Can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and caring. I've been there quite a few times now with a few of my pets and I have no complaints. Pricing is reasonable and it is easy to get on their schedule same day or the next day. Typically not much of a wait in the lobby. Very grateful to have found this place for all of my critters!

I really wanted to like this vet clinic. I took my barn cat in to be spayed and was told the cost up front. Fantastic, I can do that.Called later to check in and found out that the cost had doubled. When inquiring about it, I was told that I was being charged for a pain medication and it was mandatory (this is not mandatory at other vets). I understand mandatory charges (like a state required rabies vaccination) but I don’t understand why this mandatory pain medication that cost $40 wasn’t told to me up front. I am low income and had to use a voucher from People for Animals. I called the Humane Society and was told they had never heard of mandatory pain medicine and they even offered to give me the medication to avoid the charge. Unfortunately, Greenview had already administered the medication. Since I only had the original amount that I was told in my checking account, my husband had to pay the entire bill with change. That was embarrassing.I have alerted both People for Animals and the humane society of this misunderstanding, in the event someone else requires spay/neuter services and are low income. Sadly, we will not be using Greenview anymore because of “hidden charges”.

Asked them what was on one of my husky pups and they gave me a $30 bottle of shampoo and come to find out one of my owners took a puppy from the same litter and was diagnosed with something else and his whole treatment and medicine was different. Vets need to actually see what's wrong not just tell/give what they think it wrong.

Everyone in the office is real nice, very helpful, & eager to assist you! The vet is very caring for the animals & the owners. The vet also understands financial issues & will help to work with you on starting with the cheapest route, he will even do his best to assist you or answer questions over the phone, he will give discounted prices on different amounts of medicines, he is real friendly & will explain what is going until you think you understand it. I highly recommend this veterinarian! I believe everyone will be happy with his great service!
