all. But the personnel are very nice. They just need more hours to be able to have more people to help stock and straighten the store up.
