On the rare occasion where someone is behind the counter (management’s fault moreso than the employees), they tend to be either unfriendly or downright rude (not all of them, just some). I was trying to pay at the self-checkout, and before I could even press the “pay now” button, the employee behind the other register was calling out to me asking if I had pressed the button. (For what reason I do not know.) I go in there often, and I’ve never been an issue. Not sure if they think I’m stupid or was taking too long to pay. It would be nice to not be berated when trying to complete the process.On top of that, they constantly have products blocked up with their stocking carts and there is barely room to ever get a cart through the isles. I will not be back; I’d recommend going further up the road where they are much friendlier and not everything is hard to get to. I’ve heard a number of complaints from others, and it’s not surprising as to why. I’ll be more selective to where I shop from here on out.

Lady with blond hair and green highlights was rude I miss Kimberly Wheatley at least she did her job to the full capacity. Cheryl is really a hard worker Olivia tried to hard several customer's dislike her attitude how about we make America kind again for a exceptional shopping experience

Would have been busy if they were open 11.30 am on a saturday and nobody here to open store, seen at least 10 customers come and leave...very bad review from me!

They're lucky to be getting one star.They have employees working there who have a temperature of over 100.4. and apparently a girl named Alayna has stolen many items without paying. They DO NOT care about their employees. Why would you have a worker come in with a fever (possibly covid?)EDIT: ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES HAS COVID AND THEY'RE BEING FORCED TO WORK.Idk, i feel like that could be a lawsuit. Something about this isn't right.

New store new store layout. Great location for me 92 miles from home but right off the Interstate. Super helpful for travellers and locals alike but most people on I 40 will not know it is there.

I was going to buy burner catch trays for my stove top bc they were in their clearance isle marked for 5 cents( couldn't find the cents symbol!) And they charged me $5 a piece when they're regularly $5 to $6 a piece so i returned them and she told me that since it had a premarket $ sign on the sticker that the cents symbol didn't mean anything. Asked my friend at my hometown dg and she said that they were wrong

This new store is so much more organized than most Dollar Generals. However if you have digital coupons they don't always work at this store and if they don't the cashiers don't know what to do or how to fix that problem

The staff at this location are the nicest, most helpful, and efficient you will find anywhere. I enjoy going to this store for frequent small quick purchases.

The dollar general at the 126 Parsons exit is the best one I've seen. The one in atoka, Tn is the first one in this area and it's not enough employees can't get stock out to even buy to much crammed in there I can't shop because my wheelchair won't fit the iles

It was stocked and clean. Cashiers were on the job. Made things a lot easier to get in and get out without the stress of waiting in line for a long time.

This DG has a much better variety of stuff than the one closest to me. It's clean, the staff is friendly and it's never too long of a wait

This Dollar General Store is when I always stop at when traveling between Nashville and Jackson TN... They are always so nice at this store and always clean...
