First time using this dog groomer and I must say they are fast, do excellent work, and at a great price. This was our new puppy's first time being groomed and he was made comfortable and came home looking great. I highly recommend their services

Absolutely love this place. Elizabeth and her staff are very loving and professional. I have an older resue dog that will not let me cut his nails. She worked Gunner in and even came in on Labor Day for her customers. Gunner actually walked right in and greeted all the dogs and cats. He did very well and it was because of Elizabeth and her husband and daughter.I recommend Shining Star Pet Grooming to anyone in need for a Groomer💕We will definitely be back!!

I was very disappointed in their customer service. I was toldby her daugther it was going to take about one hour when I setthe appointment. When I arrived I asked how long it would take the owner said 3 hours.I joked back and she said you can always go somewhere else.When I picked my little dog up, she said there was cut on the topof her head, I tried to dismiss the incident and went home. Mydog was shaking her head and I started to look in her ear and shecried very loudly. Her ears where also highly irritated . I feel thisis very poor professionalism. I am sure, I am NOT the only incident that has happened at this business.

They will treat ya like family. And if something is wrong with the dog, or they accidentally cut the dog. They will tell you. They love all the animals there. And when an animal need a new home they will help try to find the animal a good home.

These people are some of the greatest people that I have ever met. they have helped with our dogs needs and have done a job that is beyond the greatest that our dog has ever had this is the only place for our beloved family pet and if you take you p r t there you won't be disappointed and your pet will love you forever

I was coming on to leave a review, when I noticed the latest comment about this business. I was actually here with my dog when this occurred 😆 You sir must be fairly new to this area. I have four dogs that I take here. I should make you aware that there are TWO groomers within a 20 mile radius around here. The other chose to do a cut on my dog that I didn't ask for AS WELL AS ACTUALLY CUT MY DOG! Saying that, I tried the other the next time around. Mrs.Elizabeth's shop is chaotic. The reason it is chaotic is because she's working at a higher demand than she has help. Her prices are also lower than I think she should actually be charging, considering my Husky costs AT LEAST $20 more everywhere I've taken her. As to the day you came in, I was the one that initially greeted you, because she was wrapped literally around a pitbull on the floor. When you looked at her and asked, "What... about an hour?" She laughed. As you see pictured, this is Willow. When you have 5 of these dogs on top of little ones, an hour is so unrealistic. Everyone knows that her shop is chaotically run with pets. She tells everyone the same thing. "I'll call you when they're about done." You sir, be blessed that you got your dog groomed by someone that absolutely adores animals. One who actually cuddles and kisses the dogs if they pull away hard and get knicked. Thankfully, everyone in Huntingdon who goes to her shop thinks the world of her. So, you sir, sorry you had a bad experience, but people like you seem to be the ones who pick on the 70yr old women who don't move fast enough fixing your breakfast in the morning. You must be one of those "new in town" people who think all services should be a drive-thru. You have a blessed day!As far as my review... Elizabeth, you did a great job on Willow, and I LOVED 😍 the Fall themed getup you put on her! She was so dang cute with her bows, and bandana!!!
