I love shopping at Wal-Mart in Humboldt. I felt very safe and they have a really nice, well stocked, store. It bought some more beautiful flowers! I also love to buy bird food at this store! Actually this is probably the cleanest I've seen any Wal-Mart in a very long time. It's also well organized.

Clean well stocked. Self check out has extra large spaces for checking lots of items. My only frustration with all stores is that there seem to only be 2 regular lanes when you can't do self check. The lines are super long. My ice cream melted! Thankfully they replaced it but my time is valuable! An hour waiting, standing, when I'm already tired and the husband is in the car waiting is too much.

It's Wally, grown to accept no in store assistance. Price changes at shelves not being done. Curbside pick up wait is stupid excessive. After 15 min went to Cash Saver for same item. Out in 10min. Wally what's the point? You wasted my time and I WILL WASTE YOURS! This visit in store, encountered an indifferent cashier that could care less about customer service. This is WHY I prefer OTHER locations to shop.

As far as a Walmart goes, this one is well taken care of. It's clean, well stocked, and most of the employees are nice. Their selection is limited compared to some of the other locations, but that's not a big deal unless you're looking for a specific product. However, I am beyond sick of having to show my receipt at the door when there's only one person checking them and a line of people waiting to get out. You can either trust me to check out my own groceries, or you can have someone else check out my items. I have lost literal hours of my life waiting to get my receipt checked throughout all of my visits. No other Walmart does this, and I'm about to start driving the extra five minutes to go to the Jackson one instead -- it has a larger selection of items anyways, although it's cleanliness is subpar.I don't like remote pickup here either as many people I personally know have had nonsensical substitutions or products have just been completely left out numerous times.

Went to Walmart in Humboldt and you would think that the pandemic had hit again. That place has nothing!!!!! Went to Cash Savers in Humboldt and found everything I needed!!!!!! Walmart is a joke. It's nothing but a name and I hope and pray people realize that!!!!! I will never shop there again. Cash Savers made me realize that other places have everything you need and want!!!!!!! I wish Walmart would shut down!!!!!!!

This Walmart is a less busy kind of store than most you can get in and get out quicker it has the best customer service desk employees and the general manager John David is one of the nicest best general managers of a big company and he is the coolest guy to talk to if y'all see him out walking around tell him he's doing a great job at doing his work he is one of the most outstanding best all around general managers of any Walmart I've ever been too he's doing a awesome job

The men's bathroom, in particular, featured a unique fragrance that could rival the most exotic perfumes. It's the kind of scent you'd expect in a twisted art installation rather than a retail restroom. Kudos to the management for cultivating such an avant-garde atmosphere.While the overall cleanliness was passable, the charm of the store lay in its distinctive aroma rather than the pristine condition of the aisles. However, it's worth noting that the unique scent did add a layer of mystery to the shopping experience, making each aisle an adventure in itself.Regrettably, during my visit, I encountered a fellow named Anthony who, rather than whispering sweet nothings to the customers, chose a more vocal approach. His enthusiastic exchanges with both patrons and the invisible choir in his mind added a delightful touch of eccentricity to the shopping trip.To further enhance the symphony of surprises, the constant interruptions on the store's PA system turned the shopping experience into a guessing game. Trying to decipher announcements amid the static and intermittent music was akin to solving a riddle, adding an extra layer of amusement to my visit.In summary, if you're in the mood for a sensory escapade, a chance encounter with the operatic stylings of Anthony, and enjoy a PA system that keeps you on your toes, the Walmart in Humboldt, TN, is the place for you. You need more cashiers. Not only was I forced in a line to check myself out. I had to wait in another line so one of 4 people stand around to check receipts.

Walmart in Humboldt tn. All the employees here are very courteous, polite and helpful.However... they NEVER have any electric carts for people that are actually handicap. I understand that from time to time people who aren't legally handicap have unexpected health issues and need them also but they have at least 30,.....prob more... handicap parking places and maybe 6 carts. My "significant other" had a stroke several years ago and can t walk 3 ft without falling down. He has fell down in front of people who work there trying to hold onto a basket when there were no carts. They have always been very compassionate and have helped the best they could. I have to walk around and search the entire parking lot in hopes that a cart has been left there. If not, I literally have to hunt someone down inside the store that has a cart and follow them out to their car to get it and bring it to him. All in all, this whole process takes at least 30 mins every single time we go there, before we can actually begin shopping. With the millions of dollars they rake in, it seems to me they could at least get a few more carts. I have also encountered others having to go thru this as well. I know they could probably care less about the little bit of money I have to spend there, but my time is just as valuable as theirs. I think a lawsuit would far outweigh the cost of a couple of carts....Just saying!!!!

Nice clean store. Mostly has self checkout. I usually only see ONE OR TWO regular cashier’s available. It can be hard to find an employee that’s willing to help if you need anything. The few that I’ve come across had their “task” and pointed towards someone else that would help me. I thought that was rude since I just had a question about where to find an item that ANY EMPLOYEE should be able to answer! 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm not from around here but I wanted to buy a lot of Christmas stuff I'm also handicapped so when I ask the girl at the self-checkouts then if there was another text and open I was told no was only here and that was it and she kind of giggled I didn't need to be insulted I wore out and I just need to go rest for a bit before I kept going I didn't want to have a heart attack in the store my goal was to spend about 600 today I guess won't.

I'm so tired of never having help in walmart where I or anyone needs it but you station people at the door who wants more than my exit pass that shows approx. $40 for a bag of dogfood & 2 packs of peeps that you can see through the bag. Harass someone else, I'm tired of it, use them as the walk around thief catchers then maybe you can lower your prices also!

Humboldt Walmart is one of the nearest grocery stores for me (Dyersburg, Jackson or Milan being others). They now all seem to have all but one of the self-checkouts accepting cards only. I only had a quart of milk but was forced to use my card for a purchase of less than three dollars. The assistant said that's the way they are. What's wrong with cash? Legal tender is not legal any more, apparently. I gave that review one star.Update on December 17 2023:Times have changed. At the time I wrote the above, I gave them one star.Walmart self-checkouts still occasionally have card-only checkouts, but most are card or cash. The associates are always ready to help locate a cash checkout at busy times.I don't for a moment imagine that my review made them change, but the fact that the store has improved for cash transactions is a great step forward into the real world.-I'll gladly give the store four stars for the self-checkout issue.

So my wife finally got smart. You idiots continually stop her to check her cart so finally she took my advice and told you to check it at the return desk. She felt singled out at your store because whenever someone is checking receipts the stop her. 10 times in a row. She thinks it's because she is chinese. I think it's because your walmart.

Stop pulling the registers before 11 just so the employees can cut out early. There should always be at least one manned register available until close. Put the convenience of your customers first, not last.

Never have electric scooters charged up. Got one 100%, didn't go far 65%, little futher 35%, couple feet 13% battery needs charging. Stranded at back store, back & hips hurting so saw buggy put stuff I had in it hopped to checkout & left. Didn't finish shopping because I couldn't. Those going around filling orders has no respect, just go in front of you & will run you over.

Though this is a Super Walmart, selections are not as prevalent as in other larger cities. The few cashiers who are ringing at the registers are not always in the best of moods, and if they are remotely bothered, some can develop an attitude rather quickly. There is one short, Caucasian cashier with brown and purple hair who is outstanding and a real gem. She’s always in an upbeat mood and friendly. Aisles such as hair care are pretty limited, and expect to wait and wait and wait to have fabric cut. The plus is at least there’s a store with all in one convenient shopping without having to venture outside of town.
