Sold me a sectional sofa under the impression of it was returned because it was broken but had been fixed. Got home and it's a full on used sofa!!!! Like hair,food and toys inside of sofa used!!! I will never spend another dollar with big lots. Spoke with corporate and asked if their policy is to sell used items and they say no but still refused to make it right.

0 stars. Came back for a bag of our stuff they left behind the register qt checkout. They refused to give it to me. I had my receipt and id and everything. The 2 ladies was extremely unprofessional. Will never shop here again. They are thieves. Wouldn't even pull the surveillance to see we didn't get handed it.

I gave it a 4 because employees are always super nice but today I bought a coffee maker, the shelves and price tags were all mixed up, the one I wanted had a sticker on the back of it $29.99. I get to the register and it's $34.99. Cashier said it must have been an old price. Normally I would push the matter as there are laws about this, they have to honor the price stated, but I was tired and the cashier was nice. But definitely be aware of prices.

I haven't been a fan of Big Lot's for 20 years. I stopped at this store & was amazed when I walked in the store. It was so clean & organized. All I stopped for was dog bones and drinks. Everytime I passed an employee I was asked if I was finding what I needed. The manager was an awesome guy with a great sense of humor. As me & my wife left we talked how all stores should be like this. Excellent customer service. Next time I go I will try to update with names. They all deserve healthy raises. I've worked retail & know how they are treated. They made us feel welcome & that is hard to find now a days.

it was a good place to buy suff like living room suites and bedroom suites clothes and Halloween costumes and candy Halloween decorations and all kinds of stuff and they have groceries and they have tricks bags to put your Halloween candy and they have table cloth that you can buy when you have a Halloween party and they have all kinds of sofas that you can buy too

I enjoy this store. They employees are great, the management is fantastic. The only quarrels I've had are items being priced incorrectly. Also I used to love poking around in the oddball stuff, but the selection of weird items has dwindled significantly. Which has nothing to do with the store, that's a corporate thing for sure.

Not the same old Big Lots of days gone by! The place looks totally different, well lit isle's and an abundance of household items to choose from! And now they even have cool furniture and other items previously unavailable! So why ya waitin, head on down to yer Big Lots, an if ya ain't got one.. ROAD TRIP!

Visiting my mom in Kentucky and she found a table and chairs set she liked. They didn't have it available at our local store, so we drove an hour to the Jacksboro, TN location. We got all the way home and the corner of the table was damaged. When we called, the furniture manager told us they didn't have any more and that we could call around to see if another store had it to exchange. THEY should've taken care of that as it wasn't our fault. Another manager did call around for us and we found one that had one, but then were told they could only hold it for 24 hours (we couldn't make it the next day). I could understand if we were just wanting a hold to buy it, hut we are having to drive to ANOTHER store an hour away to get it replaced. If you purchase furniture from Big Lots, open all boxes before leaving the store. This also happened to us in Florida recently. Very poor management and customer service, this location and Big Lots in general.

Honestly I liked Big Lots before when it had low prices on many name brand items. So many of the items I previously purchased are no longer available. The emphasis now seems to be on furniture. That's probably a good thing for many people who need lower-priced Furniture. But I still miss the old merchandise selections.

Really impressed with the upgrades to this store. Especially how they enhanced the outdoor patio furniture area and inside home furniture. The employees are always kind and helpful as well.

The selection here is incredible. Nice up to date styles and great prices. I never knew Big Lots carried such a varied amount of products. If only they had someone to deliver.

The employees here definitely work hard tomato customers happy they do not have many options about groceries but definitely I like it because every time I go I get welcome by all the employees and if I need anything they will always pointed or show me where is it I will definitely recommend you to go there and check what they have

I purchased a sofa and a protection plan being told it would cover defects, rips, tear, and stains. Now I’m being told that none of these are covered. Transparency is key when building solid relationships and customer service. I feel I was told whatever to make the purchase and buy the protection plan. I will not be referring friends or family

If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered a bed set and when I got home had to take the foot board back and the night stand cause the night stand had a dented corner. And I had to take the foot board back because it was the wrong size. Then when I got my replacement foot board and night stand and got it home the foot board was broke. The manager tried to claim I intentionally broke it to get a new one. I will never ever do business here again.

I bought my daughter a can opener it worked good so I got me one hers quit working an the one I got didn't work at all I had the receipt for mine an not hers so they would only refund mine an they were just alike. So keep your receipt for at least 2 months. That was so not right they don't stand behind products they sell
