Hohenwald has been very close to my heart. For the few days that I stayed there and worked, made me feel so rich in soul and so much at peace that I can give back by reviewing one of the places I used to go during my wait periods and lunch breaks. Visited this place in 2018 for one of the survey I was doing and my wait time was way too long so I decided to sit at a coffee shop in this tiny town. I found this gem and I used to sit there for hours together without being bothered. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor sitting available and food seemed to be fresh. Coffee was locally owned and brewed in house. Big fan of their white mocha frappe and avocado toast. Not sure if they made their croissant in house, but it tasted delicious. Service was relatively fast and cost effective for the customers. Pretty kid friendly and pet friendly (saw a couple of puppies). If I had to go back I will definitely visit this place and greet the owners.Vegetarian options: Salads and sandwiches. There used to be vegan options, not sure right now.Parking: Plenty of street parking spots.

I was in the function hall of this Cafe on 04/13 for a land sale. We were served with fresh and delicious doughnuts in the morning. At lunch, I had the chicken salad croissant sandwich, which was very tasty. I will surely come back here on my next visit. Great restaurants like this need to remain in business forever. People there are very nice and welcoming.

Cute place, but I was so disappointed! I ordered 3 iced coffees and a bakery item. The bakery item was delicious! But the coffees were so horrible that we didn’t finish them and went somewhere else. No one else was there when we arrived (so not busy), but we weren’t greeted by the barista until after standing for a few minutes waiting to order. She didn’t seem friendly, moreso annoyed that we were there.I definitely wouldn’t go back.

I absolutely loved everything Rockhouse coffee had to offer. The Turkey/Swiss cheese panini was to die for as well as their pumpkin spice latte. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They also have a cute selection of mugs, t,shirts and etc.. Rockhouse Coffee definitely knows how to make a Floridian feel welcome!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free selection on flatbreads

My husband and I were driving around and stopped in to get a coffee over Christmas weekend. my husband ordered a large six shot caramel latte and I ordered a large caramel latte with extra caramel. both drinks were amazing. We also got a Oreo cupcake and a pecan muffin. Absolutely wonderful highly recommend anybody to stop in and get a coffee or one of their baked goods and the atmosphere inside. Super super chill. Very cute staff was very, very polite will definitely be back.

Very good frappes! Good donuts as well! Quite the pick me up after driving for so long. Despite the incorrect info on google, they are open on Saturdays until 1300. (2pm). The ladies here were very cordial and I recommend this coffee shop.

So I really wanted something different to eat and got tired of the same fast food and while coming out of my uncle Johnny's auction across the street I forgot about the cafe across the street, seen it was open and when I walked in it totally took me back to my toddler years running around the old auction/dance/wrestling/event center lol on piney Creek road. And then after daydreaming I looked up at the sign saying FRAPPE and I am a sucker for frappes especially if it is made right....... Any flavor u can come up with they got the system to make it HAPPEN!! They also do cold brew fresh made bakery items as well as, 🧀🥪 the moisture was just perfect In the muffins they also offer different types of tea, and smoothies as well as latte pretty sure it has all the basics covered. The staff was very polite, professional and helpful by asking if id like a card after I buy 5 I get 6th free ...... Now if ur a coffee frappe freak like me then the price for a large one won't send you into SHOCK... But I'll say this much it is WORTH it and I think it's worth a try for 10$ they are amazing and I think I will have to get into a detoxing clinic for my frappe obsession at this amazing place and I have to be honest I have no idea what I would do without this place!!!!! Hands down my favorite thing in this small town.... Don't miss out I promise if you have any regrets after going send me copy of your receipts and I'll send you the money ON ME.!!!Parking: Parking lot is small but on the side for wheelchair accessible then there is free parking all around to front of the store along a busy 3 lane hwy that also has red lightS 2 lane intersection that meets with 3 lane hwy both really busy but also very well patrolled.Kid-friendliness: This place also can be rented for parties it has an event dance hall that is not connected to the dining room area.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel cheer accessibility is beside the building you can see the ramps and it is clear where you can turn to manage to accommodate your needs at any time.

This coffee shop has been a great addition to this town. The selection of food and drinks provide a refreshing change. The clean and casual dining room provides a nice place to sit while enjoying one of their incredible drinks. They always seem to have special drinks or desserts for different seasons, holidays, etc. And everything I've tried has been delicious and quality. The staff is friendly and provides good service. Adjacent to the coffee house they host events and dances. I definitely recommend stopping by for a treat.

My Wife and I were staying just outside of Hohenwald and had no cell service to work remotely. We were pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a coffee shop in town. The coffee was local Bongo Java Roasters Co. from Nashville and was on point. The atmosphere was amazing with great background music and friendly smiles from staff and customers. They make most everything in house and you can taste the difference. If you're in Hohenwald, or passing through, be sure to stop by and grab a cup of java and a bite to eat.If you're staying longer ask about there production shows. We were fortunate enough to be able to attend their Disney's NEWSIES production. It brought folks throughout the community together for a wonderful performance. Very cool experience.

Something about this coffee shop that just seems to hit the spot, good food, good service, quality staff, and a family friendly-homey atmosphere. They serve coffee, specialty drinks, hot teas, salads, and other goodies. Quaint sitting area with fast wifi.Maybe they could add a fire pit outside and some Adirondack chairs -it would add to the peaceful ambiance of the outdoor seating area. A fire pit would be a hit in the cold and warm seasons.

If you come to this place and complain you can't find anything on to eat, you're just too picky. Fast food is down the road. This place was just awesome. We are visiting and loved our breakfast so much, brought our kid who is going to college here for lunch. Even he liked it. And he hates everything. Thank you ladies for an amazing time. I loved my soup especially! I loved my peppermint mocha and donuts? Had to drive three counties to finally get non greasy donuts and not hav to pay a fortune for them. Well sometimes its not fun stumbling but this stumble was. Loves the charm outside and inside. I’m a whole package kind’ve gal and it sure was. We ordered a apple cinnamon muffin and a slice of pumpkin bread and a cup of house brew coffee. The server was pleasant and welcoming. Watching the interaction the two had with others was so refreshing. The muffin smelled heavenly with all the fall flavors. The muffin was moist and very flavorable. Nice apples & nuts on top. Hubby was surprised at the size of the slice of pumpkin bread. It too was moist and delish. The coffee, always the tough challenge for me but man it Wa spectacular for a house blend. Just enough punch for coffee. And to boot I was able to get my heavy cream. Definitely will be back whether it’s a sweet snack or possibly lunch. The menu looks yummy as well. Bravo Rock House. You indeed rock!!

The servers are friendly and very easy on the eyes. It has that small town coffee shop vibe and the chicken salad, BBQ chips and coffee were all very good. For such a small town, I'm actually impressed. Enjoy!Vegetarian options: My lunch partner is a vegetarian and he approves. He got a salad, but I'm not sure which one.Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp looks a tiny bit steep... if I saw a person coming up in a wheelchair I would want to offer a push.

Went for Mocha's Sat. Feb 4th. We love to visit small town coffee houses. I ordered our usual one large hot mocha latte one iced mocha latte. Didn't see a price board but we've paid anywhere from $4.50 to $7 for a large in other place. This was the first time ever it was over $8 something each for mediocre mocha's. I was not given a receipt to see but looking at the screen as she rung us up it showed $4.15 then under that was and additional $4 per drink (I guess because it was a large)! Both drinks lacked enough chocolate - tasted like watered down chocolate milk with a hint of espresso. The staff wasn't friendly at all. We bought a Carmel cake as well. They didn't offer us napkins or forks. We had to ask for napkins. Won't be back!

Paid $10 for a large cold brew. I know inflation is bad, but that is ridiculous. I can go to any store and buy more than a gallon of cold brew for that price. Total rip off. I’m all for supporting small businesses, but at some point you have to acknowledge that something is a ripoff.
